Petition the popes:1) Are there really exceptions to EENS ? 2) Did the Letter of the Holy Office 1949 and Vatican Council II make an objective error?
The two popes need to be petitioned. Appeal to them to clarify the Catholic Church's position on the following.
A.The baptism of desire(BOD), baptism of blood(BOB) and being saved in invincible ignorance(I.I) refer to invisible and hypothetical cases and not personally known non Catholics saved outside the Church in 2019 ?
B.LG 8, LG 14, LG 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc in Vatican Council II also refer to invisible and hypothetical cases and not personally known non Catholics saved outside the Church in 2019 ?
For the St.Benedict Center, New Hampshire, BOD, BOB and I.I and LG 8 etc refer to personally unknown cases. While for Secretaries of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith(CDF), Archbishops Morandi and Di Noia, these are references to personally known non Catholics saved outside the Church. So CCC 847-848 are exceptions to Feeneyite extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS) for the CDF.
For Brother Andre Marie MICM, Prior, St. Benedict Center, N.H, Lumen Gentium 8 ( elements of sanctification and truth in other religions) does not refer to an objective exception to EENS. Neither would he know of a non Catholic saved outside the Church, where the true Church of Christ allegedly subsists(LG 8).But for Cardinal Luiz Ladaria sj, Prefect of the CDF, LG 8 was an exception to EENS. He informed the correspondent of the Associated Press that the Church no more taught that it had the superiority and exclusiveness in salvation he cited Lumen Gentium 8. (Placquet Deo Press Conference March 2018).
So Pope Benedict and Pope Francis could be asked to clarify the correct and rational teaching of the Church.
Let us know their views on the following four points, also being asked of the Diocese of Manchester, USA.

do you think the St.Benedict Center in New Hampshire is correct in

all need to be members of the Catholic Church for salvation and the

So the final questions are :-
1.Did the Letter of the Holy Office(CDF) in 1949(LOHO) and Vatican Council II make an objective mistake and then create a New Theology upon it ?
2.Is the New Theology based on allegedly visible cases of BOD, BOB and I.I and LG 8 etc objectively false and not Catholic ?
The present two popes and the Society of St. Pius X (SSPX) interpret LOHO and Vatican Council II as a rupture with EENS.This is an artificial creation. It is a break with EENS as it was known to the missionaries and Magisterium in the 16th century,Pope Benedict confirmed( Avvenire March 2016).
Pope Francis has proclaimed the kerygma without the necessity of being a member of the Catholic Church for salvation.His new joint-ecumenical evangelisation is also based upon there being known salvation outside the Catholic Church.This is irrational.His premise and inference upon which he basis his New Theology is false.Literally there are no no exceptions to EENS.
Yet the St. Benedict Center and all Catholics in general have to say that invisible cases of BOD, BOB and I.I and LG 8 etc are physically visible exceptions to EENS to be recognized legally as being Catholics.
The questions above determine if BOD, BOB and I.I and LG 8 etc are literally known or not known. Since then we can identify the premise upon which a theology is created.

Even the Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary the religious community of Fr. Leonard Feeney in the diocese would answer these four questions like Mahon and Goodreau.
Mary Ellen Mahon and Kelly Goodreau are saying that there is exclusive salvation in the Catholic Church.For them CCC 847-848( invincible ignorance) and Lumen Gentium 16( invincible ignorance/ good conscience) cannot be exceptions to extra ecclesiam nulla salus.
They would testify to this even before a canonical inquiry. Since it is common sense.

COLOMBO, Sri Lanka (ChurchMilitant.com) - Sunday Mass in Sri Lanka is suspended indefinitely following the terror attacks on Easter Sunday.
Cardinal Malcolm Ranjith, archbishop of Colombo, ordered that all the country's churches should be closed on Sundays after church bombings in the country left about 300 dead. He claimed he had seen intelligence documents indicating plans for continued attacks on Christians.
According to the Associated Press, many Sri Lankan Catholics watched Mass on television this Sunday. Cardinal Ranjith offered the televised Mass from a chapel at his residence in Colombo.
In his televised homily on Divine Mercy Sunday, the cardinal said, "This is a time our hearts are tested by the great destruction that took place last Sunday."
He added, "This is a time questions such as, 'does God truly love us,' 'does He have compassion toward us,' can arise in human hearts."
Reportedly, Catholic parishes in Sri Lanka are also canceling weekday Masses and other public functions.
A video released April 26 by the Associated Press shows the bombed-out interior of St. Anthony's Shrine in Colombo five days after the attack. Saint Anthony's was one of the two Catholic Churches targeted by suicide bombers, alongside St. Sebastian's Church in Negombo. Also targeted were a Pentecostal church and several luxury hotels.
Also on Sunday, the Sri Lankan government announced a ban on any face coverings. Going into effect Monday, the law will have the side effect of preventing Muslim women from covering their faces with the niqab or the burqa. The niqab is a full-face veil with a slit for the wearer's eyes; the burqa is a full-body covering with mesh over the face.
Sri Lanka is a majority-Buddhist country with notable Christian, Hindu and Muslim minorities.

The survey could ask them their names and surnames or their diocesan parish/ church and the following four questions.The questions could be more or less.It depends upon those who organise it. This is only a rough model to initiate the work.

Wagner was arrested last week in Vancouver, BC, when she and one of her fellow pro-life activists entered an abortion center with red and white roses and attempted to speak with the mothers who were there to end the lives of their babies.
The two pro-lifers offered the abortion-minded women life-affirming alternatives.
But then abortion center staff contacted the police, who later arrived and detained Wagner.
Some may believe that this kind of protest (where one is frequently arrested) is futile or counterproductive.
But, through her activism, Mary continues to draw worldwide attention to the destruction abortion causes to women, society, and the unborn child.
After her detention, Mary wrote a letter to her supporters from jail. In it, she explains what motivates her to continue trying to defend the unborn and their mothers from abortion.
Why should Christians go to these places where tiny babies not yet born are being killed? “Whatsoever you did to one of the least of my brothers, you did it to me... Whatever you failed to do to one of the least of my brothers, you failed to do it to me” (Matthew 25:40).Our presence at these places where God's littlest children are being put to death is a response to God, who is Love, who has loved us first. He who has loved us from all eternity is there, abandoned by his own and facing execution again, as He did on Calvary. May He lead us there in the spirit of repentance, going to console Him in his agony, to pray for our brothers and sisters, to do what we can, with his grace, to bring His Light and Love where there is otherwise only darkness and contempt.

Once Catholics in general in the diocese of Manchester are informed that invisible cases of BOD, BOB and I.I 1 are not visible exceptions to Feeneyite EENS 2 they would agree.
This would be common sense for them.
No one has told them that they could interpret Lumen Gentium 16 ( invincible ignorance), Lumen Gentium 14 ( case of the unknown catechumen), Lumen Gentium 8, Unitatis Redintigratio 3, Nostra Aetate 2, Gaudium et Specs 22 etc in Vatican Council II as referring to only unknown and invisible people in 2019. They would agree that Vatican Council II does not contradict the strict interpretation of EENS.
Presently in ignorance, Catholics who attend Holy Mass in English or Spanish, assume there are personally known non Catholics saved outside the the Catholic Church. So there are objective exceptions to EENS. They then criticize the St. Benedict Center.
No one has showed them the difference between Cushingism ( reading hypothetical cases of BOD, BOB and I.I as being objective and known non Catholics) and Feeneyism ( reading hypothetical cases of BOD, BOB and I.I and LG 8, UR 3, GS 22 etc as being only hypothetical and not personally known non Catholics) .
Mary Ellen Mahon, Kelly Goodreau, Diane Quinlin and Fr. Matthew Mason are not telling Catholics,or those who want to be Catholic, the difference between Cushingism and Feeneyism. At RCIA,Adult education and religious formation courses, Catholics are not told that they can interpret Vatican Council II with Feeneyism.
They allow Catholics to remain in ignorance and use Cushingism.
Once the rank and file Catholic in Manchester, knows the difference they will see that it is obvious that outside the Catholic Church there is no salvation.There are no literal cases.
They would wonder why Mary Ellen Mahon, Kelly Goodreau, Diane Quinlin, Fr. Matthew Mason and the others at Manchester, have a problem with this fact and do not teach it.
