La
Sapienza University Rome has a School of Law(Jurisprudenza) in which
they also teach Catholic Church Law and the faculty and students, mostly
Catholics, interpret Vatican Council II with a false premise to create
an irrational, new theology which is a rupture with Tradition.Cardinal
Joseph Ratzinger changed Canon Law in 1983 to support the false
interpretation of Vatican Council II. This was done by accepting, in the
text, an irrational interpretation of the baptism of desire(BOD), baptism of
blood(BOB) and being saved in invincible ignorance(I.I).So this makes exclusive
salvation in the Church obsolete.
According to the 1983 Code of Canon Law this is now de fide teaching.
It is considered the Deposit of the Faith and Magisterial.
So
a bishop, for example, has to affirm that BOD, BOB and I.I are
exceptions to Feeneyite extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS), when they
really are not exceptions.
There
are no known cases of the BOD, BOB and I.I past or present, who are
saved outside the Church without the baptism of water and Catholic
faith.
BOD, BOB and I.I are always a reference to a hypothetical case.So Lumen Gentium 16(
invincible ignorance) and Lumen Gentium 14 ( case of the catechumen)
always refer to a theoretical and hypothetical case.
Yet
Lumen Gentium 16 was mistaken as an exception to Feeneyite EENS by the
International Theological Commission. The mistake was approved by
Cardinal Joseph Ratzinger and the then Fr. Luiz Ladaria sj.-Lionel Andrades
