The judiciary in Italy use a false premise to interpret Vatican Council II like Abp. Lefebvre and the SSPX bishops.

This is also a political issue, for another reason.
Members of the Judiciary, the Italian professors at the Faculty of Jurisprudence at the La Sapienza University, the Departments of Canon Law at pontifical universities and the Roman Rota interpret Vatican Council II with Cushingism. They use a false premise to create a non traditional conclusion. This is a rupture with Catholic Tradition.Students of law have to accept this irrationality. It is also a falsehood which  vocations to the religious life, priests and nuns, must repeat to be accepted. It is a lie.It is unethical.
Even Cardinal Raymond Leo Burke, former Prefect of the Apostolic Signatura, Vatican, interpreted Vatican Council II with the false premise. Vatican Council II is also interpreted  with Cushingism, at the University of Milan, where Justice Nicolo Zanon, was a professor.
He is now a Judge of the Italian Constitutional Court, Rome. How can a judge, in ignorance, use a false premise to interpret a Church Council ? All the other judges, who have studied at Catholic institutions would be using the same reasoning to interpret Magisterial documents.

On December 13, 2019 a Magistrate of the Ministry of Justice was supposed to talk in Rome , at a program organized by the Arcisodalitum, Curiae Romanae, which only accepts Vatican Council II ( Cushingism).
On December 12, 2019 Prof. Fr. Wojciech Giertych op, the papal theologian, was the moderator of a doctoral dissertation of Sister Elisa Ann Nutt at the Pontifical University of St. Thomas Aquinas(Angelicum), Rome. Both interpret  Vatican Council II  with Cushingism only. Cushingism is irrational, non traditional, heretical and deception.
I am not allowed to study Philosophy and Theology at a pontifical university in Rome since I interpret Vatican Council II with Feeneyism. So the Council is in harmony with the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus as it was known to the missionaries and Magisterium in the 16th century.
This is discriminating against a Catholic in Rome.
So this is a political issue in Italy, which Salvini and Meloni must bring up before their political opponents, their political parties, the judiciary, ecclesiastics and Italians in general. 1

Maronite College Vice Rector in Rome says there are no known exceptions to the traditional teaching on the Catholic Church having an exclusiveness in salvation

Fr.Hadi Daou, the Chaplin and Vice Rector of the Pontifical Maronite College, Rome said that there were no known exceptions to the traditional teaching on the Catholic Church having an exclusiveness in salvation. If any one was saved outside the Catholic Church, he agreed, he or she would only be known to God.

I was talking with him this afternoon at the Pontificial Maronite College, in central Rome.
He agreed that being saved in invincible ignorance was not an exception to the traditional teaching on exclusive salvation, as held by the Maronite saints. Since there were no known exceptions for us human beings. If any one was saved in invincible ignorance, it would only be known to God.
I mentioned this blog and the subject of my work.Like the Maronite saints I hold the traditional interpretation of no salvation outside the Church in accord with Vatican Council II( AG 7) which also says all need faith and baptism for salvation.

The Maronite College in Rome was established by Gregory XIII in 1584. The Maronite missal (Qurbono) was first printed between 1592 and 1594 in Rome.1

Maronite priests are not permitted to get married. In the Maronite Church, married men may become priests; but once you are a priest you cannot marry, they accept  the supreme authority of the Bishop of Rome on matters of doctrine.

At the end of the seventeenth century, the Lebanese Maronite and the Maronite Order of the Blessed Virgin Mary constituted a single body, the Lebanese Aleppine Order founded on 10 November 1695 by three young Syrians from Aleppo, Gabriel Hawwa, Abdallah Qara’li and Joseph El-Betn, who had established their residence in the monastery of Our Lady of Qannoubine in the Kadisha valley in northern Lebanon.
In Rome, as early as 1707, the Aleppine Order, obtained from Clement XI the Church of Saints Marcellinus and Peter on the Via Labicana, not least thanks to the success of a mission entrusted by the Pope to Gabriel Hawwa to bring a Coptic bishop back to Roman obedience. Meanwhile, in Lebanon, there was such an influx of young people from Damascus, Jerusalem, Sidon and from many Egyptian cities that it necessitated the move to the larger monastery of Saint Elysées in Becharre and the foundation of other monasteries also outside the country.
The Patriarch Stephen El Douaihy, a strong supporter of the Order, had a decisive hand in redrafting the rule, which had vaguely followed that of Saint Antony Abbot, but had been too leveled down in line with those of the Latin Orders. The Rule was permanently approved on 31 March 1732 by Clement XII.
Deeply attached to rural life, the monks shared its austerity. It was always to these monks that the Patriarch entrusted responsibility for the Lebanese diaspora in Egypt, Europe and the New World. The Maronite Church, totally concentrated in the mountains of Lebanon, owes to them the unwavering attachment of the people to Christianity, the land, and the papacy. And above all the education of peasants and of the poor: village schools often arose in the shadow of the monasteries and parish churches. 2

The Maronite Church in the Middle Ages held the strict interpretation of the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus as did St. Charbel Maklouf, the saint of the Eucharist in the 19th century.
However the Latin Rite Church, after Vatican Council II wrongly projected being saved in invincible ignorance(LG 16)and the baptism of desire(LG 14) etc as being exceptions to the traditional interpretation of no salvation outside the Church.
Liberal theologians, among them Fr. Joseph Ratzinger re-interpreted BOD and I.I as being exceptions to Feeneyite EENS.They accepted the irrationality in the Letter of the Holy Office 1949 which was referenced in Vatican Council II.
Today Fr. Hadi confirmed the obvious. He said there are no physical cases of being saved in invincible ignorance etc. So the liberal theologians of the Latin Rite were wrong. Yet their irrational theology, approved by the popes since Paul VI, is being imposed on all Catholics in the different rites.

Salvini needs to talk about exclusive salvation in the Catholic Church. He would be opening up a new political front for his secular and religious opponents. It's a long time since he held up a rosary at a political meeting. I miss it.
With that rosary he was saying Italy is still Catholic as the invasion continues.
So I  miss seeing that rosary in Matteo's hand.
We now need to hear Catholic theology at the Lega  political meetings.
Please talk about Vatican Council II being in harmony with the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS).
Talk about the difference between Vatican Council II, Feeneyite and Vatican Council II, Cushingite.
Then talk about how Vatican Council II supports the Social Reign of Christ the King in politics and law.
Pope Francis and the leftist  politicians speak only about Vatican Council II, Cushingite.
Pope Francis and Pope Benedict often mention Vatican Council II in politics.Salvini can do the same.So can Giorgia Meloni. But with a different interpretation.
Vatican Council II is a political issue for the Left and they interpret it with a false premise. I call it Cushingism.
Vatican Council II can also be interpreted without the false premise. I call it Vatican Council II, Feeneyite.
Vatican Council II(Feeneyite) is also a political issue but  Salvini and the Lega do not know  it.
Salvini and Meloni do not know about Vatican Council II ( Feeneyite) since the ecclesiastics are not going to tell them about it.
Vatican Council II is public but there is a message which is kept hidden from the Italian people.
Here it is: Ad Gentes 7, Vatican Council II says all need faith and the baptism of water for salvation. Ad Gentes 7 is placed in the Catechism of the Catholic Church under the title Outside the Church No Salvation(CCC 846).So the Council is saying there is exclusive salvation(AG 7) in the Catholic Church. The Council also indicates that Lumen Gentium 16 ( invincible ignorance) etc, refers to a hypothetical case only.  It can only be hypothetical. There is no other choice. This is common sense. So it cannot be an exception to Ad Gentes 7. There are no literal cases of non Catholics saved in invincible ignorance outside the Church. So there cannot be practical exceptions to Ad Gentes 7.
In Vatican Council II, LG 8, LG 14, UR 3, NA2, GS 22 etc are not exceptions to Ad Gentes 7 and the old dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus. So Vatican Council II really says there is exclusive salvation in only the Catholic Church-only the Catholic Church - and there can be no known exceptions.
This information is kept hidden by the Left and the present two popes.
So please pray the rosary Matteo with the Italian people, and ask the two popes and leftist Catholic politicians, to affirm exclusive salvation in the Catholic Church, according to Vatican Council II( Feeneyite).
Why?
Since migrants need to save their soul from Hell. They need to enter the Catholic Church with 'faith and baptism'(AG 7).
Lutherans need Catholic faith and the baptism of water in the Catholic Church, or they too are going to Hell.
Communists and atheists  are also going to Hell according to Ad Gentes 7 in Vatican Council II (Feeneyite).
ROBERT KENNEDY ASKED RICHARD CUSHING TO SUPPRESS FR.LEONARD FEENEY

According to the memoirs of Edward Kennedy it was his brother Robert who asked Archbishop Richard Cushing to suppress Fr.Leonard Feeney.

Augustine. Aquinas. Luther. Bobby Kennedy?! [Mike Potemra]

Yes, it looks like all four played historic roles in the shaping of Christian theology. Reading Teddy Kennedy’s memoir, True Compass, just published today and already No. 2 on Amazon, I discovered a remarkable anecdote about how Bobby Kennedy may have been a crucial figure in the suppression of the controversial Boston Jesuit, Fr. Leonard Feeney. In Senator Ted’s account, Bobby, while a student at Harvard, was outraged at hearing Feeney declare that no non-Catholic can be saved:

[Bobby] discussed it with our father one weekend at the Cape house. I well remember the conversation.

Dad could not believe that Bobby had heard Father Feeney correctly. “But,” he said, “if you feel strongly that you did, I’m going to go into the other room and call Richard. Maybe he’ll want you to go up to Boston and see him.”

“Richard” was Richard Cardinal Cushing. Dad and the cardinal enjoyed a long and profound friendship. . . .

Bobby said he felt strongly indeed. Bang! Dad called up “Richard” and arranged for Bobby to visit him. The cardinal, as nonplussed as Dad, sent some of his people over to hear Father Feeney’s Thursday evening lecture. When he found that my brother was right, Cushing banned Feeney from speaking there; Feeney refused to obey the order, and in September 1949 the archdiocese formally condemned the priest’s teaching. . . . In February 1952, Father Feeney was excommunicated.

I knew someone a few years ago who was a close friend of Father Feeney; I have it on his authority that Feeney was a very decent fellow. But Feeney was, in fact, teaching a crudely literalistic understanding of the doctrine of “extra ecclesiam nulla salus” (outside the church, no salvation) in which “ecclesiam” meant the visible, hierarchical Roman Catholic Church, and “extra” meant outside of it in the most visible sense. No Rahnerian “anonymous Christians” here — or, for that matter, Ratzingerian “as many [ways to God] as there are people.” The excommunication of Feeney was a public declaration by Pius XII’s Vatican that Feeney’s interpretation was impermissible in Catholic theology. How important was Bobby Kennedy’s intervention? Teddy doesn’t exactly underemphasize it: "I believe, though I cannot be certain, that Bobby's concern resulted, over time, in . . . a major shift in Catholic teaching regarding the possibility of salvation for non-Catholics. . . . Bobby wasn’t the only critic of Father Feeney, of course, but he was among the first to achieve results. Nor did his principled gesture end with the banishment of Feeney. Reinforced by Cardinal Cushing’s discussions with the papal hierarchy in Rome, it became an animating impulse of the Second Ecumenical Council of the Vatican, which opened under Pope John XXIII in 1962."

(I need to confess, yet again, my weakness for Irish blarney.) A confrontation between Father Feeney and the young Bobby Kennedy has been written about already; but I have never seen it alleged that Bobby and his father played an active role in the downfall of Feeney and his doctrine. This incident would go a long way toward explaining the later attitude of the Kennedys (most of them) to the Catholic Church: that it’s basically an ecclesiastical counterpart to the U.S. Senate, a place where reasonable people — who know whom to lean on, and how — can get mistakes in the law corrected.

N.B. Unlike certain other Massachusetts senators who shall remain nameless, Teddy got the Pope’s name right.

John H. Fenton article in the New York Times titled "Cardinal Cushing: Symbol of 'New Boston'". Feb. 6, 1964. Page 31. Start at the third paragraph under a section appropriately titled "Ties to the Kennedys."

The whole article is quite... interesting. Unfortunately, there is some bad fading in this photocopy which is completely unreadable. But the section in question is readable. I gave the date so someone could look it up on microfilm, or perhaps someone has a paid subscription for an online transcription. (note: I originally posted a link, but it won't work because it was tied into my library card account from an online free newspaper archive.)

Here is a section (three short consecutive paragraphs) from the Feb. 6 1964 New York Times article by John H. Fenton with the well known denial of dogma:

Turning to differences in dogma among Christians, Cardinal Cushing said, "We must recognize the obstacles, but we must not quarrel over them."

"We are told there is no salvation outside the church—nonsense!" the prelate said. "Nobody can tell me Christ died on Calvary for any select group."

Then, with a twinkle, he went on. "As the feller says, 'It is great to live with the saints in heaven, but it is hell to live with them on earth."

1.The Archbishop closed down  St.Benedict Center  and the issue was doctrinal, specifically the ex cathedra dogma.

2.He never in public affirmed the dogma.
3.He allowed Fr.Feeney to be criticized for affirming the dogma correctly.
4.He never discouraged the Jesuits in his archdiocese when they removed Fr.Feeney from their community because the issue was the interpretation of the dogma.
5.He never corrected the errors in the Boston newspapers regarding the dogma and this would spread throughout the world.
6.He delayed making public the Letter from the Holy Office 1949.
7.Even after it was issued there was no apology from him.
8.Even years after the excommunication was issued there was no move to remove the excommunication on Fr.Leonard Feeney.

Richard J. Cushing, Archbishop of Boston – Decree Regarding Leonard Feeney, April 18, 1949

Rev. Leonard Feeney, S.J., because of grave offense against the laws of the Catholic Church has lost the right to perform any priestly function, including preaching and teaching of religion...

Any Catholics who frequent St. Benedict’s Center, or who in any way take part in or assist its activities forfeit the right to receive the Sacrament of Penance and Holy Eucharist. (Emphasis added)

The ex cathedra dogma shows us that  that Fr. Leonard Feeney was not in heresy and instead it was the Archbishop Cushing who was in heresy, he gave Catholics a new doctrine. He was tacitly saying implicit baptism of desire was explicit like the baptism of water. This is heretical since he  contradicted an infallible teaching extra ecclesiam nulla salus which says everyone needs to be an explicit(visible) member of the Catholic Church to avoid Hell.
