Council can be interpreted with a Rational Premise, with the Blue values on the

It was the popes who
wanted a political interpretation of Vatican Council II and did not want to
affirm the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus with no exceptions. In this way they created a theological and doctrinal break with the Patristic period.
So with the Irrational
Premise they made the Syllabus of Errors of Pope Pius IX obsolete.
Pope Benedict also
refused to grant canonical recognition to the SSPX and said that the issue was
doctrinal. He meant the SSPX had to accept Vatican Council II with the
Irrational Premise, Inference and Conclusion for a break with Tradition.
Now the SSPX can refuse to interpret the Council without the Rational Premise.They must choose only the Rational Premise, Inference and Conclusion. They must also insist that Pope Benedict only interpret the Council with the Rational Premise. -Lionel Andrades

Leone and Rorate Caeili. It is possible irrespective of Congar, Ratzinger and
Rahner were present there in 1965. The Council is orthodox today irrespective
that Pope Paul VI chose the False and not Rational Premise.
Not too long ago Bishop Athanasius Schneider said in Kazakhstan that there is salvation in only Jesus and in only the Catholic Church. He could say this since he was interpreting the baptism of desire (LG 14) etc with the Rational Premise (invisible cases are invisible in 2022). So Vatican Council II did not have any objective exceptions in its text for the past ecclesiocentrism with no exceptions. This ecclesiocentrism is not affirmed by Don Pietro Leone. For him the baptism of desire etc refer to visible exceptions for extra ecclesiam nulla salus in 2022. So he interprets the Council like the present two popes, who use the False Premise to justify the New Ecumenism and reject the ecumenism of return to the Catholic Church. -Lionel Andrades
