While we know that hypothetical and invisible cases of LG 8,14,15,16,UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc in Vatican Council II do not contradict the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla sales ( Council of Florence 1442), Ad Gentes 7 ( all need faith and baptism for salvation. All) and the Catechism of the Catholic Church ( 846-outside the Catholic Church there is no salvation, 845-God the Father wants all people to be united in the Catholic Church. The Church is like the only Ark of Noah that saves in the flood).

Pope Francis is also rejecting the Athanasius Creed which says everyone needs to be Catholic for salvation from Hell. He is also putting aside all the Catechisms. It indicates that there is a Hell and that people are going there.

This is a break with the Apostles, the Church Fathers and the Magisterium of the Middle Ages.
