Douglas Bushman ( Augustine Institute, Colorado ) wrote a political piece on Vatican Council II recently for The Catholic World Report.
He does not deny that he used a false premise, inference and conclusion to interpret Vatican Council II and so falsely projected the Council as a rupture with Feeneyite extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS) which he cannot support. He cannot affirm EENS like the past Magisterium of the Catholic Church. - Lionel Andrades
In general 'the Novus Ordo' Church, in the Catholic Church, can choose the Society of St. Pius X (SSPX) concept of other religions and salvation and the old ecumenism of return into the Catholic Church, since there is nothing in Vatican Council II( interpreted rationally) to contradict Tradition. LG 8,LG 14, LG 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22, etc are not practical exceptions to exclusive salvation in the Catholic Church.
Ironically, the SSPX, like 'the Novus Ordo 'Church, also uses a fake premise to create a fake rupture with traditional ecumenism and 16th century extra ecclesiam nulla salus (EENS). The SSPX bishops seem unaware of Vatican Council II interpreted with a rational premise, inference and conclusion.They simply go back to Tradition interpreting Church documents with the false premise.
They reinterpret the Catechisms and Creeds with the false premise too. So for them, it is EENS with exceptions and not EENS with no exceptions, there is the baptism of desire which is an exception to EENS and not a baptism of desire which is acceptable hypothetically but not an exception to the strict interpretation of EENS.
Similarly for the liberals there is EENS with exceptions and the baptism of desire and invincible ignorance which are practical exceptions to EENS . This is irrational and non traditional. -Lionel Andrades
What a situation we are in. We have the two popes not Magisterial on Vatican Council II, the Creeds and Catechisms since they use a fake premise, which can easily be avoided.
We have the cardinals and the national bishops conferences, all over the world, not Magisterial on Church documents, since they do not interpret them with the rational premise but create a false rupture with Tradition.
We have the National Catechectical Centers non Magisterial on Magisterial documents, including the Catechisms, since the Catechists use the false premise, which is politically correct with the Left.
We have the Rectors and professors at the pontifical universities, along with the Congregation for Catholic Education, Vatican, teaching a false version of Vatican Council II and other Magisterial documents.
We have books on Vatican Council II, in general, written with a false premise,inference and conclusion and so are worthless. Some of the erring publishers include Amazon,Oxford University Press, Ignatius Press, Angelus Press in their English editions.-Lionel Andrades
Consider that the Catechetical activity in the parish is based on the Cushingite intepretation of Vatican Council II i.e Vatican Council II interpreted with the fake premise. The Catechisms, present and past, are not interpreted with the rational blue premise. This cannot be Magisterial. It cannot be the work of the Holy Spirit.
The Catechism of the Catholic Church ( n.1257 and 846 ) can be interpreted with Feeneyism but Cardinal Ratzinger and Cardinal Schonborn, were Cushingites. In their mind there were only red passages. - Lionel Andrades
Pope Benedict wrote all his books on Vatican Council II, Ecclesiology etc not knowing about the rational premise, inference and conclusion.So the Catechism of the Catholic Church(1257) says all need the baptism of water for salvation but some do not.While CCC 846 says all need faith and baptism for salvation(AG 7) but some do not. It is implied that there are known cases of non Catholics saved outside the Church without faith and baptism so CCC 846 states all who are saved are saved through Jesus and the Church.This would include non Catholics who are practical exceptions to Ad Gentes 7.
This is the confusion of Cushingism.
Redemptoris Missio, Dominus Iesus, Catechism of the Catholic Church etc were all written with Cushingism and not Feeneyism.The red passages were used to interpret Vatican Council II and EENS and not the blue ones..

The National Catechetical Office, Italy is interprets Vatican Council II with a false premise, a false inference and a non traditional conclusion.This cannot be Magisterial.How could the Holy Spirit make such an objective mistake and not choose the rational option?
This is a human error.
The Catechetical Office, which Pope Francis visited in February this year, is in a rupture with the past Magisterium.So it schismatic.The schism is created with a false premise.
Catholics in Italy are not obliged to follow a non magisterial interpretation of Vatican Council II, with a false premise instead of a rational option. -Lionel Andrades

The professors at the Gregorian Pontifical University, Rome must not be allowed, to teach deception at the theology and philosophy departments.Students must be informed when a professor, for political or personal reasons, interprets Vatican Council II, the Creeds, Catechisms etc, with a false premise and inference.This is unethical even in a secular sense.It comes under the ambit of the civil organisaton.

The professors of the Legion of Christ universities in Rome are illegally teaching deception at the theology and philosophy departments.It is not just a new theology or new philosophy which is being taught but the faculty use a false premise, inference and conclusion to interpret Magisterial documents and so there is a false rupture with Tradition (EENS, Syllabus of Errors etc ).Students are not aware of this.
Some professors are afraid that if they tell the truth they will lose their teaching jobs.
With the present deception, the credibility in the university's bio ethics departments is also poor.The use of a false premise to interpret Vatican Council II is not moral.
The faculty teach a new version of the Creeds. There is no denial or discussion.Students do not know this.
Those students who interpret Vatican Council, EENS, the Creeds, Catechisms and the baptism of desire and invincible ignorance, with the blue passages,may not be allowed to sit for the Final Comprehension Examination or continue their studies at the university. -Lionel Andrades

Hypothetical cases of LG 8, LG 14, LG 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc are projected as examples of non Catholics saved outside the Church, without faith and baptism, in the present times 1965-2021.
There are no such cases.
But the speakers of the Vicariate's Ecclesia Mater program for lay people, remain politically correct with this lie.The course in theology is presented in a difficult language.The speakers have much to hide.
