Dorothy Cummings Mclean, correspondent of Life Sites News esposed the plagiarism in the writings of Fr. Thomas Rosica, who was unethical. But she herself, irrationally, interprets Vatican Council II and the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus (EENS),even after being informed. This is deception. It is unethical too.
She is similar to Dr.Joseph Shaw and the other tutors( fellows) at the St. Benet Hall, Oxford University. They  interpret Vatican Council II irrationally since it is politically  correct with the Left.Fr.Rosica could protest.
I mentioned in a blog post that the St.Benet's Hall at Oxford University and the Latin Mass Society and Una Voce International interpret Vatican Council II irrationally. They need to correct themself.
Dr.Joseph Shaw teaches philosophy  at the St.Bennet Hall.He is also the Chairman of the Latin Mass Society of England and Wales. He has written working papers for Una Voce International and attends the Latin Mass like Dorothy Cummings Mclean. This is not the same as the Traditional Latin Mass of the 16th century missionaries.
For Shaw and  traditionalists like Mclean,  LG 8, LG 14, LG 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc in Vatican Council II, should refer to hypothetical cases only in 2019. They are not real and known non Catholics saved outside the Church. So they are not exceptions to Tradition(Syllabus of Errors, Athanasius Creed etc). But they are exceptions to EENS for both of them.
Lumen Gentium does not contradict the past ecclesiology, fo rme.But this is not how the Council is interpreted at St. Benet Hall or at Life Sites News.
LG 16 and GS 22 are not practical exceptions to Feeneyite extra ecclesiam nulla salus and there is nothing in Unitatis Redintigratio to contradict an ecumenism of return. Yet this is not how the Council is interpreted by Joseph Shaw and the other professors in England or even the Lefebvrists.
Usually the books and reports in the National Catholic Reporter or Crux interpret Vatican Council II irrationally to create an artifical rupture with Tradition. Then they associate the past Tradition, which is contradicted by the irrational interpretation of Vatican Council II, with the Latin Mass. They associate the Latin Mass with extra ecclesiam nulla salus and the Syllabus of Errors and think it is now obsolete with Vatican Council II interpreted with a false premise and inference.

But without the irrational premise of Michael Sean Winters, Massimo Faggioli and John Allen Jr, in the interpretation of Vatican Council II,  the old ecclesiology would be supported by the Council. The old ecclesiology would be the ecclesiology of Mass in all Rites.
The Latin Mass can no more be targeted since it would be supported by Vatican Council II. The Council would be Feeneyite.

Dorothy Cummings Mclean and Fr. Thomas Rosica are both unethically interpret Vatican Council II, EENS and other magisterial documents.-Lionel Andrades

In an earlier tweet, Hochschild praised LifeSiteNews for its ongoing coverage of the Rosica plagiarism scandal. Since our February 15 story, researchers have discovered that Rosica has misappropriated the work of others for speeches, columns, blog posts, academic articles for peer-reviewed journals, books, and script for a Salt and Light documentary. Examples occur over 30 years.
In addition, LifeSiteNews discovered that Rosica has been exaggerating his academic credentials. Despite course and book blurbs claiming that the Basilian Father has “advanced degrees in theology and Scripture” from Regis College in Toronto, the Biblicum in Rome, and the École Biblique in Jerusalem, Rosica holds only an M.Div./STB, which is a “basic degree”, from Regis and a License in Sacred Scripture from the Biblicum. He has not received a diploma from the École Biblique.
Newspapers, magazines and academic journals have retracted several of Rosica’s contributions, and many of his essays have disappeared from the online Zenit.org. "Waiting for the Day when the Spirit Will Make Us One” in Ecumenical Trends 47.5 (May 2018) is the most recent Rosica article facing retraction, thanks to its lengthy passages taken from other writers without credit.

Graduate Students at St. Benet Hall are unaware of the deception of the faculty : there is no clarification or correction

Dr.Joseph Shaw and the professors at the St.Benet Hall, Oxford University, England are projecting unknown cases of BOD, BOB and I.I  as personally known exceptions  to Feeneyite extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS).If they were invisible, and not known for them they would not be exceptions.
This is academic deception. It is unethical.
They are also interpreting invisible cases of LG 8, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc in Vatican Council II, as visible exceptions to the past  exclusivist ecclesiology and an ecumenism of return. This is subterfuge. They advance their academic careers, with the political Left, by changing Catholic theology with a false premise and inference.
Shaw teaches philosophy and should know there are no objective cases of being saved outside the Church, which would be exceptions,  to the old ecclesiology. There are none mentoned in Lumen Gentium 8 etc.Lumen Gentium in its entire text does not contradict the past ecclesiology.
So Dr. Joseph Shaw supports the New Theology which is created by assuming invisible cases of BOD,BOB and I.I and LG 8 etc, being visible and known, are examples of known  non Catholics saved outside the Church. This was the irrational reasoning of the Letter of the Holy Office 1949. Since then ecclesiastics having been saying there is salvation  outside the Church.Possiliities which exist only in the mind have become real examples of outside the Church there being salvation, for them.
So it is no more outside the Church there is no salvation for Shaw, as it was for the missionaries and Magisterium of the 16th century. This was also the ecclesiology of the Latin Mass at that time. Now for the academics it is outside the Church there is salvation and so non Catholics do not need to convert and there is no need for Catholic mission any more.
Shaw recently wrote a book on the Latin Mass calling for evangelisation based upon the Latin Mass of the 1950's.That Mass was different from the Latin of today, which has a New Ecclesiology, based upon BOD, BOB and I.I and LG 8 etc being visible and personally known.
The St.Benet Hall is dishonest. There is no clarification or correction from any of the teachers and neither from Joseph Shaw.
The professors(tutors) evaluate the writings and research of students from all over the world. They check the morality of research - subjects. There is a department for Theology and Religion. Here are some of the students at St.Benet Hall according to the official website. The students  would be sincere and honest.
May be they are unaware of the deception of the faculty.

The Rector(Master) at the St.Benet Hall, Oxford University, supports misinformation on Vatican Council II and Catholic traditional teaching. He overlooks Dr.Joseph Shaw's mistake.
LG 8, LG 14, LG 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc are not practical exceptions to the traditional exclusive ecclesiology of the Catholic Church. Yet this 'a politically correct  mistake' which is being made by Dr.Joseph Shaw and other academics in England. This is the approved philosophy at the St.Benet Hall. The Rector Professor Richard Cooper, overlooks it.

If someone is hypothetically saved how can he or  she be an example of known salvation outside the Church, without faith and baptism? It still is a hypothetical case.
How can someone in Heaven also be on earth at the same time? This is a simple empirical observation. The norm for salvation we know in the Catholic Church is faith and baptism.Where are the practical exceptions  in 2019?
Joseph Shaw will not affirm exclusive salvation in the Catholic Church with no known exceptions in the present times(2019). He contadicts the Bible, Sacred Tradition and the past Magisterium of the Catholic Church.

For example Maike Hickson on Life Sites News reports on a recent interview given by Bishop Athanasius Schneider. He  states:
In the Council's Dogmatic Constitution Lumen Gentium (16), the Council Fathers state: “But the plan of salvation also includes those who acknowledge the Creator.  In the first place amongst these there are the Muslims, who, professing to hold the faith of Abraham, along with us adore the one and merciful God, who on the last day will judge mankind.”
This is a reference to a hypothetical case. Things hoped for, or speculation with good will. LG 16 does not refer to a personally known non Catholic, saved as such, since 1965.If there was such a person it would only be known to God.We do not and cannot know of a single person saved with invincible ignorance.
So LG 16 does not contradict the past exclusivist ecclesiology of the Church and an ecumenism of return.
But for Bishop Schneider , the liberal ecclesiastics at the Vatican and the faculty at the St. Benet Hall LG 16 is a rupture, with the Syllabus of Errors etc. This is false. It is a lie repeated, again and again.
The expression of the text was “ambiguous” and needed to be “formulated in a different way” to “avoid these applications in the life of the Church, which we also had in the Assisi meeting of Pope John Paul II in 1986 and the other meetings, where even idolatrous religions were invited to pray in their own manner – that is to say in their idolatrous manner – for peace.
There is no ambiguity in Vatican Council II when it is clear that LG 8, LG 14,LG 16, UR 3, NA 2,GS 22 etc refer to only hypothetical cases. So they do not contradict the orthodox passages in Vatican Council II which suppport exclusive salvation in the Catholic Church.

After the Second Vatican Council, according to Bishop Schneider, in addition to the Modernists, there were also some “true members of Freemasonry” who got “high-ranking positions in the Church.” Asked by Mr. Matt about Annibale Bugnini – the architect of the Novus Ordo Mass – Schneider responds: “Yes, and others.” He mentions that some Freemasons might have been among the bishops, cardinals, “and even nuncios.” They “of course, helped the Modernist clergy,” even if these clergymen were not themselves Freemasonic, and they thus “promoted them to high positions of the Church.”
“It is evident that this is a strategy,” Bishop Schneider concludes.
So what? Vatican Council II can still be interpreted in harmony with the strict interpretation of EENS and this is not being done by Bishop Schneider, Joseph Shaw and the faculty at the St. Benet Hall.
And now, under Pope Francis, we witness how, “without shame, real evident heretics, deniers of the Catholic truth, are being promoted to high-ranking Church offices; but they are even given in some way a reward for their betrayal of Christ.”
When Bishop Schneider does not clarify that BOD, BOB and I.I and LG 8 etc are not exceptions to the strict interpretation of EENS, this is also a betrayal. He could be being prudent to  save his interests, just as Shaw has to protect his career.
