Tim Staples interprets EENS with the baptism of desire(BOD), baptism of blood(BOB) and invincible ignorance being exceptions. So he supports the New Theology which is based upon this error.
So with BOD, BOB and I.I being exceptions to EENS he is in a schism with the popes over the centuries .They acknowledged BOD, BOB and I.I but did not consider them as being exceptions to EENS.
Without this error there cannot be a new ecumenism, new ecclesiology, new evangelisation and the new theology of Pope Francis and Pope Benedict.
It is with the BOD, BOB and I.I being exceptions to EENS theory that they habe created the new heretical theology which is common in the Church today.
This is official heresy and schism and not magisterial . Since the Holy Spirit could not make an objective mistake, violate the Principle of Non Contradiction and teach a factual error, contradicting the rational theology of the past centuries.-Lionel Andrades

Vatican Council II supports the strict interpretation of EENS in Ad Gentes 7 ( all need faith and baptism for salvation) and there are no exceptions to AG 7 or EENS mentioned in Lumen Gentium. Tim Staples and Catholic Answers do not affirm this

According to Canon Law Bishop Frank Caggiano has no right to be a bishop since he rejects the Athanasius Creed, changes the Nicene and Apostles Creed, interprets Vatican Council II and the Catechisms as a rupture with the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS), the Syllabus of Errors and the Oath Against Modernism - all done with an irrational premise to contradict Magisterial documentshttps://eucharistandmission.blogspot.com/2019/09/according-to-canon-law-bishop-frank.html
