All future cardinals must be Feeneyite. This is being honest.

All the cardinals to be appointed are Cushingite and not Feeneyite. Cushingism is heretical and schismatic. It is irrational.It is not part of the Deposit of the Faith.

Also 18 cardinal electors are not Feeneyite i.e. that do not interpret Vatican Council II with the rational premise, inference and traditional conclusion.

All future cardinals, morally, must only be Feeneyite on the Creeds, Councils, Catechisms etc.

They must interpret Lumen Gentium 16 etc as being only hypothetical cases. They must not imply that these are objectively visible examples of salvation outside the Catholic Church in 1965-2023.
