The Comitato dell Immaculata, the lay organization, which has property in the parish-church Santa Maria di Nazareth, Casalotti, Boccea, Rome could ask Archbishop Gianrico Ruzza, the Apostolic Administrator of the diocese of Porta Santa Rufina, in which this parish exists, to please permit the Franciscan Friars of the Immaculate, to offer the Latin Mass, according to Vatican Council II interpreted rationally and with the use of the Missal of Pope Paul VI and later editions which is in harmony with the theology of the Roman Missal (1570), when Magisterial Documents are interpreted with Rational Premise.

In this way,with the Rational Premise,  also the parishioners at Holy Mass will be affirming Vatican Council II and the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus ( with no exceptions) and will have not rejected the past exclusivist ecclesiology of Holy Mass in Latin and also in Greek during the Patristic period.

In my parish at Holy Communion classes they have changed the understanding of the Nicene Creed and First Commandment and our Profession of Faith is different. The Comitato dell Immaculata of Fr. Stefano Manelli F.I oversee the old vacant church and semimary building in the pasrish

 In my parish Santa Maria di Nazareth, Casalotti, Boccea, Rome, the Holy Communion classes have begun.The children are taught to confuse being saved in invincible ignorance outside the Catholic Church, as referring to known people , physically visible cases in the present times.In this way they don't have to say that there is exclusive salvation in only the Catholic Church, as it was taught to children during the times of Apostles and Church Fathers, St. Francis of Assisi, St. Cartherine of Siena and St.Maximilian Kolbe.The children are taught that there are exceptions and not that every one needs to enter accept Jesus and enter the Catholic Church, with no known exceptions to go to Heaven and avoid Hell.

Even the priests and catechists in the parish are not ready to affirm the Athanasius Creed and it must be the same with the bishop and his Curia.

So the Nicene Creed is changed too with the same false premise with which they reject the Athanasius Creed and extra ecclesiam nulla salus.

So the Profession of Faith at Holy Mass in Italian is different.Since the Nicene Creed has two interpretations, one rational and the other irrational.

There is confusion on the First Commandment, for Catholics.

The Comitato dell Immaculata, Italy, have an obligation to check the false theology being taught in the parish Santa Maria di Nazareth, Casalotti, Boccea, Rome where they manage the seminary, old church building and other infrastructure.

Vatican Council II must not be interpreted with a fake premise  creating a liberal version of the Catholic faith.

When the Council is interpreted rationally there are no exceptions for proclaiming the Athanasius Creed which says all need Catholic faith for salvation.

This is Catholic Tradition without rejecting Vatican Council II.

The parishioners are not proclaiming the faith and neither are the Joselitos Christo priests and Bishop Gino Reali and the Curia in this diocese of Porta Santa Rufina, Rome.

The Comitato dell Immaculata is in a position to issue a press statement or hold a press conference and affirm the Catholic Faith.

Whether Holy Mass is offered in Italian or Latin, Vatican Council II needs to be interpreted and proclaimed without the fake premise.

The Comitato dell Immaculata could affirm the Faith and ask the diocese to do the same.

Pope Francis and the Catechectical Centers and the Catholic Bishops Conference in Italy are not Magisterial when they interpret Vatican Council II with a false premse to create a false rupture with Tradition.

To be Magisterial they would need to interpret Vatican Council II with the rational premise and so there would no more be a rupture with Tradition and the past Magisterium of the Catholic Church on EENS, the Syllabus of Errors, Catechism of Pope Pius X (24 Q, 27Q) etc.-Lionel Andrades

The religious communities Joselitos Christo, Salesians, Franciscans etc could choose to interpret Vatican Council II rationally

 

The lawyer of the Comitato dell Immacolata could ask the diocese of Porta Santa Rufina,Rome, now under the Administrator of the Diocese of Civitavecchia, why is it necessary to use a false premise to interpret Vatican Council II and the Creeds and Catechisms in the parish of Santa Maria di Nazareth, Casalotti, Boccea ? The religious communities in the parish ( Joselitos Christo, Salesians, Franciscans etc) could choose to interpret Vatican Council II rationally. The Comitato dell Immaculata could use the old seminary building, now vacant, at Casalotti, Boccea Rome, as an educational institution which corrects the public errors being taught at the pontifical universities and the religious communities and seminaries in Rome.

 The Comitato dell Immaculata could use the old seminary building, now vacant, at Casalotti, Boccea Rome, as an educational institution.It could correct the public errors being taught at the pontifical universities.The same errors are taught to Catholics in the  religious communities and seminaries of Rome.

For example, the Franciscan Sisters of the Immaculate, seek vocations to the religious life.They invite candidates.Howver they invite candidates  who interpret Vatican Council II with a false premise, inference and conclusion, instead of a rational option. This is common mistake in the Church.It has to be corrected.So they support a false liberalism based upon a fake premise.

There is no building in Rome, which houses an educational institution, to correct such common errors.

In the parish Santa Maria di Nazareth, Casalotti,and the nearby School of Catechetics of the Salesian Sisters at the Auxilium, Boccea, they emerge as liberals. Since they have religious programs based upon the non traditional interpretation of Vatican Council II.

There is no educational institution, lay or religious, to correct this error.

Catholics need to be taught traditional doctrine based upon the old rational theology and ecclesiology of the Church without rejecting Vatican Council II(L.A).

The Boccea seminary and church premises should not be allowed to be used for another leftist project,amid so much confusion in the Catholic Church.

I remember attending Mass in Italian offered by Fr.Giovani Manelli F.I,at the church Annunziata, Lungotevere, Rome.There was also Mass in Latin there which was attended by lay members; Third Order members, of the Franciscans of the Immaculate.The Franciscan Sisters of the Immaculate would form the choir.No one told them that Vatican Council II and all Magisterial documents could be interpreted with a rational premise and then we return to the old ecclesiology of the Traditional Latin Mass.There is no institution in the Church which brings out in public this information in an organised way and the old seminary building in Boccea, could be used for this aim. -Lionel Andrades

The FSSP communiqué misses the point.The issue is Vatican Council II and the False Premise and not just the missal.Today for Pope Francis and Pope Benedict and for priests at large there is a new theology at Holy Mass and for those priests who use the Roman Missal and reject Vatican Council II(Irrational) and who have not heard about Vatican Council II( Rational), there still is the ‘old theology’.

Pope Francis and Pope Benedict interpret Vatican Council II with the Irrational and not Rational Premise (like Pope Paul VI and Pope John Paul II) and so their conclusion is non-traditional instead of traditional. The Council is a rupture and not a continuation with Tradition. This is irrespective if they use the Roman Missal or that of Pope Paul VI. It is the False Premise which creates the break with traditional theology and ecclesiology and not the missal or the liturgy.

Their theology and ecclesiology is determined by the common use of the Fake Premise to re interpret Magisterial Documents.

This is a break with the 16^th century or the Patristic period when they use a rational premise (invisible people are invisible) and so there was the traditional theology, the old theology.

In my parish the Catholics have to support mortal sins of faith

The parishioners in the parish Santa Maria di Nazareth, Casalotti, Boccea, Rome, have to support mortal sins of faith when the popes, bishops and priests, ask them to interpret Vatican Council II irrationally and not rationally. They have to see LG 8, LG 14, LG 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc as being objective and physically visible non Catholics in 2022, saved without the baptism of water and Catholic Faith. In this way, there is a break with Tradition. The alleged practical exceptions make the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus extinct. There is a new and indifferent interpretation of the First Commandment.

This is the parish where the old seminary building of the Franciscan Friars of the Immaculate remains empty and the community of Fr. Stefano Manelli f.i are not allowed to offer the Latin Mass. Once, in the parish, they offered the Mass in Italian and Latin. The Rector of the seminary and parish priest was Fr. Settimo Mannelli f.i. This was before Pope Francis suppressed the community and stopped the Latin Mass.

Now in the parish there is no concept of mortal sin as the Eucharist is given to non Christians and Catholics living with non Christians, who have not left their past religion.

At First Holy Communion and Confirmation classes the children are taught to accept and live with mortal sins of faith. They do this by interpreting Vatican Council II irrationally and then they reject the Athanasius Creed and change the meaning of the Nicene Creed. In this way there is no more exclusive salvation in the Catholic Church.

Without correcting this scandal; this public manifestation of mortal sin, there was Holy Mass yesterday Sunday in the parish-church. 

Meanwhile the Franciscan Friars of the Immaculate are not allowed to return to the church, since they go back to Catholic Tradition, while avoiding Vatican Council II interpreted with the False Premise.

In the parish, the Catechists, Giorgio, Ennio, Dora and other certified catechists, have to publically accept and teach mortal sins, to remain as catechists in the parish.The False Premise creates exceptions for the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus and the Syllabus of Errors, irrespective of who use it, conservative or liberal.So the past de fide teachings are made obsolete.There are new doctrines and the dogma does not exist any more.

Mortal sin and Hell is not preached in the parish, since Vatican Council II interpreted with the False Premise has been the excuse to create a new Moral Theology approved by Pope Benedict. It  teaches that outside the Catholic Church there is known salvation. This is called ‘a development of doctrine ‘by the two popes. This is a development with the use of a Fake Premise to produce a non-traditional conclusion.

When Vatican Council II is interpreted with the Rational Premise it would be in harmony with the Roman Missal, irrespective if the Mass was in Latin or Italian. There would be no rupture with Tradition on faith and morals. - Lionel Andrades

Pope Francis wants the Franciscan Friars of the Immaculate of Fr.Stefano Mannelli F.I, to interpret Vatican Council II with a False Premise and reject the Roman Missal (1570). It is  interpreted with a Rational Premise and has a hermeneutic of continuity with the Creeds.Only then will they be permitted to offer the Latin Mass. Their seminary in Boccea, Rome, is still closed. The Franciscans of the Immaculate no more are allowed to serve in the parish, Santa Maria di Nazareth.  -Lionel Andrades
