Bishop Peter Libasci and Curia theologically support St. Benedict Center on EENS and Vatican Council II : both groups say BOD,BOB and I.I refer to invisible cases in 2019

From the Catholic Herald U.K,Why is the Vatican taking
action against the Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary
On October 20, 2016, Mgr Giacomo Morandi, the Undersecretary (and now
Secretary) of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith (CDF) wrote
to the Slaves’ leader, Brother Andre Marie Villarrubia. Morandi called the
Slaves’ position on extra Ecclesiam nulla salus “unacceptable”...
Br Andre Marie said that he had been misunderstood. He did not deny either
the Catechism or Dominus Iesus, he insisted. On the contrary, he was
prepared to affirm a list of propositions from Morandi’s own letter.
It was a messy exchange, in which the participants could not even agree what they were debating. But Morandi had already had enough: he had concluded his letter by telling the Center that his letter “officially closes the discussion on this matter”...
When I asked him about the penalties, Fr Georges de Laire, the vicar for canonical affairs for the Manchester diocese, said that he “met with the [current] Undersecretary of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith [Fr Matteo Visioli] this past May, and upon that conversation the Congregation made recommendations to us for steps that should be imposed upon the Saint Benedict Center and the Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary. These are included in the precepts imposed on Monday, January  7.”...
The CDF (or at least Manchester) is taking great pains to make clear that
this dispute is about the dogma of extra Ecclesiam nulla salus and not about
the status of traditionalists in the Church more broadly.

The Diocese of Manchester Curia Member and Catechists affirm Feeneyite theology. There is no denial from the diocese. So even Bishop Peter Libasci would agree with Fr. Leonard Feeney, who said that there are no literal cases of the baptism of desire(BOD).

There are no literal cases of the baptism of desire(BOD), baptism of blood(BOB) and being saved in invincible ignorance(I.I) in 2019, is the consensus opinion in the Diocese of Manchester among the Curia.

When there are no literal cases of BOD, BOB and I.I and there are no practical exceptions to the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS) this is Feeneyite theology.
The St.Benedict Center, in New Hampshire and Bishop Peter Libasci agree that faith and baptism are needed for all for salvation(AG 7, Vatican Council II) and there are no literal exceptions to AG 7 and EENS in the present times.
So outside the Church there is no salvation and there are only Catholics in Heaven is the consensus among the Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary and Bishop Peter Libasci and his Curia.
It means Bishop Libasci, like Mary Ellen Mahon, the Director of Education in the Diocese of Manchester, are in agreement with the popes before Pius XII who affirmed the strict interpretation of EENS and recognised that BOD, BOB and I.I as being only hypothetical. The popes before Pius XII did not contradict Fr. Leonard Feeney since for them too, there were no literal cases of BOD, BOB and I.I to contradict EENS.
However the big issue is now Vatican Council II. Since hypothetical cases are just hypothetical for Bishop Libasci and his Curia, there are no exceptions to 16th century EENS, mentioned in Vatican Council II.Vatican Council II supports Feeneyite EENS for Bishop Libasci and Mary Ellen Mahon.
This is also the theological position of Brother Andre Marie,MICM, Prior at the St. Benedict Center.
Even for Matteo Visioli, the new under-Secretary of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith, there would be no known exceptions to the 16th century interpretation of EENS.So for him too, there would be no known exceptions in 2019 to the traditional teaching on the Church having an exclusiveness and superiority in salvation and so there are only Catholics in Heaven.

Media begins propaganda against SBC : Diocese of Manchester Curia Member and Catechists affirm Feeneyite theology

The media propaganda has begun against the St. Benedict Center and no one is saying that Fr.Leonard Feeney said there are no literal cases of the baptism of desire(BOD), baptism of blood(BOB) and being saved in invincible ignorance.I) for them to be exceptions  to extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS) and Bishop Peter Libasci agrees with Fr. Leonard Feeney. The bishop of Macnhester,USA does not know of any literal case of BOD, BOB and I.I.He personally does not know of someone saved outside the Catholic Church during his lifetime.
This is also confirmed by the Chancellor in the diocese and other Curia members. They are all in agreement with the Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary at the St. Benedict Center, N.H.There are not literal exceptions in the present times to Feeneyite EENS.This is a given. This is something obvious. It is not theology.

The Secretaries of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith(CDF) however in their correspondence with Brother Andre Marie MICM, Prior, St. Benedict Center have made a factual mistake. The Catechism of the Catholic Church(n.847-848 invincible ignorance) can never be a practical example of salvation outside the Church. There is no such person in New Hampshire. There is no exception to EENS.But for the CDF, there are exceptions to EENS and so it cannot be said that there are only Catholics in Heaven.

Brother Andre Marie affirms CCC 847- 848 since it can only hypothetical, a possibility to God and not a practical exception to the traditional teaching on all needing faith and the baptism of water for salvation(AG 7, Vatican Council II).
So the St.Benedict Center can affirm the 'rigorist interpretation' of EENS and also Vatican Council II and the Catechism of the Catholic Church.

Vatican Council II with hypothetical cases of LG 8, LG 14, LG 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc is not an exception to EENS and Tradition. But for the CDF, Vatican Council II is rupture with EENS.Why ? Since the CDF( Holy Office 1949) made a factual mistake in the Fr. Leonard Feeney case. They confused what was invisible as being visible. Then they create a new theology upon this error.

The CDF Secretaries in their correspondence, tell Brother Andre Marie that he must accept that the Church is the sign and Sacrament of salvation. He affirms this!!. Since it is not an exception to the centuries old interpretation of EENS.There is no problem here for him.
There is nothing in the Cathechism of the Catholic Church to contradict Feeneyite EENS.Brother Andre Marie affirms EENS like all the popes before Pius XII. For them there were no objective cases of BOD, BOB and I.I.

Fr Georges de Laire, the vicar for canonical affairs for the Manchester diocese, also does not know of any literal case of someone saved outside the Church  in 2016-2019.So how can there be known exceptions to the traditional teaching on there being only Catholics in Heaven? Where are the exceptions in his diocese?

Possibilities of salvation outside the Church by their very nature can only be subjective and speculative, for us human beings. The normal means of salvation for us Catholics is faith and baptism (AG 7, LG 14, Vatican Council II).Most people die outside the Catholic Church and so are oriented to the fires of Hell.
NEW SYNCRETISTIC DICASTERY SOON AT THE VATICAN
The reports on the St. Benedict Center precede the formation of a new super dicastery at the Vatican, approved by the Left.It will proclaim Jesus without the faith and moral teachings of the Catholic Church. The Sacraments will not be necessary for salvation. It will be open to non Catholics and later may be even non Christians.Pope Francis is also opening the reception of the Eucharist for all.So the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus has to be set aside with punitive measures.

Pope Francis like Pope Benedict does not believe in the dogma EENS .They are in heresy. They reject the Athanasius Creed and the Syllabus of Errors. This is first class heresy and present day modernism.
With this heresy the Mass of the present two popes is a scandal and a sacrilege.

The Curia members and catechists in the Diocese of Manchester avoid this mortal sin of faith.
For Mary Ellen Mahon , the Director of Education and catechesis and a member of the Curia, there are no literal cases of the BOD, BOB and I.I.None known to her.
She affirms the necessity of Catholic faith and the baptism of water for salvation.
She is in harmony with the popes before Pius XII who accepted only a hypothetical BOD, BOB and I.I.They did not project BOD, BOB and I.I as practical exceptions to EENS. This mistake was made by the liberal theologians and the traditionalists during and after the pontificate of Pope Pius XII. They re-interpreted the popes before Pius XII when they mentioned BOD, BOB and I.I.Then they claimed that the popes contradict Fr. Leonard Feeney. This narrative was approved by Pope Benedict and Cardinal Ladaria in two theologial papers of the International Theological Commission.

Mary Ellen Mahon and the other Catechist's in the Diocese of Manchester are Feeneyites on theology. This is not reported by the media.
Like the catechists in the Diocese of Manchester, I follow the Magisterium of the Catholic Church guided by the Holy Spirit and not the SPLC,ADL etc.The Left  have approved a new theology for Catholics, based upon a false premise and inference  to create a rupture with Tradition and EENS.
A religious community in the Diocese of Worcester, USA, which has full canonical status, supports Bro.Andre Marie and Mary Ellen Mahon.

Feeneyites do not deny the baptism of desire, they say that it is hypothetical and so it is not an objective exception to the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS). Fr. Leonard Feeney said that there was no literal case of the baptism of desire. Even the liberals and traditionalists admit that there is no case of the BOD in 2019. If there existed someone saved outside the Church with BOD, it could only be known to God.

Like the Dimand Brothers the Feenynites deny Baptism of Desire. If they are right and the Holy Office of Pius XII (remember the head of the Holy Office was the Pope) was wrong in condemning Benedict Center's understanding of the Dogma No Salvation Outside of the Church then the names of many Saints who were Martyrs names have to be removed. I can assure you that the Feenynites do deny Baptism of Desire as I personally know one of its members Charles Coloumbe because we went to the same Mass on Sundays. And oddly enough even they prefer Latin Mass they go so far to say the Novus Ordo Mass is both valid and licit. Though self identified as traditional Catholics there is no doubt their understanding of No Salvation Outside the Church is condemned by the Church.

Lionel:  Feeneyites do not deny the baptism of desire, they say that it is hypothetical and so it is not an objective exception to the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS). Fr. Leonard Feeney said that there was no literal case of the baptism of desire(BOB).
Even the liberals and traditionalists admit that there is no case of the BOD in 2019. If there was someone saved outside the Church with BOD, it could only be known to God.
We cannot say that it is possible that were 20 non Catholics saved last year outside the Church with BOD or there were none.
Fr. Leonard Feeney was correct and the Holy Office 1949 during the pontificate of Pope Pius XII made an objective mistake.
The same mistake is made by Michael Matt at the Remant. He assumes that the baptism of desire is an exception to EENS. So in other words he implies that there are known cases of non Catholics saved outside the Church with BOD.
This is also the mistake of the SSPX bishops.
If Charles Colombe denies the baptism of desire he means that the baptism of desire is not an exception to EENS, there are no exceptions to EENS. He denies that there are exceptions to EENS.-Lionel Andrades
