It is obligatory for Pope Francis and Pope Benedict to accept Vatican Council II interpreted only rationally. They presently accept only Vatican Council II interpreted irrationally.
The popes from Pius VI did not accept Vatican Council II- interpreted with only a Rational Premise. Also Pope John Paul II and Cardinal Joseph Ratzinger did not tell Archbishop Marcel Lefebvre that he could interpret Vatican Council II with the Rational Premise and accept the traditional conclusion. Instead they excommunicated him for not accepting Vatican Council II (Irrational) as they did.
Archbishop Marcel Lefebvre was not informed. There is no denial from Andrea Tornelli or Fr.Antonio Spadero sj.
Spadero and Tornelli interpret LG 8, LG 14, LG 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc as being objective non
Catholics saved outside the Catholic Church without faith and baptism in
1965-2022.
I interpret LG 8,LG 14,LG 16,UR 3,NA 2,GS 22 etc as
being non objective,hypothetical cases,
unknown people in 1965-2022.If any one was saved as such it could only be known
to God.
So for me invisible cases of LG 8 etc are not
objective exceptions for the past ecclesiocentrism of the Church. For the
present two popes and the Lefebvrists and liberals, LG 8 etc are practical
exceptions.
So for them Vatican Council II is a theological break
with the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus and the Syllabus of Errors. For me
the Council has a continuity with the Syllabus of Errors and the Athanasius
Creed with the past exclusivist ecclesiology of the Church.
All this was not known to Archbishop Marcel Lefebvre
and the SSPX bishops. It was also not known to Archbishop Fulton Sheen and
Cardinal Ottaviani.
DIJONE, FRANCE LATIN LAITY MUST OBJECT
The Latin laity in Dijone, France should object to new ordinations by a bishop who does not interpret Vatican Council II with the Rational Premise. Since with the False Premise he rejects the past ecclesiology upon which was based the old faith and morals of the Catholic Church.He also rejects the theology of the Roman Missal ( 1580). The new Vicar General and new bishop in Dijone, are not interpreting Vatican Council II rationally.1 The laity must demand that all future priestly ordinations must be only of those candidates who affirm Vatican Council II(Rational). This is obligatory. It is dishonest to use the False Premise.
IT MUST BE OBLIGATORY FOR APOSTOLIC VISITORS IN STRASBOURG, FRANCE TO ACCEPT VATICAN COUNCIL II
Similarly the laity in Stasbourg, France must ask that all future priests only accept Vatican Council II interpreted rationally. This must also be a condition for future Apostolic Visitors.2
Pope Francis does not tell members and leaders of the New Catechumenal Way that when they proclaim the Gospel do it in harmony with the Old Missal. The old Missal carries the spirituality and theology of the First Catholics, the Early Christians. He did not tell them to interpret Vatican Council II with the Rational Premise so that there will be a continuation with the past ecclesiocentrism of the Church which cannot be separated from Jesus Christ.
It is never Jesus without the mecessity of membership in the Catholic Church for salvation. There must be an
ecclesiocentrism along with a Christocentrism. This is being obedient to Jesus
and his Church.
HERMENEUTIC OF RUPTURE WITH TRADITION INEVITABLE WITH THE FALSE PREMISE
Instead Pope Francis allows the members of The Way, to interpret Vatican Council II with the Fake Premise.
So in their catechesis there is a false rupture with the past ecclesiology.There is a rejection of the theology of the Roman Missal used at the Traditional Latin and Greek Byzantine Mass.This hermeneutic of rupture with Tradition is inevitable with the use of the Fake Premise, False Inference and Non traditional conclusion.-Lionel Andrades

Press release from Monsignor Hérouard: appointments
By a message addressed to priests, deacons, lay people in ecclesial mission, members of the EAP and to the faithful of the diocese of Dijon, Mgr Hérouard announces appointments concerning the Vicar General of the diocese of Dijon.
" Dear friends,
I come to announce important news in the life of the diocese.
Father Eric Millot, Vicar General since 2010, was appointed by the Permanent Council of the Conference of Bishops of France, Director of the National Mission and Migrations Service for a 3-year term.
We can thank him for all the work accomplished over these years, his commitment and his sense of service to the Church.
To succeed him, I asked Father Paul Houdart, until then parish priest of Chatillon-sur-Seine, Laignes, Montigny-sur-Aube and Sainte-Colombe-sur-Seine, spiritual adviser to Christian Entrepreneurs and Leaders for the region Bougogne – Franche-Comté, to become the new Vicar General of the diocese as of September 1, 2022. I thank him for having accepted.
We carry Fathers Eric Millot and Paul Houdart in our prayers and I assure them both of my fraternal friendship.

On a ainsi appris que le pape avait « ordonné » une visite apostolique dans l'archidiocèse de Strasbourg. Le communiqué ne désigne pas le titulaire de ce diocèse, Mgr Luc Ravel, 65 ans, nommé en Alsace en février 2017. La nonciature explique que le motif de cet audit général du diocèse - une pratique courante dans l'Église et prévue dans le droit canonique – est lié à « des informations parvenues au Saint-Siège et relatives au gouvernement pastoral de l'archidiocèse de Strasbourg ».
Cette mesure fait écho à celle qui a concerné l'évêché de Toulon. Mais elle est d'une autre nature. À Toulon, la visite, menée par l'archevêque métropolite de Marseille, le cardinal Jean-Marc Aveline, n'avait pas été publicisée. Elle était de type « fraternel», à savoir une approche interne pour chercher des solutions à des questions très pastorales, touchant la « politique d'accueil » de prêtres.
À Strasbourg, il s'agit d'un cran supérieur, plus administratif, mettant en cause la gestion globale et habituelle de l'évêque, dont sa relation avec les prêtres et les fidèles. Rien à voir non plus avec une question idéologique qui inquiéterait le pape François : Mgr Ravel, plutôt classique, a été le seul évêque français à appeler publiquement à voter Emmanuel Macron, très apprécié de François. Luc Ravel est également proche de la pensée et de la spiritualité du jésuite Pierre Teilhard de Chardin. Il n'a rien d'un « tradi ».
Enfin, cette visite canonique a été confiée à un évêque étranger à la région Grand Est et très expérimenté : Mg Stanislas Lalanne. Ce germanophone accompli est l'actuel évêque de Pontoise. Il sera assisté de Mgr Joël Mercier, secrétaire émérite du dicastère pour le clergé, donc romain d'expérience, ce qui augure aussi du grand sérieux de l'audit à venir, dont les conclusions ne sont pas prévisibles pour l'heure.
Que reproche-t-on à Mgr Ravel ? Une affaire récente où il a licencié sans ménagement son économe, Jacques Bourrier, ancien officier de la marine nationale, conduit à dénoncer dans les DNA « les pratiques de République bananière de l'évêque ». Beaucoup de prêtres - ils sont 511 - et de laïcs disent aussi « souffrir » de son style « éloigné des personnes et peu disponible, parfois autoritaire ».
Les prêtres ont été choqués, lors de la semaine sainte 2022, de voir leur évêque absent pour la messe chrismale – seule dans l'année où l'évêque célèbre avec tous ses prêtres – car il avait choisi d'honorer de sa présence le candidat Macron dans la capitale alsacienne. Il est vrai que le diocèse est sous régime concordataire. Plusieurs sources régionales témoignaient, jeudi, du « soulagement » provoqué par cette décision du pape. Quant à Mgr Ravel, non joignable, il a fait savoir par communiqué qu'il l'accueillait « dans la foi et la confiance ».
