The result is imaginary exceptions are created for the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS) and the Athanasius Creed is made obsolete. So people think that there is known salvation outside the Catholic Church in the present times and every one does not need to be a member of the Catholic Church to avoid Hell. -Lionel Andrades
The political parties must re-interpret Vatican Council II and correct the two pope's leftist theology. Then the Catholic political parties could affirm the Social Reign of Christ the King and tell Catholics that they are obligated to vote for their party

Since outside the Catholic Church there is no salvation according to Vatican Council II (re-interpreted rationally) there is an obligation for the Government to be Catholic, to save the maximum number of souls from going to Hell. -Lionel Andrades
