Brother Andre Marie MICM has referred to the Sacred Magisterium. However Vatican Council II, Redemptoris Missio and Dominus Iesus are all written with Cushingite philosophy and theology, which creates error. This error is not magisterial.
We could go back to the Catechism of Pope Pius X which says all need to be members of the Catholic Church for salvation.Non Catholics are outside the Catholic Church.
The Sacred Magisterium is still there in the Catechism of Pope Pius X.Even the Catechism of the Council of Trent would not have the Cushingite error. It would not say that there are personally known cases of the baptism of desire(BOD), baptism of blood(BOB) or invincible ignorance(I.I).The Catechisms mention BOD, BOB and I.I but do not state that they refer to known people. This has to be wrongly inferred by Cushingites.
With Cushingism we have the Catechism of the Catholic Church (1994) telling us in CCC 846 that all who are saved are saved through Jesus and the Church. This accomodates BOD, BOB and I.I being known exceptions to EENS.It supports Cushingism.
However even with this accomodation CCC 846 does not contradict the strict interpretation of EENS.
CCC 846 would imply for Cushingites that there is an extraordinary way of salvation for us human beings. This is the New Theology. It says outside the Church there is known salvation.
But with a Feeneyite reading of this Catechism we do not have to assume that a possibility known to God is a known example of salvation outside the Catholic Church for us human beings.
This is a point Brother Andre Marie has not touched upon.
For Fr. Leonard Feeney there were no literal cases of the BOD, BOB and I.I.
Bishop Peter Libasci and his Curia, like Cardinal Sean O Malley in Boston, accept Vatican Council II, Redemptoris Missio and Dominus Iesus interpreted with Cushingism.

The Athanasius Creed is obsolete for Bishop Peter Libasci, the Bishop of Manchester, USA and the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith (CDF).Since for them invisible cases of the baptism of desire, baptism of blood and being saved in invincible ignorance are practical examples of salvation outside the Church and so they are literal exceptions to the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS). There is salvation outside the Church for them. The Athanasius Creeds says outside the Church there is no salvation

Now is the time for the SSPX to let us know their doctrinal beliefs which they profess before the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith(CDF), privately. They could explain their position using the SBC model
