Church Militant TV needs to update and correct their page on the Society of St. Pius X(SSPX). I go for Mass at the SSPX chapel in Rome and I interpret Vatican Council II rationally ( LG 16 are hypothetical only. So invincible ignorance does not contradict the dogma EENS or the orthodox passages in CCC 846).

I reject Vatican Council II interpreted irrationally by CMTV and Pope Francis (For them LG 16, invincible ignorance, are physically visible cases in 1965-2023 and so contradict the orthodox passages in Vatican Council II which support 12^th to 16^th century EENS).

I interpret Vatican Council II with a rational premise and inference and so my conclusion is traditional and non heretical. They interpret Vatican Council II with an irrational premise and inference and so their conclusion is heretical and schismatic. The false premise creates a rupture with the past ecclesiocentrism of the Catholic Church.

So this is my doctrinal position.

I affirm the old theology of the Council of Florence, Cantate Domino, 1442. Christine Niles rejected Cantate Domino, 1442 when she projected hypothetical cases of being saved invincible ignorance as being non hypothetical and objective. She cited the 1949 Letter of the Holy Office in a M’cd Up program on extra ecclesiam nulla salus. So she cited Cantate Domino, Council of Florence, in that program and a) did not clarify that the 1949 LOHO, did not have any exceptions for Cantate Domino. b) Neither did she mention in that program that Vatican Council II and the Catechism of the Catholic Church do not contradict the Council of Florence on the traditional interpretation of EENS.

 Instead Michael Voris has been interpreting Vatican Council II irrationally (in a program with Louie Verecchio etc) and projecting it as a break with Tradition. 

I also affirm the Syllabus of Errors of Pope Pius IX and the Athanasius Creed. But for  CMTV and the Archbishop of Detroit this Creed and the Syllabus is contradicted by Vatican Council II, irrational. They are obsolete. Neither of them interpret the Council rationally and so in harmony with Tradition. 

Since CMTV interprets Vatican Council II irrationally, LG 8, LG 14, LG 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc, are explicit cases, examples of salvation outside the Catholic Church. So the Catechism of Pope Pius X (24Q, 27Q) has exceptions for EENS according to CMTV.

This is irrational, heretical, schismatic and non traditional. It cannot be the work of the Holy Spirit. It cannot be Magisterial even if this view is supported by the popes after Vatican Council II.

Michael Voris and Michael Lofton need to clarify that they accept the Fourth Lateran Council (1215) and the Council of Florence, Cantate Domino (1442) which are not contradicted by Vatican Council II and the Catechism of the Catholic Church.

In ‘Fr. Feeney’s Strange Doctrines ‘by Jim Russell (ChurchMilitant.com) April 23, 2019) posted on CMTV, Fr. Leonard Feeney was maligned. He was not obliged to say invisible cases of the baptism of desire and being saved in invincible ignorance were physically visible for him. Russell interpreted BOD and I.I in the same irrational way as Pope Pius XII and the 1949 Letter of the Holy Office. How can invisible people be visible examples of salvation outside the Church in 1949 and exceptions for Feeneyite EENS? This was also the irrational interpretation of Rahner, Ratzinger, Kung, Murray and Congar in 1965.

So irrespective of CMTV’s views on Fr. Leonard Feeney the main issue now is Vatican Council II.

1) Vatican Council II is not a rupture with the Council of Florence etc when LG 8, 14, 16 etc refer to only hypothetical and invisible cases.

2) The baptism of desire and being saved in invincible ignorance are not objective exceptions for Feeneyite EENS as mentioned in the 1949 LOHO.

I accept Vatican Council II and I accept Tradition. Michael Voris and Michael Lofton do not accept Vatican Council II ( rational) and they reject Tradition ( Church Councils, Catechisms etc) which are contradicted by their irrational interpretation of Vatican Council II, which the SSPX and I reject.

The Boston Heresy refers to the public heresy of the popes from Pius XII to Francis. The heresy has infected the whole Church like the Arian heresy of the past. All the cardinals and bishops accept the Boston Heresy of the 1949 Letter of the Holy Office to the Archbishop of Boston.

VATICAN COUNCIL II AGREES WITH THE COUNCIL OF FLORENCE (1442). THERE IS NO RUPTURE.

The Catechism of the Catholic Church (846) is titled Outside the Church there is no salvation.It is based upon Vatican Council II (Lumen Gentium 14 and Ad Gentes 7), the Fourth Lateran Council (1215), the Council of Florence (1442), the Catechisms of Trent and Pius X etc.

This has been the teaching of the Catholic Church in the Athanasius Creed and Syllabus of Errors of Pope Pius IX, which are not contradicted by the baptism of desire and invincible ignorance mentioned in the 1949 Letter of the Holy Office (LOHO). Neither are they contradicted by  LG 8, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc in Vatican Council II.

CCC 846 refers to those who know about Jesus and the Church and do not enter it. They are oriented to Hell according to the Catechism.

AD GENTES 7 SAYS ALL NEED FAITH AND BAPTISM FOR SALVATION AND NOT ONLY THOSE WHO KNOW. THOSE WHO KNOW AND DON'T KNOW WILL BE JUDGED BY GOD.

Vatican Council II includes them and people in general, who do not know. All. Ad Gentes 7 says all need faith and baptism for salvation.All.  So all in general also need to enter the Catholic Church for salvation.If there are any exceptions it will be known only to God. God  decides who knew and did not know. The norm for salvation is faith and baptism ( Lumen Gentium 14).The Fourth Lateran Council (1215) and the Council of Florence (1442) say all in general and not only those who know.So when St. Francis Xavier went to Goa, India, he knew that the people there in general were oriented to Hell without Catholic faith and the baptism of water.The missionaries were needed.

FALSE DIVSIION BETWEEN THOSE WHO KNOW AND DON'T IS CREATED WITH THE IRRATIONAL INTERPRETATION OF VATICAN COUNCIL II

The false division between 'those who know' and 'those who do not know', is created with the irrational interpretation of being saved in invincible ignorance(I.I) in the 1949 Letter of the Holy Office.This is the New Theology. It produces a new version of extra ecclesiam nulla salus, 'with known exceptions'.  

OBJECTIVE MISTAKE IN THE 1949 LETTER OF THE HOLY OFFICE IS REPEATED AT VATICAN COUNCIL II

This was an objective mistake of the 1949 LOHO. LOHO wrongly assumed that I.I referred to visible non Catholics saved outside the Church. It then concluded that there were objective exceptions for the Council of Florence etc.But I.I is always invisible. We cannot 'know' of any such case saved outside the Church.The mistake was repeated by some of the important Council Fathers at Vatican Council II. They irrationally interpreted BOD and I.I.

CATECHISM OF THE CATHOLIC CHURCH (846) IS TITLED OUTSIDE THE CHURCH THERE IS NO SALVATION.

846 How are we to understand this affirmation, often repeated by the Church Fathers?³³⁵ Re-formulated positively, it means that all salvation comes from Christ the Head through the Church which is his Body:

Basing itself on Scripture and Tradition, the Council teaches that the Church, a pilgrim now on earth, is necessary for salvation: the one Christ is the mediator and the way of salvation; he is present to us in his body which is the Church. He himself explicitly asserted the necessity of faith and Baptism, and thereby affirmed at the same time the necessity of the Church which men enter through Baptism as through a door. Hence they could not be saved who, knowing that the Catholic Church was founded as necessary by God through Christ, would refuse either to enter it or to remain in it.³³⁶. - Catechism of the Catholic Church 846

The Catechism of the Catholic Church is used in the parishes and schools to teach the Catholic faith.It is in harmony with the past ecclesiocentrism of the Catholic Church when it is interpreted rationally.It is the same for Vatican Council II.- Lionel Andrades

Pope Francis is not ending the division in the Franciscans of the Immaculate (FI). There are two groups of the FI. There is one led by Father Affonso Bruno and the other those faithful to Fr. Stefano Manelli fi, the founder of the community. They are sadly identified by the Mass, the former offers Mass in Italian here and the latter in Latin. But the division is over the Vatican Council II.

The Franciscans Sisters of the Immaculate attend Mass in Italian , but they reject Vatican Council II interpreted irrationally.

The community of Fr. Affonso, the community which Pope Francis supports, accepts Vatican Council II interpreted irrationally.

So Fr. Bruno Affonso rejects Tradition and the Franciscan Friars and Sisters of the Immaculate accept Tradition it.He does not choose to interpret Vatican Council II, rationally, for then he would have to affirm the Council of Florence 1442. There would be no exceptions mentioned in Vatican Council II for the past ecclesiocentrism.

Both of the Franciscan groups are being forced by Pope Francis to interpret Vatican Council II irrationally and produce a rupture with the ecclesiology of the 1962 Missal. This is official division supported by the Vatican. It is schism with the Magisterium over the centuries. It is heresy when the Creeds are changed and the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus (EENS) rejected.

With the Latin Mass and the 1962 Missal the Franciscans of the Immaculate are saying they respect Catholic Tradition.With the Italian Mass and the New Missal based upon  Vatican Council II ( irrational) the Franciscans of the Immaculate are saying they reject the Fourth Council of Lateran ( 1215) and the Council of Florence (1442) and the rest of Tradition.

This is division in the Church created by a new irrational theology and its new doctrines, new ecumenism, new ecclesiology, new evangelisation, new canon law etc.It is the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith, Vatican, which is suppporting first class heresy and schism, for political-left reasons.

The Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith( Holy Office) in 1949 also suppported heresy and schism. The CDF( Holy Office) in the 1949 Letter to the Archbishop of Boston interpreted invisible cases of the baptism of desire and being saved in invincible ignorance, as being physically visible exceptions for the Fourth Lateran Council on EENS.With an irrationality the CDF did away with a dogma of the Church defined by three Church Councils.

The CDF supported the heresy and Pope Pius XII and the Cardinal-Archbishop of Boston, Richard Cushing. It contradicts the ecclesiology of St. Maximmilian Kolbe and the popes and saints over the centuries. So Father Bruno Affonso interprets Vatican Council II as  a break with the exclusivist ecclesiology of the Franciscan Conventuals of the 1930s, when St. Maximillian Kolbe was alive and active at his Niepokalanov (Cities of Mary). - Lionel Andrades
