Why is it legal to slander the late Fr. Leonard Feeney and the Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary at the St. Benedict Centers in the USA ? : there are no practical exceptions of BOD,BOB and I.I or LG 8, GS 22 etc to EENS

Why is it legal to slander the late Fr. Leonard Feeney and the Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary at the St. Benedict Centers in the USA ?
Every one knows that there are no personally known exceptions to the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus (EENS).This is common sense.We cannot meet or see someone in 2019 saved outside the Church in invincible ignorance(I.I), the baptism of desire(BOD) or the baptism of blood(BOB), with or without the baptism of water.
So Vatican Council II does not mention any one saved outside the Church, for us human beings. There can be no literal case of BOD, BOB and I.I or LG 8,LG 14, LG 16, UR 3,NA 2, GS 22 etc in 2019. There were none in 1965 and 1949 too.
So to suggest that there are physically visible cases of non Catholics saved in I.I. is deception.
There can be no such people in our reality.
Yet Brother Casey Cole ofm, in his video Is there Salvation Outside the Church (7:29) 1 says Feeneyism is a condemned teaching in the Church and has posted a picture of Fr. Leonard Feeney.
Bishop Donald Sanborn has posted an Anti-Feeneyite Catechism. He assumes that the baptism of desire etc are exceptions to Feeneyite EENS.In other words they are not invisible and hypothetical but personally known and physically visible, in the present times.
This is false information.
Similarly Bishop Peter Libasci, bishop of the Diocese of Manchester, USA and the two Secretaries of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith, Vatican, Archbishops Giacomo Morandi and Augustine di Noia, have made the same error. They have also informed Brother Andre Marie MICM, Prior at the St. Benedict Center, New Hampshire, in the Diocese of Manchester,about their irrational reasoning and non traditional conclusion.For them there are objective exceptions to the strict interpretation of the dogma EENS. They interpret hypothetical cases mentioned in the Catechism of the Catholic Church and Vatican Council II as being exceptions to EENS. So they are not hypothetical for them.
Do they personally know of any particular person saved outside the Church, without faith and baptism (AG 7 ) and with BOD, BOB and I.I in the present times ? No.They cannot judge that any particular person outside the Church is saved.Since this would only be known to God.
The CDF, the Diocese of Manchester, Bishop Donald Sanborn and the Franciscans have been informed through these blog posts on EucharistandMission that they are irrational. Even worse, heretical.
The Diocese  of Manchester chooses the political interpretation of Vatican Council II and EENS to create a rupture with Tradition( Syllabus of Errors, ecumenism of return etc). They will not be honest and admit  that there are no known cases of BOD,BOB and I.I.So obviously BOD, BOB and I.I etc cannot exceptions to EENS.
Instead they have officially informed the St. Benedict Center in the diocese that they are legally not Catholic.Since they will not say that invisible cases of BOD,BOB and I.I are visible exceptions to EENS.Brother Andre Marie will not claim that unknown people saved,as referenced,  in LG 8, LG 16, UR 3 etc, are known exceptions to Feeneyite EENS.
They want him to be dishonest and deceptive.
This is all unethical and deceptive.Is this not illegal ?
How can they slander a priest by using an irrationality ?
BOD, BOB and I.I are 'zero cases' in our reality said the apologist John Martignoni.
BOD, BOB and I.I cannot be exceptions to EENS said Archbishop Thomas E. Gullickson, Nuncio to Switzerland and Liechtenstein.This is common knowledge which was also confirmed by Fr. Stefano Visintin osb, Rector, University of St. Anselm, Rome.Priests in Rome have said that the baptism of desire never was an exception to Feeneyite EENS. There are no cases of the baptism of desire.
So a lie is being promoted  and Fr. Leonard Feeney and the St. Benedict Centers are being slandered.
Why is this legal ?
If a pope or cardinal says invisible people are visible it still is irrational. 
If a pope or cardinal says that most people can see non Catholics saved in Heaven outside the Church (with BOD, BOB and I.I or LG 8, GS 22 etc as mentioned in Vatican Council II) it still is false.
If a pope violates the Principle of Non Contradiction it still is a violation.
When the Prefect of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith makes an objective error and confuses what is invisible as being visible it still is an objective error. It is not Magisterial since the Holy Spirit cannot make an objective error. It is simply human error.
To assume there are non Catholics saved in Heaven outside the Church who are also visible on earth to be practical exceptions to EENS suggests that these people are in two places at the same time.
So if a few popes have overlooked this error it still is an error.
Why is it legal for Bishop Donald Sanborn, founder and rector of the Most Holy Family Seminary, Florida to slander Fr. Leonard Feeney and the St.Benedict Centers ?
Why is it legal for the Franciscans in New York ?
Why is it legal for Bishop Peter Libasci ? 
Are the Secretaries of the CDF legally allowed to violate the Principle of Non Contradiction and slander a priest ?

Michael Matt in his latest video 1 does not mention Bishop Athanasius Schneider who is openly supporting Martin Luther's theology as is John Henry Weston editor of LifeSites News.They oppose Pope John Paul II's objection to a Christian Theology of Religious Pluralism and Salvation ( CDF, Dupuis, Notification 2001).
The editor at the Remant News, a Cushingite media,  loosely uses the word traditionalists.There  is theological and doctrinal divide among them and he is on the wrong side.
For the Feeneyites invincible ignorance is not an exception to the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS) but for Michael Matt it is.This is no way to 'unite the clans'.
For the traditionalists at the St. Benedict Center, USA  there are no personally known cases of being saved in invincible ignorance.For Michael Matt and the SSPX there are.Otherwise how else could there be exceptions to EENS since 1965  or earlier, for them?
So when he uses the word traditionalist he needs to specify  to which group is he referring to- Cushingite or Feeneyite.
In the past Michael Matt would criticize Fr. Leonard Feeney.Now at the last conference which he organized the Feeneyite Michael Church was one of the speakers.Brother  Andre Marie MICM was also there.
We cannot unite the clans with two different set of doctrines at the Latin Mass,created by the old and new theology.

We cannot have a restoration based on Cushingite theology.
It is Cushingite theology which makes all Magisterial documents a rupture with Tradition. It is the cause of the hermeneutic of rupture with Tradition, which Pope Benedict mentions, but does not identify its cause.
It turns everything into heresy and he too uses it.
Traditionalism based on Cushingism is not the remedy.

Rome must come back to the Faith with Feeneyism.

Praised be Jesus in the Catholic Church outside of which all are going to Hell.
Cushingism produces a rat-trad.Feeneyism makes a rad trad a Catholic.
Only a Feeneyite is a Catholic. A Cushingite is a heretic.

Like the Franciscan on the video Is there Salvation outside the Church,1 Bishop Donald Sanborn,founder and Rector of the Most Holy Family Seminary, Florida, USA, 2 sedevacantist, assumes being saved in invincible ignorance is an exception  to the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS).So there is personally known salvation outside the Catholic Church for him. Then he criticizes Fr. Leonard Feeney.So this is the reasoning which he uses to slander the priest from Boston.
There is nothing in Lumen Gentium to contradict Feeneyite EENS.However in confusion,like the  Franciscan Bro. Casey Cole OFM in the video,Bishop Sanborn uses a falsehood, to reject the strict interpretation of EENS.

The Franciscan uses this irrationality to reject Feeneyite EENS and accept an irrational interpretation of Vatican Council II.With the irrationality Bishop Sanborn also has to reject Vatican Council II, since it would be in conflict with an ecumenism of return, Syllabus of Errors etc.
Bishop Sanborn and Brother Cole do not accept Vatican Council II interpreted rationally and in harmony with Feeneyite EENS, an ecumenism of return, the past exclusive ecclesiology and the Syllabus of Errors.
This is not fair to the late Fr.Leonard Feeney and the present day Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary at the St. Benedict Centers, USA.
How can these religious slander Fr. Leonard Feeney?
They use an irrational premise ( invisible people are visible in the present times) and inference( these 'visible' non Catholics saved outside the Church are objective exceptions to EENS).They create a non traditional and heretical conclusion ( outside the Church there is salvation and all do not need to enter the Church).
Similarly Bishop Peter Libasci, the Bishop of Manchester, USA, interprets Vatican Council II and EENS falsely and then expects the St. Benedict Center in the diocese to do the same.
The Franciscan and sedevacantist communities  could inform Bishop Peter Libasci that in Vatican Council II there are no exceptions to Feeneyite EENS.He supports a lie and slander.

Our Approach

Most Holy Trinity Seminary was founded in order to provide priestly training for young men who thoroughly reject Vatican II,(Cushingite) its reforms, and the Modernist hierarchy which promulgates them.(He is referring to Vatican Council II Cushingite. He does not know about Vatican Council II Feeneyite)  This position is in contrast to the seminaries of traditionalist groups that operate with the approval of the Modernist hierarchy, or who seek this approval.(They also only are aware of Vatican Council II Cushingite).
The Seminary trains priests according to pre-Vatican II standards.(This was when all magisterial documents were interpreted with Feeneyism instead of Cushingism) Its rule, discipline, spiritual formation, and academic curriculum imitate faithfully those which were in effect in seminaries before the Second Vatican Council. By training priests in this manner, the seminary hopes to contribute to the solution to the problem of the nearly universal disintegration of Catholic faith, morals, discipline, and liturgy  which the Second Vatican Council has caused.
The seminary sees that the only solution to the problem of Vatican II, however, is to condemn it as a false council which was dominated by heretics, and to discard and ignore its decrees and enactments.(He does not comment upon Vatican Council II Feeneyite and how all magisterial documents can be interpreted with Feeneyism. The red is not an exception to the blue.) Consequently, the Seminary does not seek to be recognized by the heretical hierarchy which promulgates Vatican II, nor does it seek to work with the Novus Ordo clergy, as if in a single church or religion.(But their interpretation of Vatican Council II and EENS is still irrational, non traditional and heretical).
The Seminary therefore repudiates the idea of the Motu Proprio Mass, or that of a fraternity of priests which has received permission or seeks permission from the Novus Ordo hierarchy to function in communion with the Modernist heretics.(They still offer Holy Mass with the New Theology, the New Ecclesiology while also claiming to support the old ecclesiology of the Catholic Church).
The Catholic Church, in the outlook of the Seminary, will not be cured of its current problems until the hierarchical sees, particularly the papacy, are once again occupied by Catholics. For as long as Modernist heretics possess the mere appearance of authority which they now possess, the problem of Vatican II will continue. In the meantime the Seminary, as well as the priests who emanate from it, shall abhor even the suggestion of an official recognition from the Novus Ordo hierarchy, or of a compromise with the Modernists, whom St. Pius X called the “most pernicious of all the enemies of the Church,” who are striving “utterly to subvert the very Kingdom of Christ.”(Cushingism creates modernism. This seminary is not free of it. This can clearly be seen in their interpretation of Vatican Council II).








Faculty

Our Seminary provides future priests with a thorough intellectual training based on the Church’s Magisterium and the Teachings of St. Thomas Aquinas.(They are a rupture with St. Thomas Aquinas on EENS. Aquinas affirmed Feeneyite EENS and invincible ignorance referred to hypothetical cases for him. Invincible ignorance is an exception to EENS for Bishop Sanborn. So it is not a theoretical and hypothetical case for him and the seminary faculty)  In both philosophy and theology it insists on adherence to classical Thomism.(In philosophy and theology they adhere to Cushingism.Cushingism is the basis for the New Theology and New Ecclesiology, which is modernism and heresy).
