Salza is not encouraged to write for Louie Verrecchio's media, if he wants to continue with Remnant News. Since even though Louie is a Cushingite Lefebrist like Matt and Salza, he is a sedevacantist on Pope Francis.
So it is not enough just to attend the Traditional Latin Mass.
One cannot be a Feeneyite traditionalist or a sedevcantist.
A Feeneyite traditionalist cannot say that there are no physically visible cases of the BOD, BOB and I.I and still be a correspondent of the Remnant newspaper? 
Anyway Louie is in no way hinting that he is a Feeneyite. He does not say in public that there are no physically visible cases of the the baptism of desire(BOD), baptism of blood(BOB) and invincible ignorance(I.I) outside the Catholic Church.
Louie Verrecchio does not claim that there are no physically visible cases of the BOD,BOB and I.I  otherwise he would be saying Archbishop Marcel Lefebvre was wrong and Fr. Leonard Feeney was correct.
So a simple observation like us human beings not being able to see people in Heaven saved without faith and baptism, has become controversial in the Catholic Church today.😄
The Remnant, Acies Ordinata, Lefebvrists and John Henry Weston, like the liberal and leftists, project BOD, BOB and I.I irrationally and follow the money. 
They are not allowed to publicly state that there are no physically visible cases of the BOD,BOB and I.I.They could be labelled racist or anti Semitic.
So now they can do theology on the BOD, BOB and I.i assuming there are physically visible and personally known cases in 2020.They do theology over non existing physical bodies.
John Salza and Robert Siscoe wrote a book in which they assumed there were physically visible cases of non Catholics saved outside the Church,according to Vatican Council II. This is important to get published in the Angelus Press or Amazon...
Manuscripts which claim that there are no physically visible cases of the baptism of desire, now a very contentious issue, at least for Salza and others, are shelved.
Salza makes sure no one confuses him as being a Feeneyite.

Cardinal Reinhardt Marx needs to review the books on Vatican Council II in the library of the Catholic University of Eichstadt-Ingolstadt, Bavaria.He also needs to check other educational institutions in the Archdiocese of Munich and Freising,Germany. They have a built-in error. They have become obsolete.New books need to be written on the Council.
The new books need to show how Vatican Council II is in harmony with the past exclusivist ecclesiology, an ecumenism of return and EENS according to bishops of Freising in the eight century.
Young people in Germany have to be shown how Vatican Council II can be interpreted without the error of the liberals and Lefebvrists. 
This requires re-interpreting the historical documents  of the Council.The Council can no more be read superficially.Students and seminarians in Germany must be shown how not to read LG 8, LG 14, LG 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc.They must not be seen as referring to physically seen and personally known non Catholics.LG 8 etc do not refer to real people in 2020.
They are mentioned in Vatican Council II, since the Council Fathers made a mistake. They wanted to project invisible cases of LG 8, LG 16 etc as practical exceptions to the traditional interpretation of extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS).
So when hypothetical cases are seen as just being hypothetical they are not exceptions to the traditional teaching on the Catholic Church  having the superiority and exclusiveness in salvation.So there is no more a hermeneutic of rupture with the past.
This is the Vatican Council II the media, academics and government in Germany need to see.It is the only rational interpretation.
The books on Vatican Council II in the Archdiocese of Munich, and the rest of  Germany, wrongly look at Vatican Council II as a rupture with the old ecumenism of return, ecclesiocentric ecclesiology and EENS according to the Patristic period.
Students and seminarians today wrongly see Lumen Gentium (LG 8, LG 14, LG 16 etc) as a break with the past ecclesiology. They read orthodox and unorthodox passages in the Council and think Vatican Council II contradicts itself.They do not notice that the unorthodox passages always refer to hypothetical cases. So they do not contradict the orthodox passages which support EENS and the old ecclesiology of the popes in the Middle Ages in Freising.
Vatican Council II does not contradict exclusive salvation in the Catholic Church as it was taught over the centuries in Munich and Bavaria.-Lionel Andrades
