Fr. Paolo Boumis knows that Lumen
Gentium 8, 14, 15, 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc, refer to invisible cases in 2024
and so they are not exceptions for Ad Gentes 7 which says all need faith and
baptism for salvation. He is indirectly affirming the dogma extra ecclesiam
nulla salus (AG 7, LG 14, CCC 845,846 etc).Yet he is not announcing that
Vatican Council II is not a rupture with the past exclusivist ecclesiology of
the Catholic Church.
Vatican Council II supports the dogma
outside the Church there is no salvation and the Athanasius Creed, which says
all need to enter the Church for salvation and Fr. Paolo Bomis, does not know
of any exceptions. There are none mentioned in the Council-text for him. Yet
he is not affirming EENS in harmony with Vatican Council II.

SCOUTS IN THE PARISH
For about 50 or more Scouts in the parish LG 8, 14, 15,16 etc refer to hypothetical cases only. So Vatican Council II would support the dogma EENS, with its orthodox passages ( AG 7, LG 14 etc), while for the Parish Priest there are no exceptions in LG 8,14,15,16,UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc. So the Scouts, Catholic and non Catholic, would have to interpret Vatican Council II, as being orthodox and traditional. They have a moral obligation to be rational and not irrational.
PARISH CHOIRS
Similarly the members of the choirs
of the parish, San Agapito in Rome, can now also affirm Cantate Domino, Council of Florence 1441, on
extra ecclesiam nulla salus with no exceptions. Since the Parish Priest agres with them. There are no exceptions mentioned in Vatican Council II and the
Catechism of the Catholic Church.
NOVUS ORDO MASS WITH OLD ECCLESIOLOGY
So at Mass in Italian which they
attend, the ecclesiology of the Church can only be ecclesiocentric, like that
of the 16th century Roman Missal. They would be saying that there is exclusive salvation in only the Catholic Church. The Church returns to Traditional Mission for them.
The liberalism, which Fr. Paolo Boumis
attributed to Vatican Council II, over the years, is no more there in the
Council-text.
What the Parish Priest, Scouts, Choir members and Sacristans have in common now is a rational interpretation of Vatican Council II, the Catechism of the Catholic Church, all the other Catechisms, the Creeds and the Church Councils. We have unity in doctrines and theology. -Lionel Andrades
