Super dicastery being formed for ecumenical mission : no objection from the Jewish Left

A new “super dicastery” on evangelization is to be set up it is reported which will oversee the other dicasteries and congregations at the Vatican.The aim will be to proclaim Jesus without the moral teachings of the Catholic Church.It will also be without the faith teachings of the Catholic Church including the necessity of membership in the Catholic Church for salvation.

The office has been set up on Via Aurelia, Rome and it will welcome all Christians for joint prayer and mission, which was already being done over the last few years,before Pope Benedict resigned.The Society of St. Pius X (SSPX) could be welcomed but not the Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, at the St. Benedict Centers,USA.The communities of Fr. Leonard Feeney will be declared legally not Catholic.

The doctrinal criteria for all existing Catholics will be to interpret and simply accept all magisterial documents  with Cushingism and not Feeneyism, in philosophy and theology. It means having to say that all hypothetical cases mentioned in Vatican Council II are not hypothetical but objective examples of salvation outside the Church. So the Church is no more ecclesiocentric but simply Christocentric.

An Episcopal Commission has been formed for the evangelisation of people with missionary cooperation among the churches whose President is Bishop Francesco Beschi, the bishop of Bergamo, Italy. The Director for the  National Office for Missionary Cooperation among the churches with its office in Rome is Don Michele Autuoro.They have missionary offices for 'pastoral mission' in the dioceses of Italy.

In this project Catholics give up their traditional identity and see themselves as being only Christians.

The new set up  will provide an opening  for evangelical and Pentecostal Christians communities  to come, in a loose way, into the new Catholic Church. This is reflected in the Alpha Program already underway in many dioceses all over the world which is Christocentric and rejects the old ecclesiology of the Catholic Church.

Since Cushingism is obligatory  the only criteria  which will be enforced doctrinally, is the rejection of the traditional understanding of exclusive salvation in the Catholic Church. Pope Francis rejects it as 'triumphalism'.

So interpreting the Letter of the Holy Office 1949 and Vatican Council II with Feeneyism would be prohibited. This was also the policy of Cardinal Joseph Ratzinger as Prefect of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith(CDF).Redemptoris Missio, Dominus Iesus and other 'magisterial documents' had been written with the error of Cushingism.Pope Benedict approved inter-faith prayer meetings.He also participated in some during his pontificate.

The reorganization of the Vatican has been approved by liberal rabbis and members of the B'nai Brith in Italy. The rabbis had visited the Vatican offices during the pontificate of Pope Benedict, and warned them to end traditional mission citing Anti-Semitic laws.There was also a meeting with the Rector of the Urbaniana Pontifical University, organized by the B'nai group and the Jewish Left rabbis, it was reported in the daily Avvenire. These rabbis who opposed the Good Friday Prayer for the Conversion of the Jews have no objection to the present ecumenical mission programs.The new understanding Christians would have of themselves, would lean to towards their emerging pro Satan,  new world religion with a false concept of Jesus and salvation.

The new super dicastery will support a Christian theology of religious pluralism and salvation according to Fr.Jacques Dupuis sj and others. It will work towards a general theology of religions, which was approved by Cardinal Joseph Ratzinger and the then Fr. Luiz Ladaria sj in one of the theological papers of the Cushingite International Theological Commission, Vatican.

Pope Francis, Cardinal Maradiaga and the Synod Fathers in October, the month of mission, 2019, are to implement the one world religion agenda in the  Amazon with a new concept of mission which is already being implemented in Italy.

Evangelisation would mean only proclaiming the love of God in a vague and general way with the emphasis on human and social development. Fraternity among peoples will be important.The Sacraments and the orthodox teachings of the Church will not be necessary.

For ideological reasons the Synod will not tell the Amazonian people, the non Catholics, that they are oriented to Hell outside the Church.1

According to Mary  Ellen Mahon Cabinet Secretary for Catholic Formation and  Director of Pastoral Ministry, according to the diocese website, has stated that the Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary at the St.Benedict Center,New Hampshire, can no longer be considered  Catholic.

It may be mentioned that according to Archbishop Augustine Di Noia , Adjunct Secretary of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith(CDF), Vatican the  "theological position regarding the principle Extra Ecclesiam Nullam [sic!] Salus" is unacceptable" for him since the Catechism of the Catholic Church n. 847 and 848 are exceptions.This has been posted on the diocese website.

847 This affirmation is not aimed at those who, through no fault of their own, do not know Christ and his Church:

Those who, through no fault of their own, do not know the Gospel of Christ or his Church, but who nevertheless seek God with a sincere heart, and, moved by grace, try in their actions to do his will as they know it through the dictates of their conscience - those too may achieve eternal salvation.

848 "Although in ways known to himself God can lead those who, through no fault of their own, are ignorant of the Gospel, to that faith without which it is impossible to please him, the Church still has the obligation and also the sacred right to evangelize all men."

Those saved in invincible ignorance refer to personally known non Catholics saved outside the Catholic Church, without faith and baptism(AG 7, LG 14) for the Secretaries of the CDF.So they become exceptions to the traditional strict interpretation of the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS).If they were invisible and unknown they could not be exceptions.
This is irrational since there are no such cases in 2019.

In his Doctrinal reply in 2016 Brother Andre Marie MICM, Prior at the St. Benedict Center states that there are no personally known cases of people saved in invincible ignorance.They would only be known to God.
He meant possibilties are not real people in 2016.

So he accepts being saved in invincible ignorance as hypothetical. A  theoretical possibility but not a practical exception to EENS. This is common sense. There cannot be any literal case of someone saved outside the Church.
The popes and saints in over the centuries knew this when they referred to the baptism of desire, baptism of blood and being saved in invincible ignorance.

But the CDF Secretaries interpret Lumen Gentium  8 etc as being exceptions to EENS. LG 8 only refers to a hypothetical cases and not someone personally known.So the CDF is irrational.
So with this irrationality Archbishop Di Noia and the CDF Secretary, Archbishop Morandi, create a rupture with EENS, the past exclusive ecclesiology, an ecumenism of return and the Syllabus of Errors.Their doctrinal position is irrational, non traditional and heretical.Now they want Brother Andre Marie to also interpret Magisterial documents with this irrationality to be accepted legally as a Catholic.

C.J Doyle was interviewed recently by Michael Voris on the Vortex.He lso affirms the strict interpretation of the dogma EENS. It is the same with Phil Lawler who teaches at the Thomas More College of Liberal Arts in New Hampshire.Legally they are not Catholics for the Diocese and the CDF.

Meanwhile Ellen Goodreau, Mary Ellen Mahon, Fr. Matthew Mason and others in the Curia interpret Vatican Council II and EENS assuming non existing people are objective examples of salvation outside the Church.So the dogma EENS as it was known to the Magisterium in the 16th century, is obsolete. They are legally Catholics.To be legal, Catholics have to use an  irrationality to reinterpret the traditional interpretation of the dogma EENS and other Magisterial documents.This would be expected also of young Catholics who have a vocation to the religious life.-Lionel Andrades

Diocese of Manchester Curia member says Slaves of Mary Immaculate Heart of Mary, at St.Benedict Center, N.H are 'no longer to be considered Catholic'

Yesterday I  e-mailed some of the Curia in the Diocese of Manchester. I sent them the blog post  No interviews are being given nor questions answered by Bishop Libasci : doctrinal position of the diocese of Manchester is irrational (April 22, 2019) 1

 It was also sent to members of the Catholic Charismatic Renewal Prayer group leaders in the diocese.

Among those whom I contacted, looking for a doctrinal defense and an affirmation of their Catholic faith, was Kelly Goodreau, the Director of Parish Faith Formation. She  asked the others, "Who is Lionel?"and I too was asked the same question by her.

Mary  Ellen Mahon also received the e-mail from me. She is the Cabinet Secretary for Catholic Formation & Director of Pastoral Ministry.She overlooks the work of the lay groups, secular institutes ,campus activities and religious communities,ecumenical affairs,RCIA and Adult Religious formation and women's affairs etc.

She answers Kelly Goodreau. 

She writes : He is involved with the Slaves of Mary Immaculate, the group no longer to be considered Catholic.

For her the Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary are not Catholic and she is confirming it for the rest of the diocese.

So I informed them : 

'Who is Lionel?', it is asked by Kelly Goudreau

Lionel is a lay man in Rome who has a blog Eucharist and Mission and writes about Vatican Council II  and the Catechism of the Catholic Church being in harmony with the strict interpretation of the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS) as it was known to the missionaries and Magisterium in the 16th century.This harmony is possible when a false premise, commonly used by the bishop and Curia in Manchester, is avoided.It does not come from the Holy Spirit but is human error.

Unlike the bishop and Curia at the Diocese of Manchester, USA, for Lionel Andrades  unknown cases of the baptism of desire, baptism of blood and being saved in invincible ignorance are unknown and so not objective exceptions to the dogma EENS as interpreted by the Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary at the St. Benedict Center, N.H. Also invisible cases of LG 8, LG 14, LG 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc mentioned in Vatican Council II are not physically visible examples of salvation outside the Church and so do not contradict Feeneyite EENS.So Vatican Council II and the Catechisms are Feeneyite and not Cushingite for him.For the bishop Vatican Council II and the Catechisms are Cushingite.( Please see the blog Eucharist and Mission for an explaination of these terms)

For the Bishop of Manchester and the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith,  this is rational, traditional and non heretical Feeneyite doctrinal position, it would be politically unacceptable.

So presently C.J Doyle in New Hampshire has to lie to stay legal as a Catholic in the Diocese of Manchester. He has to fake it and say that hypothetical and invisible cases are in general non hypothetical and objective exceptions to EENS and the past exclusive ecclesiology of the Church.The same would have to be done by all the religious communities and prayer group members in the Diocese of Manchester.

Common sense tells us that there are no visible exceptions to Feeneyite EENS. However this deception is obligatory for Mary Ellen Mahon, Kelly Goudreau McDonald, Derek,Mason, Matthew, Rebecca Vinson, Mary Jane Silvia and the others who RCIA and are responsible for Cushingite religious formation in Diocese of Manchester.-Lionel Andrades

Lionel is not a member of the Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary.However like Brother Andre Marie MICM he affirms Vatican Council II, the Creeds and Catechisms, the Letter of the Holy Office 1949, Dominus Iesus and other magisterial documents, all, interpreted with Feeneyism and not Cushingism, as a philosophy and theology.

C.J Doyle a layman in North Hampshire,USA in the Diocese of Manchester, interviewed by Michael Voris on Church Militant TV, has to actually say that he personally knows of non Catholics saved outside the Catholic Church.Only in this way is he legally a Catholic for Bishop Peter Libasci.When he supports the irrationality(unknown people are known), he would be saying not every one in Heaven is Catholic.

But this is acceptable for Bishop Peter Libasci and the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith(CDF).

He has to lie  to be legal  for the diocese.It is the same for other lay Catholics.

This would also be a requirement for all the Catholics in the legislature of North Hampshire.

They have to pledge that unknown cases of the baptism of desire, baptism of blood and invincible ignorance are known exceptions to all needing to enter the Church for salvation and that LG 8, LG 14, LG 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc are visibly known non Catholics saved outside the Church who are visible exceptions to the past ecclesiology and an ecumenism of return. This is irrational and the conclusion is heretical.Yet it is obligatory for the CDF and the Diocese of Manchester.-Lionel Andrades

"Today bring to Me THE SOULS OF THOSE WHO HAVE SEPARATED THEMSELVES FROM MY CHURCH, and immerse them in the ocean of My mercy. During My bitter Passion they tore at My Body and Heart, that is, My Church. As they return to unity with the Church, My wounds heal and in this way they alleviate My Passion." 

Most Merciful Jesus, Goodness Itself, You do not refuse light to those who seek it of You. Receive into the abode of Your Most Compassionate Heart the souls of those who have separated themselves from Your Church. Draw them by Your light into the unity of the Church, and do not let them escape from the abode of Your Most Compassionate Heart; but bring it about that they, too, come to glorify the generosity of Your mercy. 

Eternal Father, turn Your merciful gaze upon the souls of those who have separated themselves from Your Son's Church, who have squandered Your blessings and misused Your graces by obstinately persisting in their errors. Do not look upon their errors, but upon the love of Your own Son and upon His bitter Passion, which He underwent for their sake, since they, too, are enclosed in His Most Compassionate Heart. Bring it about that they also may glorify Your great mercy for endless ages.
