Pope Benedict wrote all his books on Vatican Council II, Ecclesiology etc not knowing about the rational premise, inference and conclusion. So the Catechism of the Catholic Church(1257) says all need the baptism of water for salvation but some do not. While CCC 846 says all need faith and baptism for salvation(AG 7) but some do not. It is implied that there are known cases of non Catholics saved outside the Church without faith and baptism so CCC 846 states all who are saved are saved through Jesus and the Church. This would include non Catholics who are practical exceptions to Ad Gentes 7.
This is the confusion of Cushingism.
Redemptoris Missio, Dominus Iesus, Catechism of the Catholic Church etc were all written with Cushingism and not Feeneyism. The red passages were used to interpret Vatican Council II and EENS and not the blue ones..

" I believe in the Holy Spirit, the Holy Catholic Church, the communion of saints" - Apostles Creed
Pope Francis and Pope Benedict
1. Do you say in church, at Holy Mass when the Creed is prayed, " I believe in the Holy Spirit, the Holy Catholic Church, the communion of saints" and mean that the Holy Spirit guides the Church today to teach that outside the Catholic Church there is salvation, known salvation, there are visible non Catholics saved without faith and the baptism of water and so there is no communion with the saints on extra ecclesiam nulla salus, the Athanasius Creed etc ?
Or,
Lionel:
2. Do you say in church at Mass , "I believe in the Holy Spirit, the Holy Catholic Church, the communion of saints" and then mean that the Holy Spirit guides the Church today to teach that outside the Church there is no known salvation, there are no physically visible non Catholics in 2021 saved without Catholic faith and the baptism of water in the Catholic Church and so there is communion with the saints - Francis of Assisi, Ignatius of Loyola, Francis Xavier, Catherine of Siena, Maximillian Kolbe etc - on extra ecclesiam nulla salus( with no exceptions, like in the 16th century) the Athanasius Creed which says all need to be Catholic for salvation, the Catechism of Pope Pius X ( 24Q, 27Q), the Syllabus of Errors of Pope Pius IX ( ecumenism of return), Quas Primas of Pope Pius XI on the Proclamation of the Social Reign of Christ the King in all political legislation etc ?
THERE ARE TWO INTERPRETATIONS OF THE NICENE CREED. WHICH ONE IS YOURS ?
We acknowledge one baptism for the forgiveness of sins - Nicene Creed
Lionel :
1. There is one baptism for the forgiveness of sins, it is the baptism of water. It is physically visible and repeatable.
Or.
For Pope Francis and Pope Benedict
2.There are more than three baptisms for the forgiveness of sins, they are known baptisms, personally visible. They are the baptism of desire, baptism of blood and invincible ignorance. They exclude the baptism of water in the Catholic Church and so are practical exceptions to Feeneyite extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS) as explained in the Letter of the Holy Office(CDF) 1949 to the Archbishop of Boston. It was referenced also in Vatican Council II(Lumen Gentium 16).
When Pope Francis and Pope Benedict avoid the false premise, inference and conclusion their interpretation of the Creeds will be Magisterial and in harmony with the past Magisterium. There would be no hermeneutic of rupture with Tradition. -Lionel Andrades

The National Catechetical Office, Italy interprets Vatican Council II with a false premise, a false inference and a non traditional conclusion. This cannot be Magisterial. How could the Holy Spirit make such an objective mistake and not choose the rational option?

Pope Francis and Pope Benedict are not magisterial on Vatican Council II since they interpret the Council with the false premise, inference and conclusion instead of the rational option. They are also not magisterial on the Nicene and Apostles Creed since they make the same mistake which can be avoided
The National Catechetical Office, Italy is interprets Vatican Council II with a false premise, a false inference and a non traditional conclusion. This cannot be Magisterial. How could the Holy Spirit make such an objective mistake and not choose the rational option?
This is a human error.
The Catechetical Office, which Pope Francis visited in February this year, is in a rupture with the past Magisterium. So it schismatic. The schism is created with a false premise.
Catholics in Italy are not obliged to follow a non magisterial interpretation of Vatican Council II, with a false premise instead of a rational option. -Lionel Andrades

Pope Francis has called for interpreting Vatican Council II with a false premise and inference to create an artificial rupture with Tradition and the traditional teaching on their being exclusive salvation in the Catholic Church : this is unethical.Even the secular and Church- judges in Italy are following this error.

In the moto proprio Spiritus Domini of Pope Francis, Vatican Council II is cited, interpreted with the false premise and inference and so there is a fake rupture with Tradition. No one has pointed out this error

The 55 year old liberal-traditionalist division is finished since now we can affirm Vatican Council II and Tradition, without the false premise. This was not possible for Archbishop Marcel Lefebvre.: The liberals cited Vatican Council II in papal documents like Spiritus Domini, to justify a break with Traditionhttps://eucharistandmission.blogspot.com/2021/01/the-55-year-old-liberal-traditionalist.html

Pope Francis and the Italian government are promoting a Cushingite version of Vatican Council II so they cannot support Feeneyite extra ecclesiam nulla salus. With a false premise exceptions are created for the past ecclesiocentrism of the Catholic Church

Pope Francis and Pope Benedict's interpretation of the Catechism of the Catholic Church ( CCC 846, 1257) are non magisterial since they use a false premise to interpret CCC 846 (Outside the Church No Salvation) and CCC 1257 ( The Necessity of Baptism ).They have a rational and traditional choice which they avoid

With this rational model, the Vatican would not be contradicting the Athanasius Creed.
ATHANASIUS CREED'Whosoever will be saved, before all things it is necessary that he hold the catholic faith. Which faith unless every one do keep whole and undefiled, without doubt he shall perish everlastingly...'With this rational model they would also not be contradicting the Syllabus of Errors of Pope Pius IX.III. INDIFFERENTISM, LATITUDINARIANISM
15. Every man is free to embrace and profess that religion which, guided by the light of reason, he shall consider true. — Allocution “Maxima quidem,” June 9, 1862; Damnatio “Multiplices inter,” June 10, 1851.
16. Man may, in the observance of any religion whatever, find the way of eternal salvation, and arrive at eternal salvation. — Encyclical “Qui pluribus,” Nov. 9, 1846.
17. Good hope at least is to be entertained of the eternal salvation of all those who are not at all in the true Church of Christ. — Encyclical “Quanto conficiamur,” Aug. 10, 1863, etc.
18. Protestantism is nothing more than another form of the same true Christian religion, in which form it is given to please God equally as in the Catholic Church. — Encyclical “Noscitis,” Dec. 8, 1849.Now Vatican Council II interpreted with his irrational premise, inference and conclusion contradicts the Syllabus of Errors of Pope Pius IX.With the rational model, Vatican Council II would not contradict the Catechism of Pope Pius X.-Lionel Andrades

- Lionel AndradesCatholic lay man in Rome,Writer on the discovery of the two interpretations of Vatican Council II, one is rational and the other is irrational, one is interpreted with the false premise and the other without it. One is Magisterial and the other, the common one, is non Magisterial. It is the same for the Creeds and Catechisms. There can be two interpretations. Why should Catholics choose an irrational version which is heretical, non traditional and schismatic, when a rational option is there which is traditional ?Blog: Eucharist and MissionE-mail: lionelandrades10@
