The future of the Catholic main line Church is Tradition. Since ethically, Vatican Council II must only be interpreted rationally and not irrationally. When this is done, the conclusion is only traditional. It is a return to the old theology with the Rational Premise.
So the popes of the future are expected to be traditional since the Council will be traditional. Since 1965 they have been liberal since Vatican Council II was liberal because of the Irrational Premise which created alleged known exceptions of non Catholics, for the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus (EENS). They were supposed to be saved outside the Catholic Church without faith and the baptism of water.
This means that Bishop Peter Libasci, bishop of Manchester, USA, will have to interpret Vatican Council II rationally, and affirm Feeneyite extra ecclesiam nulla salus, the Athanasius Creed and the Syllabus of Errors.
In his diocese of New Hampshire is the religious community Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary. They interpret Vatican Council II rationally in harmony with the traditional strict interpretation of the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus.Bishop Libasci and his Curia will in future have to interpret Vatican Council II in harmony with EENS , as it is interpreted by Brother Andre Marie micm.
Also Fr. Georges de Laire will have to interpret Vatican Council II rationally, since it would be ethical and the moral for a Judicial Vicar. So his conclusion will be the Feeneyite EENS as held by the Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, against whom, he and the CDF have issued a Decree of Prohibitions.
All Catholic religious communities and Catholics in general in New Hampshire must only interpret Vatican Council II rationally.
Everyone in New Hampshire would include Republican Mayor Joyce Craig and Democrat Senator Maggie Hassan. It would also include the judge in the case filed by Fr. Georges de Laire against Michael Voris.
The judge and Fr. Georges de Laire, would be unethical and dishonest, if they did not interpret Vatican Council II and EENS like the St.Benedict Center, NH.The Decree of Prohibitions must now be extended to Bishop Libasci, his Curia and Fr. Georges de Laire.Since they would have to affirm Feeneyite EENS or be dishonest in public.-Lionel Andrades

Bishop Peter Libasci, the bishop of Manchester, USA his Chancellor and Judicial Vicar and Curia are interpreting Vatican Council II with a false premise and are not telling the truth to Catholics and non Catholics. Bishop Peter Libasci and the Chancellor want scientists in New Hampshire, to interpret Vatican Council II by violating Newton's Laws of physics. This is a credibility issue. For a doctor, engineer, lawyer or priest to confuse what is invisible as being being visible, even after being informed, indicates his sense of reality is different from the rest of mankind.
and Emergency Medical Services, who interpret Vatican Council II with this irrationality. This is unprofessional for the police department and other professionals.

Brother Andre Marie MICM, has to violate the Principle of Non Contradiction and the laws of physics at the Newtonian level of matter, to be theologically acceptable for the CDF and Diocese of Manchester,USA.It is only then the Prohibitions 6 will be lifted against this Catholic religious community, the Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, who are not sedevacantists and nor in schism with the past popes and saints on EENS or Vatican Council II.

Fr. Brian Harrison, Joseph Shaw, John Salza, John Lamont, Thomas Pink and others cannot say all need to enter the Catholic Church as members for salvation and not only those who know about Jesus and the Church. They cannot say this since they wrongly assume BOD, BOB and I.I 1 are objective examples of salvation outside the Church. It is the same for Bishop Peter Libasci, the bishop of Manchester, USA and his Chancellor.Their error comes from the Letter of the Holy Office 1949 to the Archbishop of Boston(LOHO) and the error was included in Vatican Council II.

Bishop Peter Libasci and the CDF are in public heresy and need to recant.
The Catechism of the Catholic Church supports Brother Andre Marie MICM and contradicts CDF Secretaries Morandi and Di Noia and Bishop Peter Libasi, Bishop of Manchester,USA.1
Vatican Council II's Decree on Ecumenism ( Unitatis Redintigratio) supports the strict interpretation of the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus.7
The St.Benedict Center are not schismatics. They accept Pope Francis.
They are not 'ultra traditionalists'.They do not reject Vatican Council II.Since Vatican Council II and the Catechism of the Catholic Church indicate that there are only Catholics in Heaven and outside the Church there is no salvation.

Bishop Peter Libasci and Curia theologically support St. Benedict Center on EENS and Vatican Council II : both groups say BOD,BOB and I.I refer to invisible cases in 2019
The Diocese of Manchester Curia Member and Catechists affirm Feeneyite theology. There is no denial from the diocese. So even Bishop Peter Libasci would agree with Fr. Leonard Feeney, who said that there are no literal cases of the baptism of desire(BOD).
