The Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith(CDF) and Fr. Georges de Laire,Vicar for Canon Affairs in the Diocese of Manchester, are supporting irrationality( i.e hypothetical cases are physically visible exceptions to EENS) to create a rupture with the past exclusive ecclesiology, an ecumenism of return, traditional mission, the Athanasius Creed and the Syllabus of Errors. This is a mortal sin of faith. The CDF is trying to stoke a schism for the SPLC, ADL and Satan.
The St. Benedict Center(SBC) have simply to put two questions to the cardinals and bishops, and the average Catholic, and the response will be that there are no personally known and physically visible non Catholics saved outside the Church over the last 50 years. There are none this year.
Even the Director of Education and Curia Member in the Diocese of Manchester,Mary Ellen Mahon, and the Catechists, would support the SBC and will answer rationally.
The CDF needs to apologize for the excommunication of Fr.Leonard Feeney and Bishop Marcel Lefebvre.Since BOD, BOB and I.I cannot be exceptions to EENS,they do not exist in our reality. Fr.Leonard Feeney was correct and the Holy Office(CDF) wrong.
Also Vatican Council II with LG 8, LG 14, LG 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc , interpreted as being exceptions to EENS, is irrational and heretical. So Archbishop Lefebvre was correct in rejecting this interpretation of the Council, which was approved by the CDF and the Left.
Pope Pius VI and Pope Benedict/Cardinal Ratzinger did not correct the error. However today a correction can made in public. The CDF made a factual error in the case of Fr.Leonard Feeney and Archbishop Marcel Lefebvre. -Lionel Andrades
It is Vatican Council II which supports extra ecclesiam nulla salus. This will be a surprise for many.

Diocese of Manchester affirms new interpretation of Vatican Council II supporting extra ecclesiam nulla salus

Bishop Peter Libasci and Curia members in the Diocese of Manchester and
Brother Andre Marie MICM and the Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary
agree that there are no personally known csaes of non Catholics saved
outside the Church with the baptism of desire(BOD), baptism of
blood(BOB) and invincible ignorance(I.I).There were none even over the
last 50 years. So there are no objective exceptions to the dogma extra
ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS).

Michael and Peter Dimond at the MHFM still interpret Vatican Council II
with Cushingism and ignore the Feeneyite, rational alternative.

All the popes, Creeds and catechisms before Pope Pius XII support Fr.
Leonard Feeney of Boston when the small 't' is not mistaken for being
the big 'T'

Catholics wrongly interpret Vatican Council II with the small 't' and assume it is the big 'T'
https://eucharistandmission.blogspot.com/2019/06/catholics-wrongly-interpret-vatican.html
Catholics today follow the small 't' and believe that it has been the
big 'T' in the Church for centuries. They assume that the the saints who
refer to BOD, BOB and I.I refer to exceptions to EENS.In other words,
personally known non Catholics saved outside the Church. Visible and not
invisible people. But this was the thinking in the Church only since
Pius XII. It is the small 't'
