We have found the Missing Link. This is a breakthrough.
We can affirm Tradition without having to be a sedevacantist. We can accept Vatican Council II without having to be a liberal. We can be a Feeneyite without rejecting the baptism of desire and being saved in invincible ignorance. The clue is the rational premise. There is a discovery on Vatican Council II. There is a breakthrough. The Council is no more a break with Tradition when it is interpreted with a rational premise and inference which produces a non traditional conclusion. Just change the premise. The Council changes.
Since 1965 there have been so many confused books have been written when all we have to do is interpret LG 8, LG 14, LG 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc as being physically invisible and not visible cases in 1965-2022. Now they are misinterpreted.
We have found the Missing Link. We now know what created the hermeneutic of continuit with Tradition. We can go back to the Tradition with Vatican Council II ( Rational). It is like a switch. It is simple. We can switch our return to Tradition - on or off. The key is the premise.
The sedevacantists have only to interpret Vatican Council II with the Rational Premise and the Council has the hermeneutic of continuity with Feeneyite EENS, the Athanasius Creed and the Syllabus of Errors. We have found the Missing Link. This is a breakthrough.
Without the False Premise of the Letter of the Holy Office 1949 all Catholics can go back to the pre-1949 Church. There is no rupture in theologywith the exclusivist theology of the Roman Missal. There is no development of doctrine. NO new Ecumenism.
The moral theology being taught at the pontifical univeristies is obsolete. Since it is based upon the False Premise. With the Rational Premise we return to the past ecclesiology and faith and morals and mission. We can proclaim the Social Reign of Christ the King in all politics.-Lionel Andrades
When Pope Francis justifies innovation in faith and morals in the name of Vatican Council II ( Irrational) none of the cardinals or bishops tell the pope to interpret the Council rationally with the Rational Premise and there can be no development of doctrine or heresy and schism.

There is a Vatican Council II (Rational) and Vatican Council II (Irrational). With Vatican Council II (Rational) the Lefebvrists would have to affirm Feeneyite extra ecclesiam nulla salus and be persecuted.
Now with Vatican Council II (Irrational)
they have the same New Theology as the liberals and the Left. They attend the
Latin Mass with the New Ecclesiology, New Ecumenism etc. They promote it at the
Latin Mass in Rome. Otherwise the Rome Vicariate would not give them permission
to offer Holy Mass in Latin.
When Pope
Francis justifies innovation in faith and morals in the name of Vatican Council
II ( Irrational) none of the cardinals or bishops tell the pope to interpret
the Council rationally with the Rational Premise and there can be no
development of doctrine or heresy and schism. -Lionel Andrades

Pope Francis justified Amoris Laeitia and Traditionis Custode with Vatican Council II interpreted with the Irrational Premiise and no one told him about the Council interpreted with the Rational Premise and not like the liberals and Lefebvrists, which takes the Church back to Tradition
This is another subjective report by Don Pietro Leone on Vatican Council II which he continues to interpret with the Irrational Premise even after being informed. This is the same ideological interpretation of Vatican Council II that Pope Francis and Pope Benedict and the Left use to justify changes in faith and morals. The innovation is sustained with Vatican Council II interpreted irrationally and no cardinal telling the pope that the Council can be interpreted with the Rational Premise and there is no rupture with Tradition, no development of doctrine. Pope Francis justified Amoris Laeitia and Traditionis Custode with Vatican Council II interpreted with the Irrational Premiise and no one on the plane told him about the Council interpreted with the Rational Premise and not like the liberals and Lefebvrists, which takes the Church back to Tradition. -Lionel Andrades

"The Proclamation of the Kingdom" has to be done with Vatican Council II interpreted with a Rational Premise and not Vatican Council II interpreted with an Irrational Premise
"The Proclamation of the Kingdom" has to be done with Vatican Council II interpreted with a Rational Premise and not Vatican Council II interpreted with an Irrational Premise as does Don Pietro Leone on the Rorate Caeili weblog.
Since with Vatican Council II ( R) the dogma extra
ecclesiam nullas salus is not contradicted. With Vatican Council II interpreted
with an Irrational Premise the dogma EENS is contradicted as Don Pietro Leone
has demonstrated on Rorate Caeili. It is the only interpretation of the Council he and Rorate know about.
When EENS has no exceptions there is the
necessity that all people enter the Catholic Church for salvation and all
governments be Catholic so that souls can be saved from Hell.
But with Vatican Council II interpreted with the
common False Premise, there is allegedly known salvation outside the Church. So
all do not need to enter the Catholic Church for salvation. Also there is no
need for traditional Catholic Mission.
This is an important point this conference must note. Since we cannot proclaim the Kingdom separated from the Catholic Church. -Lionel Andrades

We now have new information. It is a breakthrough. It is the popes and the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith who will now be on the defensive, on Vatican Council II.
Bishop Louis Tylka has refused to speak directly to representatives of the Catholic podcast and website Our Warpath , comservative lay members of his diocese in Peoria, Illinois, USA.
Their March for Catholics, is to be held in Peoria, Illinois September 29th and 30th.Hosted by Our Warpath it is designed to take a stand against heresy and watered-down Catholicism. It is organized to promote orthodoxy says the blog of the organisers.
Joe Rigi, president of Our Warpath, said the diocese heard the event was being held and banned them from the parishes and cathedral.
The issue is Vatican Council II. Rigi and the speakers of of the March for Catholics may not know this.
Cardinal Ratzinger, Ex- Prefect of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith, Vatican interpreted the Council with an Irrational Premise. In this way he created exceptions for the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla ssalus (EENS), Syllabus of Errors etc.So with the Athanasius Creed and the Catechisms obsolete he believed that the Church could change its teachings. This was the thinking since 1965 even before he was the Prefect of the CDF. So there followed 'the reforms' of Vatican Council II all based upon the Council interpreted with the Irrational Premise.
The laity in ignorance had to concede that Vatican Council II was a break with Tradition.Even in Peoria no one challenges the bishop on Vatican Council II.
We now have new information. It is a breakthrough. It is the popes and the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith who will now be on the defensive, on Vatican Council II.
We now know of a
Vatican Council II (Rational). This is an ethical way of interpreting the Council.
The Council when interpreted with a Rational Premise is not a break with the
past ecclesiocentrism, the past exclusivist ecclesiology and Feeneyite EENS.
There are no exceptions mentioned in the Council-text for the Athanasius Creed
which says all need to be members of the Catholic Church for salvation.
So when we are back to the past ecclesiocentrism there are no also no exceptions for the past faith, morals and mission. We are back to the old moral theology and faith teachings. The new moral theology was based upon the Irrational Interpretation of the Council. Even the new Missal is based upon the Irrational Interpretation of Vatican Council II. The books published on the Council have their foundation on the False Premise. Pope Paul VI interpreted the Council with an Irrational and not Rational Premise. Now we have a choice. When the Council is interpreted rationally it supports the old theology and the pre-1962 Roman Missal.
So Bishop Louis Tylka must be asked to affirm Vatican Council II (Rational).
Pope Francis and the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith to do the same.
It is unethical for them to continue to interpret the Council with the False Premise and then make innovations in faith and morals.
Catholics in the diocese are free to interpret Vatican Council II rationally and ethically. They are obligated to be honest and not use the False Premise of the bishop and the clergy. So orthodoxy must now be the norm in the diocese. Since the Council is orthodox.-Lionel Andrades

CNA posted a report without contacting the Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary in New Hampshire. This was deceptive and political
The Catholic New Agency in their political-left report against the St.
Benedict Center has still not clarified that Pope Paul VI interpreted the
baptism of desire and being saved in invincible ignorance and also Vatican Council II- with an Irrational Premise. This could not be Magisterial. The Slaves
of the Immaculate Heart of Mary at the St. Benedict Center,New Hampshire
avoid this error with the Rational Premise. So they are being punished by the
Diocese of Manchester and the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith,
Vatican.
The popes from Pius XII to Paul VI
accepted the Letter of the Holy Office 1949 which employed an Irrational
Premise. In this way it projected the baptism of desire(BOD) and being saved in invincible ignorance(I.I) as being
objective examples of salvation and so practical exceptions for Feeneyite
EENS.The was a break with the previous Magisterium over the centuries which
projected BOD and I.I with the Rational Premise i.e physically invisible cases
and so not explicit exceptions for EENS.
Also Pope Paul VI projected LG
8,14&16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc in Vatican Council II, as explicit examples
of salvation outside the Church and so visible exceptions for Feeneyite EENS,
the Syllabus of Errors, the Athanasius Creed, the Catechism of Pope Pius X ( 24Q,27Q),
the Catechism of the Council of Trent ( visible cases of ‘the desire therof’
etc). The Council was presented as a rupture with the past ecclesiocentrism of
the Catholic Church. There was no more the past exclusivist ecclesiology. There
were new versions of the Creeds and Catechisms.
But the religious community, Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary at the St. Benedict Center, NH interpret the baptism of desire and being saved in invincible ignorance and Vatican Council II in general, rationally. They choose the the Rational Premise. They are in harmony with the Magisterium over the centuries. They were not irrational like the CDF and the Diocese of Manchester.
The Catholic News Agency states:
The Diocese of Manchester had placed the group under precepts of prohibition, effective Jan. 7, 2019, because of obstinacy in their theological position regarding the principle that there is no salvation outside the Church.
The CNA wants the St. Benedict Center
to use the False Premise to interpret the baptism of desire and being saved in
invincible ignorance and also Vatican Council II ( LG 8 etc). This will be the
acceptable 'theological position'.
The CNA did not contact Brother Andre Marie, MICM, the Prior of the SBC.
The Slaves of the Immaculate Heart appealed the prohibitions to the CDF, but “Rome chose not to consider the appeal,” Fr. Georges de Laire, judicial vicar of the Diocese of Manchester, said, according to the New Hampshire Union Leader.
Fr.Georges de Laire,Judicial Vicar and the correspondents of the Union Leader New Hampshire in Manchester- Damien Fischer and Mark Hayward, have all been interpreting Vatican Council II and the baptism of desire and invincible ignorance with the Fake Premise. Then they have been calling the SBC a sect for not doing the same.
The St. Benedict Center accepts the baptism of desire. The baptism of desire is always hypothetical and not physically visible. So it is not an issue for them. It does not contradict Feeneyite EENS.
That membership in the Church is necessary for all men for salvation is a truth of revelation; however, actual membership can, in special circumstances, be replaced by a desire, even implicit, for this membership.
When actual membership can be replaced with a desire, is also a theoretical case.We humans cannot know of any particular case. We cannot say that there were 20 such people last year or 25 the year before. Invisible cases do not contradict Feeneyite EENS. So it is never was an issue for the SBC.
The Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary in Richmond are not affiliated in any way with the Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary located in Still River, Mass. That community, also rooted in an order first founded by Fr. Feeney, was refounded in 1976, and was regularized by the Bishop of Worcester in 2002.
The Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, in Still River, Mass, also interpret the baptism of desire and being saved in invincible ignorance, with the Rational Premise and so are Feeneyite on EENS. But they re-interpret Vatican Council II with the common False Premise and have been granted full canonical status. So the Council contradicts Feeneyite EENS for them, as it does for Bishop Robert McManus, the bishop of the diocese of Worcester.
In October 2016 the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith wrote to Brother Andre Marie, leader of the group based in Richmond, that the position he retains - that articles from the Catechism of the Catholic Church and Dominus Iesus on the principle ‘outside the Church there is no salvation’ have been given different readings that are contrary to one another, and it is permissible to hold the position that these articles contradict previous Church teaching - is unacceptable.
It was Brother Andre Marie MICM who clarified that the Catechism of the Catholic Church and Dominus Iesus do not ‘contradict previous Church teaching’. Since with the Rational Premise, CCC 847-848 ( invincible ignorance) are not visible exceptions for CCC 846( Outside the Church there is no salvation) or the dogma EENS ( Cantate Domino, Council of Florence 1441).However for the CDF and the Diocese of Manchester, CCC 847-848 it would contradict de fide teachings.Since with the False Premise employed by the CDF, the BOD and I.I refer to visible examples of salvation outside the Church.
This reasoning of the CDF is irrational and unethical. It is politically correct with the Left.Catholics in good conscience are not obliged to follow it.
The CNA posted this report without contacting the Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary in New Hampshire. This was deceptive and political. They have not been responding to appeals for a clarification or correction.-Lionel Andrades
Vatican upholds prohibitions placed on Feeneyite group by
diocese in New Hampshire
Manchester, N.H., Feb 4, 2021 / 09:01 pm MT (CNA).-
The Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith has declined to consider an
appeal by the Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary located in New Hampshire
against prohibitions placed on them by the Diocese of Manchester.
The group, located in Richmond, N.H.,
about 60 miles southwest of Manchester, has roots in an order originally
founded by Fr. Leonard Feeney.
The Diocese of Manchester had placed the
group under precepts of prohibition, effective Jan. 7, 2019, because of obstinacy
in their theological position regarding the principle that there is no
salvation outside the Church. They were prohibited from referring to themselves
as an association of the faithful in the Church and having sacraments
celebrated at their property, among other things.
The Slaves of the Immaculate Heart
appealed the prohibitions to the CDF, but “Rome chose not to consider the
appeal,” Fr. Georges de Laire, judicial vicar of the Diocese of Manchester,
said, according to the New Hampshire Union Leader.
“The decision from CDF says that it was
rejected because it fell outside the statute of limitations,” Fr. de Laire
said.
He told the Union Leader that the diocese is “now engaged in an effort to dialogue” with
the group and to encourage them to observe the prohibitions, and that the
diocese has a “complicated relationship” with the Slaves.
Bishop Peter Libasci of Manchester
“remains hopeful that a solution can be identified,” Fr. de Laire said. “The
bishop is committed to the Slaves and their supporters, as they are members of
the Church and he owes them ministry.”
That membership in the Church is necessary
for all men for salvation is a truth of revelation; however, actual membership
can, in special circumstances, be replaced by a desire, even implicit, for this
membership.
The Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of
Mary in Richmond are not affiliated in any way with the Slaves of the
Immaculate Heart of Mary located in Still River, Mass. That community, also
rooted in an order first founded by Fr. Feeney, was refounded in 1976, and was
regularized by the Bishop of Worcester in 2002.
In October 2016 the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith wrote
to Brother Andre Marie, leader of the group
based in Richmond, that the position he retains - that articles from the
Catechism of the Catholic Church and Dominus Iesus on
the principle ‘outside the Church there is no salvation’ have been given
different readings that are contrary to one another, and it is permissible to
hold the position that these articles contradict previous Church teaching - is
unacceptable.

Mark Hayward has written another report in which he calls the St. Benedict Center, New Hampshire ' a sect' : but the SBC affirm Vatican Council II and the Catechism of the Catholic Church ( Rational) and deny being a sect
Mark Hayward, in The New Hampshire Union Leader, Manchester, USA has a report (June 2022)1 in which he calls the St. Benedict Center(SBC), Richmond, New Hampshire, ‘ a sect’.
SBC AFFIRMS ALL THE TEACHINGS OF THE CATHOLIC CHURCH
The report does not state that the SBC affirms all the teachings of the Church. It interprets Vatican Council II with a Rational Premise. So Vatican Council II (rational) is in harmony with the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus (EENS):
CDF AND DIOCESE OF MANCHESTER CHOOSE THE FALSE PREMISE TO INTERPRET VATICAN COUNCIL II
It is Archbishop Augustine Di Noia, Assistant Secretary, CDF and Fr. Georges de Laire Judicial Vicar of the Diocese of Manchester,NH, who choose the False Premise. In this way they avoid being called Feeneyite. This is unethical. It is dishonest.
REPORTS DO NOT SAY THAT THE JUDICIAL VICAR IN NEW HAMPSHIRE WOULD BE AFFIRMING FEENEYITE EXTRA ECCLESIAM NULLA SALUS (EENS) WITHOUT THE FALSE PREMISE HE USES TO INTERPRET VATICAN COUNCIL II : ESCAPES DECREE OF PROHIBITIONS.
MARK HAYWARD AGAIN CALLS THE SBC A SECT
Mark Hayward has written another report titled New Hampshire priest adds Wisconsin canon lawyer to his defamation suit ( July 5, 2022). It says:
The St. Benedict Center denies that they are a sect. Pope Francis is their pope and they accept Vatican Council and the Catechism of the Catholic Church. They deny that they are anti-Semitic.The diocese had provided them a regular priest for their chapel and recognized Brother Andre Marie MICM as Prior of the religious community in New Hampshire.
The articles in question deal with the St. Benedict Center, a Catholic-oriented sect based in Richmond that has run afoul of the Catholic hierarchy.
De Laire has represented the Manchester Diocese in efforts to distance the church leaders from the St. Benedict Center.
The Diocese has faulted the sect for anti-Semitic statements and its doctrines, including claims that only Catholics can go to heaven. The doctrinal dispute has gone all the way to the Vatican, and the organization has no recognition in the church, according to the Manchester Diocese.
This was the status quo for years. They were also approved by the previous bishop in Manchester.
I have informed Mark Hayward and Damien Fischer after their last reports in the New Hampshire Union Leader, Manchester. that the SBC interprets Vatican Council II and the Catechisms of the Catholic Church rationally and accepts them. The Diocese and the CDF do not know this.
They ignored this point. Also the reports by the Catholic New Agency and the Catholic Herald, U.K, against the St. Benedict Center ignored this point.
Fr. Georges de Laire chooses the False Premise, to interpret Church documents. In this way he is dishonestly politically correct with the Left.In this way he also avoids being called a Feeneyite on EENS like the St. Benedict Center. If he did not use this subterfuge the Decree of Prohibitions which he placed upon the SBC would also apply to him.
All this was pointed out months back.. This is not being reported by the CNA and the Union Leader in New Hampshire.Copies of these blog posts had been sent to Mark Hayward and the CNA.
COERCION
Bishop Peter Libasci, the bishop of Manchester and his Curia along with Fr. De Laire are dishonest when they choose a False Premise to interpret Vatican Council. Then along with the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith, Vatican, they coerce the St.Benedict Center to do the same, with a Decree of Prohibitions. The community in New Hampshire refuse to do this. Now the media are calling them a sect. -Lionel Andrades
