Damien Fisher writing in the New
Hampshire Union Leader , USA has reports
calling the St. Benedict Center (SBC), Richmond, NH, ‘ultra traditionalists’ .This
is even though the SBC accepts Vatican Council II and the Catechism of the
Catholic Church and interprets them rationally, unlike the Diocese of
Manchester in NH.
Fisher refers to the Slaves of the
Immaculate Heart of Mary as ultra traditionalists when the community in New
Hampshire affirms the Catechism of the Catholic Church and Vatican Council II
and interpret them in harmony with Tradition.
Damien’s wife Simcha, refers to the Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary at the St. Benedict Center, Richmond, NH, as a schismatic and ultra traditionalist group. But the SBC accepts Vatican Council II. They accept the Council interpreted rationally and reject the Council interpreted irrationally. They also acknowledge Pope Francis is the pope. They affirm all Magisterial Documents (Creeds, Catechisms etc) which they interpret only rationally.
It is Damien and Simcha Fisher who do not accept
Vatican Council II and the Catechism of the Catholic Church, interpreted
rationally. This is schism. Since they interpret the Council irrationally they
are also re-interpreting the Creeds non traditionally. This is schism with the
past Magisterium. The irrational premise creates schism and heresy.
Simcha Fischer says that the SBC are
Anti Semitic. The SBC has clarified that they are not against all Jews.
They oppose the Jewish Left which does not represent all Jews, like Orthodox
Jews who oppose abortion, LGBT activity and Zionism.Orthodox Jews oppose the ADL.Similarly Fr. Leonard Feeney was not against all Jews in general.
It is the Simchas’ and the mainline Catholic Church which is in schism today when they irrationally interpret Church
Magisterial Documents, for political left-reasons.
If Fr. Georges de Laire, the Judicial
Vicar in the Diocese of Manchester in New Hampshire, USA would interpret Vatican Council II
rationally would then he would be Feeneyite on EENS like the Slaves of the
Immaculate Heart of Mary.
How can Brother Andre Marie micm the
Superior at the St. Benedict Center, NH who accepts Vatican Council II and the
Catechism of the Catholic Church, only when it is interpreted rationally, and
who accepts Pope Francis as the pope, be labeled ‘ultra traditionalist’, ‘schismatic’
and ‘anti Semitic’? - Lionel Andrades

The New Hampshire Union Leader could clarify that the CDF uses a False Premise to interpret Vatican Council II and EENS and there is no denial from the CDF.Why should the SBC use a False Premise too ? It is unethical.
Damien Fisher writing for the New Hampshire Union Leader calls the St. Benedict Center, New Hampshire, USA ‘ a sect’ and does not deny that he interprets Vatican Council II irrationally and so is in schism with the pre-1940 Magisterium like the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith (CDF), Vatican. The St. Benedict Center instead affirms Vatican Council II ( Rational).
The New Hampshire Union Leader has not reported that the St. Benedict Center, NH accepts Vatican Council II interpreted rationally without the common False Premise. The CDF does not do this and neither does the diocese of Manchester, where the bishop is Peter Libasci. There is no comment from the Curia there since they are all choosing the False Premise for political reasons..
The SBC accepts EENS according to Vatican Council II interpreted with a Rational Premise. So Damien Fisher and Fr. Georges de Laire, Judicial Vicar of the diocese, cannot call them ‘ a radical sect’.This needs to be clarified by Damien Fisher.
He needs to mention that Fr. Georges de Laire admits he used a False Premise to interpret Vatican Council II otherwise he would have to affirm EENS like the SBC against whom he has issued a harsh Decree of Prohibitions.
Simcha and Damien Fisher have written that the SBC do not accept Church teachings. This is not true. The SBC accepts Vatican Council II rationally. The Council interpreted rationally supports 16th century EENS.The Magisterium in the 16th century did not project unknown cases of the baptism of desire(BOD), baptism of blood(BOB) and invincible ignorance(I.I) as being practical exceptions for the traditional strict interpertation of EENS.
The SBC accepts BOD, BOB and I.I which can only be hypothetical and speculative. It is the CDF which projects BOD, BOB and I.I as physically visible cases in the present times, known non Catholics now in Heaven saved without faith and baptism. This is irrational. There are no such people. However this irrationality is needed by them to avoid Feeneyite EENS.
The New Hampshire Union Leader could clarify that the CDF uses a False Premise to interpret Vatican Council II and EENS and there is no denial from the CDF.Why should the SBC use a False Premise too ? It is unethical.
The CDF and Fr. Laire use a False Premise to interpret Vatican Council II. There is no denial from them.So is their Decree of Prohibitions coercion? They are trying to force the SBC to use the False Premise too ?
What if the SBC took all of them to court to clear their name and stop this false campaign against them ? The diocese, the media and the CDF must be asked for a correction. Since the SBC is faithful to Church teachings. They are interpreting Magisterial Documents with a Rational Premise and the CDF is choosing the Irrational Premise.
The SBC accepts the First Part of the Letter of the Holy Office 1949 which supports Feeneyite EENS and rejects the second part.It uses a False Premise to contradict the First Part.
We can now interpret Vatican Council II with the Rational Premise and we are back to the pre-1949 Catholic Church in faith and morals, mission and ecumenism and the old Catechisms. The Council no more contradicts Tradition.

We have a new discovery on Vatican Council II
WE HAVE TWO INTERPRETATIONS OF
VATICAN COUNCIL II
Lionel Andrades
Catholic lay man in Rome. Writer on the discovery of the two interpretations of Vatican Council II, one is rational and the other is irrational, one is interpreted with the false premise and the other without it. One is Magisterial and the other, the common one, is non Magisterial. How can the Holy Spirit make an objective mistake ? So it is human error and not the Magisterium.
Vatican Council II is dogmatic and not only pastoral.
It is the same for the Creeds and Catechisms. There can be two interpretations.Catholics must choose the rational option.
Why should Catholics choose an irrational version which is heretical, nontraditional and schismatic, when a rational option is there which is traditional?
It is unethical to interpret Vatican Council II with the False and not Rational Premise.

When the Diocese of Manchester, USA cheats on Vatican Council II etc how can they legally be trusted on other issues?
When the Diocese of Manchester, USA cheats on Vatican Council II etc how can they legally be trusted on other issues? The diocese is being dishonest for political reasons. This is not the Catholic faith.
It is obligatory for Bishop Peter Libasci, the bishop of Manchester in New Hampshire, and Fr. Georges de Laire, Judicial Vicar, to only accept Vatican Council II (rational). They must also correct the error of Damien and Sincha Fisher in New Hampshire publications, in which they have interpreted the Council irrationally.Fr. Georges de Laire has personally handed information to Damien Fisher, against the St. Benedict Center, NH. He has interpreted Vatican Council II and extra ecclesiam nulla salus (baptism of desire etc) irrationally. This was political and unethical. They are dishonest on this issue. How can they be trusted on other issues?
The media in NH has been calling the St. Benedict Center a sect because the SBC interpret Magisterial Documents rationally and in harmony with Tradition unlike the Simchas’, who were not corrected by Bishop Libasci and the CDF.
Mayor Joyce Craig in New Hampshire must ask all Catholic religious communities and organizations to be honest. The State Legislature could clarify this issue.Bishop Libasci, according to the diocese website, tells Catholics not to go to the chapel of the CMRI. The CMRI reject the popes because they accept Vatican Council II interpreted irrationally and so there is a break with Tradition. Bishop Libasci has also stopped Mass at the SBC chapel in Richmond, NH, where they interpret Vatican Council II and EENS rationally, unlike the diocese.
Bishop Libasci’s Judicial Vicar, Fr. Georges de Laire has filed a defamation suit against Michael Voris who had come to NH to interview Brother Andre Marie micm, the Prior, of the St. Benedict Center. This was after the diocese issued a harsh Decree of Prohibitions against the SBC.
In the legal case in which the SBC was mentioned, it was not stated that if Bishop Libasci and Fr. Laire did not dishonestly, use the Fake Premise, to interpret Vatican Council II etc. They would be affirming the strict interpretation of EENS and so the Decree of Prohibitions would also apply for them.
If the Secretary of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith (CDF), Vatican, Archbishop Augustine di Noia op, did not use the same Fake Premise, the Decree of Prohibitions would also apply for him at the Vatican. It would be the same for Damien and Simcha Fisher and the Curia in NH. The false premise protects them.
Judge Johnstone who heard the De Laire – Voris case in NH could be asked to clarify this point. An injustice is being done to the SBC. The judge could ask that the Decree of Prohibitions be extended to Bishop Libasci and Archbishop Di Noia. -Lionel Andrades
