Irrespective if they are Catholic or not
they use a Fake Premise to interpret Vatican Council II, the Creeds and
Catechisms when this can be avoided. I avoid it. I use the Rational Premise. So
the old theology, the old exclusivist ecclesiology of the Church is the same as
before and after Vatican Council II. Even a non Catholic can interpret Vatican
Council II like me. He simply has to avoid confusing what is physically
invisible (LG 8, LG 14, LG 16, UR 3 etc) as being physically
visible and personally known in 1965-2022.There are no known cases. Since if anyone
is saved in the present times it would only be known to God. In general we
cannot see a baptism of desire case.
So it is simple. The Rational Premise (invisible
cases are invisible) produces a traditional conclusion. But the Rational Premise is not politically correct.A break with Tradition is wanted.
Now with the False Premise, as Catholics
President Mattarella and Prime Minister Draghi cannot affirm the Athanasius
Creed (since there are visible exceptions for them). They cannot affirm the Syllabus
of Errors. There is the same problem. With the alleged practical exceptions the
dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus is also made obsolete.
With the Rational Premise there are no
exceptions mentioned in Vatican Council II for these exclusivist Church Documents.
But if Mattarella and Draghi affirm them, it will be the end of their
liberalism/ progressivism. They would no more be politically correct with the
Left, whom they now represent in the Italian Parliament.
But their False Premise changes the
understanding of the Nicene Creed and so how can they claim to be Catholic? Their Oath of Office was made as Catholics. Was it valid ?
The President and Prime Minister’s
Offices need to clarify that only the Rational Premise is being used by the
Italian Heads of State to interpret Catholic Magisterial Documents including
Vatican Council II. So the two political leaders are Catholic and are also
honest and ethical.
Presently Mattarella and Draghi’s ‘progressivism’
is based upon a public fraud. How can they claim to be members of the Catholic
religion ?
They reject 1) Vatican Council II
(Rational), 2) the Catechism of the Catholic Church ( Rational) 3) the Nicene
Creed ( Rational) 4) the Athanasius Creed ( Rational) 5) the dogma extra
ecclesiam nulla salus ( rational, with the baptism of desire being only
hypothetical and invisible) 6) the Syllabus of Errors ( rational, i.e. there are
no practical exceptions for an ecumenism of return ) 7) the Catechism of Pope
Pius X ( Rational, with 29Q ( invincible ignorance ) not contradicting 24 Q and
27 Q( outside the Church no salvation).
Presently they do not proclaim the
Social Reign of Christ the King in all politics with the non separation of the
State with the Catholic Church’s traditional beliefs.
Their understanding of the First
Commandment is indifferent and syncretistic.
It may be mentioned that Gloria Polo discovered after she was killed by a lightning bolt in the University of Bogota, Colombia grounds that it is important to be a Catholic to go to Heaven. Jesus gave her a second chance; she could come back to earth and was not judged and condemned.
For her, abortion, which Mattarella and
Draghi support, is a mortal sin . She saw Hell.
Similarly Alphonse Ratisbonne, a Jewish
financier, was shown by Our Lady at the church Sant Andrea della Fratte, Rome,
the beauty of the Catholic Church and its importance for the salvation of all
people. He became a Catholic priest and a missionary in the Middle East.
Catholics are the new people of God (Nostra
Aetate 4, Vatican Council II). They have the Jewish Messiah promised by the
Jewish Prophets. The Catholic Church is a continuation of the Jewish religion,
whose adherents are still waiting for the Messiah. The New Testament follows
the Old Testament in the Bible.
The Catholic Church still teaches today
in Vatican Council II and the Catechism of the Catholic Church, like at the
times of the Jesuit missionaries in the 16th century, that in Heaven there
are only Catholics. They are there with faith and the baptism of water (Ad
Gentes 7, Catechism of the Catholic Church (845, 846, 1257 etc).
Jesus cannot be separated from the
Catholic Church, His Mystical Body and neither from the Kingdom of God in its

The relevant Italian Ministries must clarify that the President and Prime Minister do not interpret Vatican Council II and other Magisterial Documents with a Fake Premise, to create a false and ideological break with Catholic Tradition.
The President and Prime Minister of Italy’s Oath of Office supports false pretensions and is dishonest. President Sergio Mattarella and Prime Minister Mario Dragi are posing as Catholics when they are not .This is an ethical issue. They use a False Premise to reject Catholic teachings. If they used the Rational Premise to interpret Magisterial Documents, they would have to affirm the past ecclesiocenterism of the Catholic Church. This would become a political and ideological issue and the lobby which supports them today would disown them. The Left would demand that they resign. Since they both would then be affirming the past ecclesiocentrism of the Church and would really be Catholics.
It is important to note that political leaders have been dismissed because of moral or criminal reasons. They were seen as dishonest or unethical.
The center right politician in France who was ahead of Macron in the polls before the elections, had to step aside when the administration found a fault in him. It is as unethical for Mattarella and Draghi to remain in office as alleged Catholics when they employ the False Premise, in public. The re-interpret Catholic de fide teachings and change their original meaning and are eligible to remain in office with this deception. This is not Catholic and neither is this honest. This is deception for political and anti-Catholic ideological reasons.
Also irrespective if Sergio Mattarella is a Catholic or not, he cannot use a False Premise to interpret Vatican Council II and reject the past exclusivist ecclesiology of the Church and pretend that this is the norm for a President of Italy. This is a public scandal.
So many center right politicians in Italy have been disqualified by the Italian judiciary from holding political office, including Mayors of Rome. They did not support the Masonic and Satanic ideology. Now why does the judiciary allow President Mattarella and Prime Minister, educated at Catholic institutions, to re-interpret Church Documents with a False Premise, change their meaning for ideological reasons and then take an Oath of Office as President and Prime Minister respectively ?

Whether President Sergio Mattarella is a Catholic or not a Catholic, he is still using a False Premise to interpret Vatican Council II and there is no denial from his office.
There are two interpretations of Vatican Council II, one is rational and the other is irrational. The conclusion of the rational interpretation is traditional and that of the irrational non-traditional, heretical and schismatic. Pope Francis chooses the irrational interpretation and then justifies Amoris Laetitia and giving the Eucharist to the divorced and re-married, like Silvio Berlusconi. So with the theology and ecclesiology changed and the irrational interpretation of Vatican Council II being cited as the cause of the change, it is asked by the liberals and Masons, why cannot moral theology also be changed ?
But the interpretation of Vatican Council II with the False Premise is unethical, it is immoral too. Yet this is the false interpretation of President Sergio Mattarella who the other day took an Oath of Office as the President of Italy, still suggesting that he is a Catholic.
Whether he is a Catholic or not a Catholic, he is still using a False Premise to interpret Vatican Council II and there is no denial from his office.

A Catholic is a person who has the traditional Catholic Faith, is baptized with water and follows the teachings of the Catholic Church. How can someone be a Catholic who interprets Vatican Council II, the Creeds, Catechisms, extra ecclesiam nulla salus etc with a Fake Premise to produce an irrational, non traditional and non Catholic conclusion, as does Mattarella.
For him Lumen Gentium 16 ( being saved in invincible ignorance) refers to a visible person in 1965-2022 and so is a practical exception for the Athanasius Creed which says all need to be members of the Catholic Church ( with faith and baptism) for salvation. For me Lumen Gentium 16 refers to an invisible and hypothetical person in the present times and so is not a practical exception for the Athanasius Creed.
For Mattarella, Lumen Gentium 14 (being saved with the baptism of desire) refers to a known non Catholic saved outside the Church without faith and the baptism of water. So he rejects the Athanasius Creed, the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus etc. For me Lumen Gentium 14 refers to an unknown person and so is not an exception for the dogma EENS, the Athanasius Creed, Syllabus of Errors etc.
So for President Mattarella the Athanasius Creed, the dogma EENS and the Syllabus of Errors are obsolete and for me they are not obsolete.
How can he claim to be a Catholic when he rejects Magisterial Documents by using a False Premise (invisible people are visible)?
There are certain conditions when an election could be disqualified or a candidate elected or about to be elected is found in a moral or criminal state which disqualifies him. How can Mattarella be a Catholic, when he is not? How can he unethically interpret Church Documents and suggest that there is a break with Tradition, a Tradition which he rejects.
We have an Italian President who changes the meaning of the Nicene Creed and rejects the Athanasius Creed be given the Eucharist at Holy Mass? Silvio Berlusconi and Matteo Salvini who are divorced cannot receive the Eucharist at Holy Mass.
Without the False Premise he would have to say as a Catholic that outside the Catholic Church there is no salvation. Vatican Council II (Rational) says extra ecclesiam nulla salus.
President Mattarella interpret Vatican Council II schismatically, heretically and irrational and support the New Ecumenism, New Ecclesiology etc. In his Oath of Office this would not be ethical or coherent even by secular ethical standards.

Candidates for President of Italy do not affirm the Social Reign of Christ the King in all politics since they do not interpret Vatican Council II with the Rational Premise
Outside the Church there is no salvation is the teaching of Vatican Council II and it is not just a personal opinion.
Ad Gentes 7 in Vatican Council II says all need faith and the baptism of water for salvation.It is cited in the Catechism of the Catholic Church n.846 under the title outside the Church there is no salvation. It tells us that 1) all who are saved are saved through Jesus and the Church and 2) all need to be members of the Catholic Church with faith and baptism for salvation.
The Council Fathers (1965), some of them, made a mistake when they assumed that LG 8, LG 14, LG 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc were exceptions for the past strict interpretation of extra ecclesiam nulla salus (EENS). They are not exceptions since LG 8, LG 16 etc refer always to only hypothetical cases.
So why were all these hypothetical cases mentioned at Vatican Council II? Since they were assumed to be non hypothetical and objective exceptions, for the past traditional ecclesiocentrism of the Church. But if someone is not there, if he does not exist in our reality,how can he be an exception. If in a box of oranges there is one apple then that apple is an exception since it is different, but also because it exists there in that box.
So when this error in Vatican Council , confusing what is invisible as being visible and what is implicit as being explicit, is acknowledged and avoided, they are not practical exceptions mentioned in the text of Vatican Council II, for the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus.There are no exceptions. The Athanasius Creed has no exceptions in Vatican Council II.The Council supports the Syllabus of Errors with Ad Gentes 7.
The Church still teaches today in Vatican Council II and the Catechism of the Catholic Church, like in the times of the Jesuits in the Middle Ages that in Heaven there are only Catholics. The Catholic Church is the continuation of the Jewish religion,the New Testament follows the Old Testament in the Bible.

Jesus cannot be separated from the Church or the Kingdom of God. Neither can Jesus be separated from national and international politics on earth.
The political parties of the left and right are secular and not Catholic. The center right political parties please God to an extent and those of the Left, Satan, but the center right in Italy is not Catholic.
Catholics must only vote for political candidates and parties who support the Social Reign of Christ the King in all society (Quas Primas). It is a sin to vote for a pro-abortion or pro-LGBT candidates or political parties e.g. Partito Democratico, Cinque Stelle etc.
SOCIAL REIGN OF CHRIST THE KING
The center right political parties in Italy are not part of the Catholic Church which includes the saints and martyrs and those Catholics who are in Purgatory and Heaven. The political parties must affirm Vatican Council II with the Rational Premise and then they will be supporting the traditional teaching on outside the Church there is no salvation upon which is pegged the teaching on the Social Reign of Christ the King and the non separation of Church and State.
Marcello Pera one of the Presidential candidates along with Pope Benedict approved a book supporting a secular state based upon the interpretation of Vatican Council II with the False Premise. The False Premise creates false exceptions for the dogma outside the Church there is no salvation. So the Social Reign of Christ the King cannot be proclaimed. Since there are alleged exceptions there can also not be traditional mission.

Matterella and Draghi are leftists and so do not interpret Vatican Council II with the Rational Premise but even Vigano and Schneider are not doing so.
Sergio Mattarella and Mario Draghi were two leftist candidates who were vying for the presidential seat in Italy. Both have had their religious formation in the Catholic Church in the 1940’s when it was suggested that invisible cases of the baptism of desire and invincible ignorance were visible exceptions for the traditional strict interpretation of the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus as held by the past Magisterium and the saints and popes. Like the rest of the Church they accepted the false premise i.e. invisible people are visible in the present times.LG 8, LG 14, LG 16 etc refer to visible non Catholics saved outside the Church in the present times.
Since the popes, from Pius XII did not correct the error in the Letter of the Holy Office , Pope Paul VI approved Vatican Council II also using the False Premise (invisible cases of LG 16 etc are visible examples of salvation outside the Catholic Church) instead of the Rational Premise ( invisible cases of LG 14,LG 16 etc are invisible in the present times).So the New Theology accepted by Mattarella and Draghi was outside the Church there is salvation and LG 8,LG 14, LG 16 etc are practical exceptions for the past extra ecclesiam nulla salus which was made obsolete, in the 1940’s and then again in 1965.

They could affirm the Syllabus of Errors of Pope Pius IX today since there are no exceptions for Feeneyite EENS in Vatican Council II and the Letter of the Holy Office 1949 made a mistake when it interpreted the baptism of desire and invincible ignorance as being objective cases in the present times (1949).

When a bishop does not rationally and traditionally affirm the Creeds, Catechisms, Vatican Council II and the other Councils, EENS, Church declarations (Joint Statement on Justification with the Lutherans, the Balamand Declaration with Orthodox Christians etc), dogmas and traditional doctrines, what’s left? It is like an abjuration of the Faith, material or manifest.

But how do we interpret the Word of God, the Bible- with or without the False Premise? The dogma EENS for example, comes from the interpretation of John 3:5 and Mark 16:16 etc.The Pallotine Fathers at San Silvestro and the laity in general, like Pope Francis, interpret EENS as having exceptions- but for me there are no exceptions.
The Nicene Creed was recited at Holy Mass. It can be interpreted with or without the False Premise. The Filipino community at the church interprets it with the False Premise and I use the Rational Premise. We all affirm the Nicene Creed but our premise and conclusion are different in the same Church.
So this is the same one, holy, Catholic and apostolic Church in which we are all in, but definitely one of our two interpretations is not apostolic or Patristic.
The interpretation of Church Documents, with the political premise, by Archbishop Vigano and Bishop Schneider, is not apostolic and patristic.With the Fake Premise they reject the old theology and create a new theology which is an innovation, schism and heresy. I affirm the same Church Documents as them but with the Rational Premise there is a hermeneutic of continuity with the Apostles and the Patristic period.

Archbishop Carlo Maria Vigano and Bishop Athanasius Schneider use the Fake Premise like the liberals. So they offer the Latin Mass in schism and heresy and do not deny it, for political reasons. They do not deny their mortal sins of faith and they hear the Confession of Catholics in sin.
Archbishop Carlo Maria Vigano and Bishop Athanasius Schneider use the Fake Premise ( invisible cases of LG 16 etc are visible in 2022) instead of the Rational Premise( invisible cases of LG 8,LG 16,LG 14 etc are physically visible in 2022) and Pope Francis, Pope Benedict and Cardinal Walter Kasper do the same.
So invisible and unknown cases of non Catholics saved with the baptism of desire (LG 14) or invisible ignorance (LG 16) or ‘elements of sanctification and truth in other religions’ (LG 8) are visible and known for them in 1965-2022 so they conclude that there are practical exceptions for the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus, the Athanasius Creed, the Syllabus of Errors etc.
For me unknown and invisible cases in 1965-2022 of non Catholics saved according to LG 8, LG 14, and LG 16 are invisible and unknown. So they are not practical exceptions for the past exclusivist ecclesiology of the Catholic Church.
The traditionalists and liberals however use the same False Premise (invisible people are visible in the present times) while I use the Rational Premise (invisible people are invisible in the present times).Their conclusion is non-traditional (EENS is obsolete since there are practical exceptions) and mine is traditional (EENS is not obsolete since there are no practical exceptions in the present times).
So I can go for the Latin Mass and be orthodox while they offer the Latin Mass creating false exceptions for the Athanasius Creed, EENS and the Syllabus of Errors of Pope Pius IX ( ecumenism of return to the Church etc).This is irregular. It is unorthodox. It is an innovation.
They choose the hermeneutic of rupture with Tradition while I choose one of continuity with Tradition.
They choose a break with the past Magisterium which is schism. I avoid it.
They re-interpret the Creeds and Catechisms with the same False Premise (invisible people are visible) and I avoid it. This is first class heresy which I avoid.

Bishop Schneider when interviewed by Dr. Taylor Marshall has said that there are no literal cases of the baptism of desire (LG 14).So he used the Rational Premise (the invisible cases of the baptism of desire are invisible in the present times).However he is not saying that LG 8, LG 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc in Vatican Council II also refer to hypothetical cases. It would mean the Council does not contradict EENS, the Athanasius Creed and the Syllabus of Errors.
He does not affirm these Church Documents with no exceptions. There are exceptions for him, so the Council is a break with Tradition. This is the traditionalist position on Vatican Council II which is politically correct with the Left and the Vatican. It is acceptable for them. It is also the liberal position.They affirm the Council with exceptions and so there is a break with Tradition which they accept.
They both use the same False Premise but the traditionalists in a vague way and the liberals accept it.
But for the two bishops this is not ethical even by secular standards when they use the False Premise to create an artificial break with Catholic Tradition, in particular the old theology which was ecclesiocentric.They are following the Left in their interpretation of Vatican Council II and are liberals and not traditionalists.-Lionel Andrades

Bishop Athanasius Schneider said that the Society of St. Pius X was not in schism. But the SSPX is in schism when they interpret Vatican Council II with the Fake Premise, like the Ecclesia Dei communities at Cortalain, France last September. The False Premise has to create schism.
In the last Confraternity of Our Lady of Fatima Question and Answer session Bishop Athanasius Schneider said that the Society of St. Pius X was not in schism. The False Premise has to create schism.
Now the SSPX cannot affirm the Athanasius Creed since there are exceptions created with the Fake Premise.There are none for me.
They cannot affirm the Syllabus of Errors of Pope Pius IX on an ecumenism of return to the Church since there are exceptions created with the False Premise. So their New Theology is the same as the liberals and the Masons.
Their website rejects Feeneyite EENS since for them the baptism of desire, invincible ignorance and the baptism of blood are objective cases since 1965.
The Catechism of Pope Pius X (29Q-invincible ignorance) contradicts the same Catechism (24Q.27Q-outside the Church there is no salvation).This is all schism with the past Magisterium.
The past Magisterium did not use the False Premise to interpret the baptism of desire and invincible ignorance. St. Thomas Aquinas did not say that the man in the forest saved in invincible ignorance was a known case and so a practical exception for EENS, which he held. Hypothetical cases of the baptism of desire and invincible ignorance were not objective exceptions for the strict interpretation of EENS, for St. Robert Bellarmine. This is common sense.
The SSPX interprets the Council schismatically like the FSSP. So the FSSP did not correct Bishop Roland Minnerath at Dijon, France, who has written books supporting a theology of religious pluralism and the rejection of the Syllabus of Errors.
This is schism. This is first class heresy. Schism and heresy are mortal sins of faith.
Today the SSPX can get out of schism and choose the hermeneutic of continuity with Tradition. They have to admit that Pope Pius XII made an objective error in the Letter of the Holy Office 1949 and that unknown cases of the baptism of desire and invincible ignorance cannot be known and visible exceptions for traditional Feeneyite EENS. They must announce that LG 8, LG 14. LG 16, UR 3, NA2, GS 22 etc in Vatican Council II refer to invisible cases in 2022.This is something obvious.
So then there would be nothing in the Council-text to contradict the Athanasius Creed, the Syllabus of Errors and 16th century EENS.
Vatican Council II would be traditional, exclusivist and in harmony with the popes, saints and martyrs of the past.
This though, is not the Vatican Council II of the popes from Paul VI to Francis I. It is they who are in schism and can choose orthodoxy with the Rational Premise.-Lionel Andrades
