If Pope Francis affirms Vatican Council II ( Feeneyite) it means the St. Benedict Center is  cruising on the free way and the bishop of Manchester and the CDF are in a bottleneck.

If Pope Francis accepts Vatican Council II ( Feeneyite) then Brother Andre Marie MICM and the Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary are correct and Bishop Libasci  and his Curia are in heresy.

It will be the opposite  from the present times  when Pope Francis affirms Vatican Council II ( Cushingite).

What makes Vatican Council II Cushingite and Feeneyite different ? A small premise.With Vatican Council II ( Feeneyite) the false premise is avoided.

With Vatican Council II ( Feeneyite) Phillip Pullela at Reuters cannot refer to the extremists and conservatives.Since Vatican Council II (Feeneyite)  will be conservative and extremist for him.

The Council will by Anti Semitic for the folks at the National Catholic Reporter.Imagine seeing one's life's work, on the wrong side, go up in flames,with a new theology which is really old.

If the two popes switch to Vatican Council II ( Feeneyite) we will be back to the Old Theology.

With Vatican Council II(Cushingite) there are new doctrines : new ecumenism, new evangelisation, new ecclesiology...

all based upon known salvation outside the Church, even when they cannot be personally known salvation outside the Church for us human beings.

Vatican Council II(Feeneyite) and Vatican Council II(Cushingite) are not mentioned in the Open Letter to the Bishops by the 19- signatories of priests and academics- all Cushingites.

Now the Cushingites in the Diocese of Manchester, USA tell Brother Andre Marie that he is legally not a Catholic for affirming the strict interpretation of EENS.  They do not tell him that he is also affirming the strict interpretation of EENS supported by Vatican Council II ( Feeneyite).Today he can affirm Feeneyite EENS with no reference to the dogma or the old catechisms but just Vatican Council II.

If Brother Andre Marie tells them that he affirms Vatican Council II ( Feeneyite) as his basis for the traditional interpretation of EENS then it will be bishop and the Curia who will not be Catholic. Since for them Vatican Council II ( Cushingite) will be a rupture with EENS. So they will be rejecting a rational interpretation of Vatican Council II, which Brother Andre Marie affirms.The tables are turned.

Cardinal Raymond Burke at the Voice of the Family Conference on May 18, affirmed the Social Reign of Christ the King over all areas of life.For me,theologically its foundation would be the exclusivist ecclesiology of the Church.

For centuries the Catholic Church has taught that it alone has the superiority and exclusiviseness in salvation.So it is based on this truth, and not upon arms and a military, that Cardinal Burke would be affirming 'the great reality of the Kingship of Christ'.

So why was it not affirmed all these years and only now ? 

Today we know that Vatican Council II is not a rupture with the old exclusivist understanding of salvation.We now know that Lumen Gentium 8, Lumen Gentium 14, Lumen Gentium 16 etc are not explicit in 2018. So they cannot be references to objective exceptions to the past ecclesiology.They are not examples of known salvation outside the Catholic Church.

We also now know that the baptism of desire, the baptism of blood and invincible ignorance refer to hypothetical cases only.They are not personally known people saved in 2018  outside the Catholic Church.

So the liberal theologians can no more reject the traditional teaching on the Kingship of Christ by citing exceptions to traditional EENS in Vatican Council II. There are no known exceptions.This is a practical reality. There are no known examples of salvation outside the Church.This is something object and obvious.

So when there are no known exceptions to the traditional teaching on the Catholic Church having the superiority and exclusiveness in salvation, the Magisterium can once again affirm the Kingship of Christ. Cardinal Burke has proclaimed the Social Kingship of Christ the King over all areas of life, political, social, cultural, religious....

The Kingship of Christ by nature is universal and extends to all men and it is not limited to only the Church said Cardinal Raymond Burke. He said Christ has authority in civil affairs and his empire includes not only baptized persons but also those who are outside the Christian faith. All men are subject to Christ and so there is no difference in this manner. The salvation of the individual and society is in Christ only.

So mission is important.



Since most people are on the way to Hell since they die outside the Church.When the government affirms the Kingship of Christ the priority for most people would be to go to Heaven and avoid Hell, since society and government would be promoting this end.This is possible when the Government is Catholic and would support the Social Reign of Christ the King over all political legislation.

In a secular state which allows the freedom of religion there could be pro-Catholic political parties, supporting the faith and moral teachings of the Catholic Church, and the Social Reign of Christ the King in their manifesto.-Lionel Andrades

Cardinal Raymond Burke could meet the leaders of Forza Nuova and Militia Christi in Italy just as he met Matteo Salvini : Social Reign of Christ the King over all political legislation could be explained

Cardinal Raymond Burke has said that Catholics must consciously place themselves under the 'Kingship of Christ' 1

He said that St. Paul was summarizing this truth with his teaching about all things, the entire universe, being restored, or recapitulated, in Christ (Eph 1:10).

These words of St. Paul “refer to the order and peace, the eternal salvation, for which God the Father sent His only-begotten Son to take our human nature and to suffer, die, rise from the dead and ascend to the right hand of Father,” he said.

“They refer to the Mystery of Faith, which assures us that Christ, seated at the Right Hand of the Father in glory, remains with us on earth, pouring forth, from His glorious pierced Heart, without measure and without cease, the sevenfold gift of the Holy Spirit upon His Mystical Body, the Church, that is, into human hearts,” he added.

The Cardinal said that “in Christ is realized the right order of all things, the union of heaven and earth, as God the Father intended from the beginning.”

“It is the obedience of God the Son Incarnate which reestablishes, restores, the original communion of man with God and, therefore, peace in the world. His obedience unites once again all things, ‘things in heaven and things on earth,’” he added.

Burke stressed that Christ’s Kingship over human hearts is not some “ideal to which only a few can attain but to which all are called.”

“It is, rather, a reality of divine grace which helps even the weakest and the most tried human subject to attain an heroic degree of virtue, if he or she only cooperates with divine grace,” he said.
 

The Cardinal said that faithful Catholics must allow the Kingship of Christ to be exercised over their lives “most of all, through the conscience, ‘the voice of God’ expressing His law written upon every human heart.” 

“The conscience, therefore, is not, as is often falsely understood and stated today, formed by the thoughts and desires of the individual but by the truth which ever purifies individual thoughts and desires, and directs them in conformity with the law of love of God and neighbor. Obedience to the Kingship of Christ is expressed by the resolve and effort to conform all of one’s thinking and speaking and acting to Christ alive for us in the living Apostolic Tradition,” he said. 

Burke went on to stress how the Kingship of Christ applies not only to Christians, but to everyone on the world, including those who hold political office.
 

“The Kingship of Christ is, by nature, universal, that is, it extends to all men, to the whole world. It is not a kingship over only the faithful or over only the things of the Church, but over all men and all of their affairs,” he said.

“The kingship is exercised from the Heart of Christ in human hearts. It does not pretend to govern directly the world but to govern it through man,” he continued.

"Christians who do not pretend to govern the civil state by means of the Church at the same time are called to give an heroic public witness to the truth of the moral law, of the law of God. Thus, Christ’s Kingship is exercised by hearts one with His Royal Heart,” he added.

There are political parties in Italy which are Catholic in their ethos and affirm the Social Reign of Christ the King. Cardinal Burke could meet their leaders as he has had a meeting with Matteo Salvini of the League.He could meet the leaders of Forza Nuova and Militia Christi  which are pro-Catholic political parties in Italy.-Lionel Andrades
