Raymond Arroyo and Robert Royal in response to the Chicago meeting last month on the subject of Vatican Council II said that they accept Vatican Council II.On the EWTN World Over program they have criticized the writers at the National Catholic Reporter(NCR).
The NCR has a picture of the papal posse and mentioned that they criticized Pope Francis.
But Raymond Arroyo, like Ralph Martin, Scott Hahn, Robert Fastiggi, Teresa Tomeo, Maike Hickson, Michael Voris and Jimmy Akins and so many others refer to Vatican Council II, irrational, interpreted with the common False Premise. They do not support Vatican Council II rational, interpreted with the Rational Premise. There was no denial from them on Twitter. They affirm Vatican Council II, irrational, like Pope Francis, Pope Benedict and the National Catholic Reporter.
Vatican Council II, irrational, is not opposed by the Left. Since the False Premise creates alleged 'practical exceptions' for the Athanasius Creed. The false inference will see Vatican Council II (irrational), with its exceptions, as a break with Tradition (EENS of the Middle Ages).
But the popes and saints over the centuries were rational and not
irrational. For practical reasons, they did not have to use the False Premise,
to reject the Athanasius Creed and change the understanding of the Nicene
Creed.
But Raymond Arroyo has to interpret the baptism of desire (BOD), baptism of
blood (BOB) and invincible ignorance (I.I) with the False Premise. I instead
accept the BOD, BOB and I.I. but I interpret them with the Rational Premise.
They are only hypothetical cases for me but objective people for Raymond
Arroyo, Robert Royal and Fr. Gerald Murray. For me, LG 16 refers to an
invisible person in 2022. For them it refers to a physically visible person.
Otherwise there would be no 'practical exceptions' for the dogma EENS.They need the 'practical exceptions'. They need division with the past Magisterium. Without the exceptions, they
would be supporting extra ecclesiam nulla salus (EENS) according to the missionaries of the 16th
century. It would be the end of Raymond Arroyo's career at EWTN. So since there
are alleged exceptions for the past exclusivist ecclesiology of the Catholic
Church he cannot say that all non Catholics need to convert into the Catholic
Church to avoid Hell ( for salvation).There are 'known' exceptions for him.
They are 'visible'. What is invisible for me is visible for 'the papal posse'.
Raymond Arroyo, Fr. Gerald Murray and Robert Royal and the rest of EWTN
do not affirm Vatican Council II (Rational) and they do not deny it on Twitter
or other social media.
They do not affirm the Nicene Creed (rational), the Apostles Creed (Rational)
and EENS of the Council of Florence (Rational). They choose the irrational
version as does Cardinal Blasé Cupich and Cardinal Sean O'Malley who were
present among the 70 liberals at Chicago, who create division in the Church,
with the False Premise.
I instead affirm Magisterial Documents with the Rational Premise and so the
conclusion is traditional, non heretical, non schismatic and non dishonest. It
is the False Premise which creates schism and heresy and I avoid it.
I am not in schism with the
Magisterium of the Patristic period or that of the Middle Ages, a golden period
in the history of the Catholic Church. The apologists at EWTN cannot say the
