Abbiamo ascoltato delle testimonianze meravigliose.

Le mie povere parole possono aggiungere ben poco a quanto è stato detto fino ad ora. Ciò che avete ascoltato non sono solo parole, sono fatti, è vita vissuta, è qualcosa che è tragicamente accaduto e che accade ogni giorno, qualcosa che interpella la nostra coscienza, che spinge noi a testimoniare e la Marcia per la Vita è prima di tutto una testimonianza, un impegno che ci siamo assunti per non tacere, per essere vicini a chi soffre, a chi ha subito ingiustizia, per esprimere solidarietà alle vittime di un massacro, come quello causato dalla legge 194 che ha legalizzato l’aborto in Italia.

C’è un libro della vita e c’è un libro della morte. In questo libro della morte la data del 22 maggio 1978 è scritta con caratteri di sangue, il sangue di quasi 6 milioni di vittime, 6 milioni di bambini non nati che ci trasmettono un messaggio che vogliamo raccogliere: è l’urlo silenzioso, uso l’espressione di un celebre documento del dott. Nathanson, la cui eco non si spegne e che noi vogliamo amplificare e ritrasmettere.

Non vogliamo far passare questo anniversario senza chiedere ai nostri politici, e principalmente a coloro che sono qui in piazza con noi, di abrogare la legge 194, e in attesa che si arrivi a questo, intanto di togliere immediatamente dalla spesa pubblica i 2-300 milioni di euro che ogni anno sono dedicati ad uccidere i nostri bambini. Tutti sappiamo qual è la situazione della Sanità pubblica nel nostro paese: è mai possibile che per avere un’ecografia, una tac, una risonanza, ci vogliono mesi se non ci si può permettere di pagare profumatamente le analisi, ed invece per abortire, per uccidere, tutto si risolve in pochi giorni ed è tutto gratuito perché a spese dello Stato e dunque di tutti noi contribuenti?

Tutto questo noi vogliamo denunciare perché la nostra è una società molto ipocrita che ormai pratica l’eugenetica e l’infanticidio di Stato di cui abbiamo avuto un drammatico esempio in Gran Bretagna con l’uccisione del piccolo Alfie Evans.

Noi però non vogliamo solo piangere le vittime ma onorare l’esempio di tanti uomini e donne che con coraggio difendono la vita. Uomini e donne come i genitori di Alfie Evans e i genitori di Vincent Lambert che ci insegnano come il coraggio e la determinazione con cui si combatte sono una forza inarrestabile. Ciò che ci proponiamo con la Marcia per la Vita è anche incoraggiare ognuno di noi a non sottrarsi all’impegno, ma a reagire con tutte le proprie forze all’aggressione a cui siamo sottoposti. Sappiamo di avere di fronte un sistema politico, economico, giuridico e mediatico apparentemente invincibile che ci vuole togliere anche la libertà di espressione: ma sappiamo che con l’aiuto di Dio tutto è possibile e anche se la nostra Marcia riunisce credenti e non credenti nella comune difesa della vita, noi non abbiamo timore a proclamare pubblicamente in questa piazza, il nome di Dio, Creatore e Signore della vita e della morte di ognuno di noi. Siamo certi che Egli ci ascolta, siamo certi che Egli ci aiuta, siamo certi che Egli non cesserà di assisterci giorno per giorno, momento per momento, fino alla vittoria contro la cultura di morte che ci minaccia. Questa cultura, questo sistema, ha in sé stesso i germi della sua auto-distruzione. La causa per cui combattiamo contiene invece in sé i germi della vita e della vittoria. Noi rappresentiamo il futuro, non solo per quanto riguarda l’Italia, ma per quanto riguarda il mondo. Per questo siamo vicini a coloro che domani marceranno in Argentina e venerdì prossimo voteranno in Irlanda, in ambedue i casi per evitare che sia introdotta una legislazione abortista nei loro paesi. La dimensione internazionale della lotta è una delle ragioni della nostra fiducia.

Vogliamo esprimere infine la nostra fiducia e la nostra convinzione con un gesto simbolico, che chiuderà ufficialmente la nostra manifestazione.

Chiedo perciò agli amici di Alfie, che rappresentano tutti coloro che hanno seguito con tanta apprensione e affetto quanto succedeva a Liverpool, di salire sul palco mentre prego tutti voi di rimanere ancora qualche minuto in piazza.

In a secular state which allows freedom of religion there could be pro-Catholic political parties, supporting the faith and moral teachings of the Catholic Church, and affirming in their manifesto the Social Reign of Christ the King

Cardinal Raymond Burke at the Voice of the Family Conference on May 18, affirmed the Social Reign of Christ the King over all areas of life.For me,theologically its foundation would be the exclusivist ecclesiology of the Church.

For centuries the Catholic Church has taught that it alone has the superiority and exclusiviseness in salvation.So it is based on this truth, and not upon arms and a military, that Cardinal Burke would be affirming 'the great reality of the Kingship of Christ'.

So why was it not affirmed all these years and only now ? 

Today we know that Vatican Council II is not a rupture with the old exclusivist understanding of salvation.We now know that Lumen Gentium 8, Lumen Gentium 14, Lumen Gentium 16 etc are not explicit in 2018. So they cannot be references to objective exceptions to the past ecclesiology.They are not examples of known salvation outside the Catholic Church.

We also now know that the baptism of desire, the baptism of blood and invincible ignorance refer to hypothetical cases only.They are not personally known people saved in 2018  outside the Catholic Church.

So the liberal theologians can no more reject the traditional teaching on the Kingship of Christ by citing exceptions to traditional EENS in Vatican Council II. There are no known exceptions.This is a practical reality. There are no known examples of salvation outside the Church.This is something object and obvious.

So when there are no known exceptions to the traditional teaching on the Catholic Church having the superiority and exclusiveness in salvation, the Magisterium can once again affirm the Kingship of Christ. Cardinal Burke has proclaimed the Social Kingship of Christ the King over all areas of life, political, social, cultural, religious....

The Kingship of Christ by nature is universal and extends to all men and it is not limited to only the Church said Cardinal Raymond Burke. He said Christ has authority in civil affairs and his empire includes not only baptized persons but also those who are outside the Christian faith. All men are subject to Christ and so there is no difference in this manner. The salvation of the individual and society is in Christ only.

So mission is important.



Since most people are on the way to Hell since they die outside the Church.When the government affirms the Kingship of Christ the priority for most people would be to go to Heaven and avoid Hell, since society and government would be promoting this end.This is possible when the Government is Catholic and would support the Social Reign of Christ the King over all political legislation.
