Obsolete-
was the interpretation of Vatican Council II during the trial for schism of
Archbishop Carlo Maria Vigano. We can now interpret all Magisterial Documents
rationally, with ‘the red not being an exception for the blue’. Catholics, and
Archbishop Vigano, are not obliged to interpret the Council deceptively, to
produce liberalism. This is a legal issue.
This is a concrete case of the Dicastery for the Doctrine of the Faith (DCF), Vatican, interpreting subjective and unknown cases of Lumen Gentium 8,14,15,16,Unitatis Redintigratio 3, Nostra Aetate 2, Gaudium et Specs 22 etc, as being objective and known examples of salvation outside the Church and so alleged objective exceptions for the past exclusivist ecclesiology of the Church. The error can be verified in public. This is not just a personal opinion.
A
secular judge would have to understand and interpret LG 8, 14, 15, 16, UR 3, NA
2, GS 22 etc in Vatican Council II, as being only hypothetical cases. They
refer to invisible people in 2024.This is common sense. It is common knowledge
that we cannot meet or see someone on earth or Heaven, saved without the
baptism of water and instead with the baptism of desire (LG 14) etc.
Archbishop
Vigano and any Catholic can object in good conscience when Pope Francis and
Cardinal Victor Manuel Fernandez expect them to interpret visible cases of LG 8,
14, 15, 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc, as being physically visible people saved
outside the Catholic Church and so exceptions for Tradition (Syllabus of
Errors, Athanasius Creed etc).
Also
for ‘religious motives’ and ‘conscience’ a Catholic can legally challenge the
Vatican’s interpretation of Vatican Council II. It was a factor in the
excommunication of the former Nuncio to the USA.
The
freedom of conscience, liberty and religion would permit the Italian
archbishop, and any Catholic, to demand that the DCF interpret LG 8, 14, 15, 16,
UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc, ethically.
Conscience is the sense of good and bad according to the norms of the Catholic Church, the only Church Jesus founded and which has given us the Bible, the concept of the Triune One God and Christian form of worship, used by Christian denominations.
In
good conscience the archbishop had the right to disobey Pope Francis and the
DCF, in their interpretation of Vatican Council II.
There
has to be a common objection and disobedience to the DCF’s interpretation of
Vatican Council II and subsequent excommunications.
St.
Thomas Aquinas called for disobedience against an injustice law and decree (Summa
Theologiae, 1265-1273).
The
DCF also violates the Principle of Non Contradiction, of Aristotle. How can
someone saved in invincible ignorance (LG 16) be seen in Heaven and earth at
the same time? Where is the case of someone on earth, saved outside the Church
in 2024, for him to be an objective exception for the dogma extra ecclesiam
nulla salus (EENS) ?
Dogmas and doctrines in the Catholic Church do not evolve or change, except, when Magisterial Documents are interpreted irrationally, intentionally. Common law may change in the civil courts. But when Vatican Council II is interpreted rationally i.e. invisible people are visible, LG 16 refers to hypothetical and not objective cases and so there is no change in Catholic theology or doctrines.
There
is a conservative cardinal in a Vatican jail presently but even Cardinal
Fernandez’s interpretation of Vatican Council II dishonestly and then accusing
Archbishop Vigano of schism could be considered a ‘reato’.
When
the DCF interprets Vatican Council II confusing what is invisible as being
visible, the conclusion is a rupture with the pre-1949 Congregation for the
Doctrine of the Faith on doctrine, faith and theology. So the DCF in its
statement on the Vigano-trial was wrong to say that it represent the centuries
old DCF (CDF).
Members
of the DCF do not affirm the dogma EENS with no exceptions. Cardinal Fernandez
does not do so. He considers LG 16 etc as exceptions for Feeneyite EENS.
Over
the centuries the Church affirmed the Athanasius Creed but Pope Francis and
Cardinal Fernandez do not do so. There are ‘objective exceptions’ in Vatican
Council II for them.
According to Catholic Canon Law, a juridical person is expected to affirm all the teachings of the Church. The Creeds are de fide and obligatory. Changing or rejecting them is considered first class heresy (Ad Tuendum Fidem, Pope John Paul II).
The
DCF and the bishop Trevignon, Italy are expected to say that Jesus is the only Savior
of the world and the Catholic Church is the only true, Church. But they do not
say this because of Vatican Council II having ‘exceptions’ for Tradition.
Instead they have excommunicated Gisella Cardia, the seer at Trevignon who hold
this traditional faith. The Italian Head of State has prohibited here from
using a state of Our Lady and a cross and pray the rosary at their meeting
place in Trevignon. The Vatican has not come to her support.
We
now have a concrete case of the Vatican State doing injustice to its members,
perhaps for political left reasons. A philosophical error (what is invisible is
visible), an empirical error (invisible people in Heaven are visible on earth)
is made in public. There is a break between the internal and external forum.
The philosophical error has produced a New Theology, it says outside the
Catholic Church there is salvation, there is known salvation. So the dogma
EENS, defined by three Church Councils, is obsolete. This is institutional
dishonesty.
This
is a hierarchical break with the pre-1949 hierarchy of the Church and it is
done by simply interpreting the Creeds, Councils and Catechisms irrationally,
confusing what is unknown as being known, subjective as being objective, invisible
as being visible and implicit as being explicit.
Norms,
principles and laws have been violated in the Vigano case. The archbishop is
not obligated to interpret Vatican Council II dishonestly like the DCF, he is
also not obligated to accept a pope who does the same.
The
institution cannot claim ‘good faith’ when they have been repeatedly informed
about the error through social media.
A
good cardinal is in a Vatican prison today and has been sentenced by a Vatican
court whose judges interpret Vatican Council II irrationally in support of
liberalism.
It
is a fact that invisible people are invisible. It is a fact that Lumen Gentium

14. This Sacred Council wishes to turn its attention firstly to the Catholic faithful. Basing itself upon Sacred Scripture and Tradition, it teaches that the Church, now sojourning on earth as an exile, is necessary for salvation. Christ, present to us in His Body, which is the Church, is the one Mediator and the unique way of salvation. In explicit terms He Himself affirmed the necessity of faith and baptism(124) and thereby affirmed also the necessity of the Church, for through baptism as through a door men enter the Church. Whosoever, therefore, knowing that the Catholic Church was made necessary by Christ, would refuse to enter or to remain in it, could not be saved.
They are fully incorporated in the society of the Church who, possessing the Spirit of Christ accept her entire system and all the means of salvation given to her, and are united with her as part of her visible bodily structure and through her with Christ, who rules her through the Supreme Pontiff and the bishops. The bonds which bind men to the Church in a visible way are profession of faith, the sacraments, and ecclesiastical government and communion. He is not saved, however, who, though part of the body of the Church, does not persevere in charity. He remains indeed in the bosom of the Church, but, as it were, only in a "bodily" manner and not "in his heart."(12*) All the Church's children should remember that their exalted status is to be attributed not to their own merits but to the special grace of Christ. "Outside the Church there is no salvation" 846 How are we to understand this affirmation, often repeated by the Church Fathers? Re-formulated positively, it means that all salvation comes from Christ the Head through the Church which is his Body:

Therefore, no one will be saved who, knowing the Church to have been divinely established by Christ, nevertheless refuses to submit to the Church or withholds obedience from the Roman Pontiff, the Vicar of Christ on earth.
Not only did the Savior command that all nations should enter the Church, but He also decreed the Church to be a means of salvation without which no one can enter the kingdom of eternal glory.
In His infinite mercy God has willed that the effects,necessary for one to be saved, of those helps to salvation which are directed toward man's final end, not by intrinsic
necessity, but only by divine institution, can also be obtained in certain circumstances when those helps are used only in desire and longing. This we see clearly stated in the Sacred Council of Trent, both in reference to the sacrament of regeneration and in reference to the sacrament of penance (, nn. 797, 807).
However, this desire need not always be explicit,as it is in catechumens; but when a person is involved in invincible ignorance God accepts also an implicit desire, so called because it is included in that good disposition of soul whereby a person wishes his will to be conformed to the will of God.

This book on Vatican Council II written by Roberto dei Mattei was written with 'the red being an exception for the blue'. It is obsolete.
This book by Christopher A. Ferrara and many of his other books were also written with the irrational premise i.e 'the red is an exception for the blue'. Morally, he must admit that 'the red is not an exception for the blue'.
Archbishop Marcel Lefebvre's books are now obsolete. We know we can interpret Vatican Council II with 'the red not being an exception for the blue'.

Catholic lay man in Rome. Writer on the discovery of the two interpretations of Vatican Council II, one is rational and the other is irrational, one is interpreted with the false premise and the other without it. One is Magisterial and the other, the common one, is non Magisterial.How can the Holy Spirit make an objective mistake ? So it is human error and not the Magisterium.
Vatican Council II is dogmatic and not only pastoral.
It is the same for the Creeds and Catechisms. There can be two interpretations.Catholics must choose the rational option.
Why should Catholics choose an irrational version which is heretical, nontraditional and schismatic, when a rational option is there which is traditional?

Archbishop Vigano has a right, canonically, to reject these public errors. He had a moral duty to reject Vatican Council II ( irrational) as held by the Vatican.

It is the pope who is in schism when he uses the common false premise; the irrational premise, to interpret Vatican Council II and other Magisterial Documents and so produce a fake break with the Magisterium over the centuries on doctrine and theology.

The Congress of the Dicastery for the Doctrine of the Faith, Vatican, under Msgr. John Kennedy interprets Vatican Council II, the Creeds, Catechisms and Councils irrationally and so doctrinally are in a schism with the popes over history and they have declared Archbishop Vigano to be in schism. This is an objective error on teh Council , a factual mistake which can be verified in public.

The Roman Missal is compatible with Vatican Council II interpreted rationally ( LG 16 is a physically invisible case in 2024) and the New Missal is compatible with Pope Paul VI interpreting Vatican Council II irrationally ( LG 16 refers to a physically visible case in 1965).

Since the Vicar General and Auxiliary Bishops in Rome agree that Vatican Council II can only be interpreted rationally and that LG 8,14,15,16,UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc, refer to hypothetical cases only, invisible people in 2024, the Vicar General could inform the parish priests, rectors and religious superiors in Rome.
