1.     H.E. Archbishop Carlo Maria Viganò was born in Varese on January 16, 1941, was ordained priest on March 24, 1968 for the Diocese of Pavia and consecrated bishop by Pope St. John Paul II on April 26, 1992. He has held the following positions: Apostolic Nuncio to Nigeria, Delegate for Papal Representations, Secretary General of the Governorate of Vatican City State, Apostolic Nuncio to the United States of America.

2.     The Dicastery for the Doctrine of the Faith, taking into account the public statements of H.E. Archbishop Viganò, traceable on the web (statements published in writing and video recordings), from which it appears that he rejects submission to the Supreme Pontiff, communion with the members of the Church subject to him, and the legitimacy and magisterial authority of the Second Vatican Ecumenical Council, in a letter dated March 25, 2024, sent to the prelate via e-mail ([the mailing address of] Archbishop Viganò is unknown), invited him to the headquarters of the Dicastery “to deepen his positions. In this official text of the Dicastery for the Doctrine of the Faith, Vatican, the DDF has asked Archbishop Carlo Vigano to accept the irrational interpretation of Vatican Council II and to accept Pope Francis while he interprets Vatican Council II irrationally and not rationally, to produce an artificial break with Catholic Tradition.

The DCF is not in communion with Jesus and His Church and neither is Pope Francis. They need to end the scandal.Only Vatican Council II is interpreted rationally can it be Magisterial.Pope Francis then will not be in a rupture with the past Magisterium of the Catholic Church. -Lionel Andrades

Vatican Council II (irrational) is obsolete. Cardinal Victor Manuel Fernandez must admit it. He used the wrong version of the Council at the schism-trial for Archbishop Vigano. He interpreted the Council like Fr. Sebastian Vazhakhala mc and I in 2003 and not like us in 2024.The 2003 interpretation was also part of the religious formation of Archbishop Carlo Maria Vigano and the Church at large.

Why should any Catholic accept Pope Francis as the pope when he interprets Vatican Council II irrationally as did Fr. Sebastian Vazhakhala and I and priests in general, in 2003 and not rationally as in 2024?

Archbishop Vigano has the right to reject Vatican Council II interpreted irrationally and not rationally by Pope Francis?

He has the right to reject a pope who interprets Vatican Council II and the Creeds and Catechisms, irrationally and not rationally.

Pope Paul VI and the other popes who followed, interpreted Lumen Gentium 16 as a physically visible example of salvation in the present times (1965). But the priests in the Prenestina area of Rome today, all agree that Lumen Gentium 16 refers to an invisible case in 2024. We cannot meet or see a person on earth saved in invincible ignorance. It can only be known to God. Even non Christians and non Catholics agree on this point.

For all of here, in this locality, near Porta Maggiore, LG 16 refers to a hypothetical case only. LG 16, NA 2, GS 22, UR 3 etc in Vatican Council II refer to theoretical cases only. So they cannot be objective exceptions for the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus (EENS), the Athanasius Creed and the rest of Tradition. Vatican Council II does not contradict the past exclusivist ecclesiology of the Catholic Church. It is not a break with the missionaries and Magisterium of the 16^th century on EENS, the Athanasius Creed and the Councils and Catechisms.

We have continuity with the past.

So there no more is theological support for the liberalism of the German Synod and neither for the liberalism of the trial for  of the former Nuncio to the USA.

In 2003, when I spoke to Fr. Sebastian Vazhakhala m.c he was not willing to affirm the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla slaus (EENS).Lumen Gentium 16 was an exception for EENS him. In other words, it referred to a visible and known case in our reality, someone saved outside the Church. Now in 2024 he knows that Lumen Gentium 16 is an invisible case. So it is not an exception for Tradition. LG 8, 14, 15, 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc are hypothetical cases for him. So now he is saying the same thing as me.

So there is nothing in Vatican Council II to contradict Feeneyite EENS i.e. the EENS of the Council of Florence 1442 etc. This has to be acknowledged publically by Cardinal Fernandez and the Dicastery for the Doctrine of the (DCF). In the trial of Archbishop Carlo Maria Vigano Cardinal Fernandez and Pope Francis interpreted Vatican Council II, confusing Lumen Gentium 16.

The norm for salvation is faith and baptism. The norm is not being saved in invincible ignorance or the baptism of desire. So in general all Jews and Muslim, and other non Catholics, according to Vatican Council II (AG 7), need to enter the Catholic Church for salvation from Hell. Obsolete - since now we can interpret Vatican Council II rationally, 'the red is not an exception for the blue', LG 8,14,15,16 refer to invisible and not visible cases in 2024. So they are not exceptions for EENS and the rest of Tradition.

 

This book on Vatican Council II written by Roberto dei Mattei was written with 'the red being an exception for the blue'. It is obsolete.

This book by Christopher A. Ferrara and many of his other books were also written with the irrational premise i.e 'the red is an exception for the blue'. Morally, he must admit that 'the red is not an exception for the blue'.

Archbishop Marcel Lefebvre's books are now obsolete. We know we can interpret Vatican Council II with 'the red not being an exception for the blue'.

Also the Vatican Press Office and Department of Communication has not respond or denied the allegation. 

 Pope Francis and Cardinal Fernadez interpret the Council irrationally creating a schism with the Magisterium over the centuries on doctrine, faith, morals and mission, for example. So Archbishop Vigano has a right, canonically, to reject these public errors. He had a moral duty to reject Vatican Council II ( irrational) as held by the Vatican. Pope Francis has broken communion with the Apostles, the Church Fathers, the popes of the Middle Ages, the doctors and saints of the Catholic Church with his irrational interpretation of Vatican Council II, the Creeds, Catechisms and Church Councils. This has been mentioned often on soical media but has been ignored by the DDF.

CONCLUSION

1. Archbishop Vigano rejects the irrational interpretation of Vatican Council II. This is expected of all cardinals, bishops, priests, religious sisters and juridical persons in the Catholic Church.

2.Pope Franics accepts the irrational interpretation of Vatican Council II and rejects the rational option.

3. Pope Francis is not in communion with the Magisterium over the centuries. They interpreted Magisterium Documents ( Creeds, Councils etc) with a rational premise.Pope Francis chooses an irrational premise to produce an artificial rupture with Tradition which Archbishop Vigano rightly rejects.

Archbishop Vigano is in harmony with the popes over the centuries who are not contradicted by Vatican Council II, rational.

President Joe Biden, a Catholic, interprets Vatican Council II irrationally and unethically.There is no denial from the United States State Department and the U.S embassy in Rome. They agree with me.

 

President Joe Biden, a Catholic, interprets Vatican Council II irrationally and unethically. He chooses a false premise and inference. In this way the conclusion is nontraditional and liberal. We now know that LG 8, 14, 15, 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc 1 in Vatican Council II can only be hypothetical cases in 2024. So there is no denial from the United States State Department and the U.S embassy in Rome. They agree with me. The President of the United States is unethical in his interpretation of Vatican Council II, the Catechism of the Catholic Church and the Creeds and Councils. He is faking it.

The American president is choosing to confuse LG 8, 14, 15, 16, UR 3, NA 2, and GS 22 etc as being physically visible examples of salvation outside the Catholic Church in 1965-2024. Then it is wrongly concluded that Vatican Council II has exceptions for the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus of three Church Councils which defined it. Exceptioins are also projected for the the ecclesiocentrism of the Athanasius Creed and the Syllabus of Errors of Pope Pius IX ( ecumenism of return to the Catholic Church).

Also the Chief Rabbinate of Israel and the ADL has to correct their interpretation of Vatican Council II.

President Biden supports a dishonest interpretation of Vatican Council II etc, which can be verified objectively. This is a secular issue.

Cardinals Fernandez, Zuppi and Gambetti agree with me in Rome that there are no physically visible cases of LG 8, 14, 15, 16, UR 3, NA 2, and GS 22 etc, as referred to in Vatican Council II. In practical life we cannot see or meet anyone saved in invincible ignorance or the baptism of desire. So Vatican Council II does not have any practical exception for the dogma outside the Church there is no salvation, as held by the Apostles and the Magisterium in the Middle Ages.

The United States Conference of Catholic Bishops (USCCB) must clarify for the president that LG 8 etc refer to invisible cases in 1949-2024. The Letter of the Holy Office 1949 to the Archbishop of Boston made an objective mistake. It confused invisible cases of being saved with the baptism of desire as being visible exceptions for traditional extra ecclesiam nulla salus (EENS) ; Feeneyite EENS.

If President Biden would affirm Vatican Council II interpreted rationally i.e LG 8 etc, refer to invisible cases in 2024, he would be affirming the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus, with no known exceptions. He would be saying that all need Catholic faith and the baptism of water for salvation ( Ad Gentes 7, Vatican Council II).

Therefore, all must be converted to Him, made known by the Church's preaching, and all must be incorporated into Him by baptism and into the Church which is His body. For Christ Himself "by stressing in express language the necessity of faith and baptism (cf. Mark 16:16; John 3:5), at the same time confirmed the necessity of the Church, into which men enter by baptism, as by a door.-Ad Gentes 7, Vatican Council II.

This Sacred Council wishes to turn its attention firstly to the Catholic faithful. Basing itself upon Sacred Scripture and Tradition, it teaches that the Church, now sojourning on earth as an exile, is necessary for salvation. Christ, present to us in His Body, which is the Church, is the one Mediator and the unique way of salvation. In explicit terms He Himself affirmed the necessity of faith and baptism (124) and thereby affirmed also the necessity of the Church, for through baptism as through a door men enter the Church.-Lumen Gentium 14, Vatican Council II.
