Simon Rafe interprets the baptism of desire and being saved in invincible ignorance irrationally. In this way he produces alleged exceptions for the Fourth Lateran Council (1215). So he rejects the original dogma outside the Church there is no salvation, which did not mention any exceptions. This is political and unethical. He considers this being a Catholic. I have been sending the Curia material over the last few years and there has been no objection or correction.

Also this a common sense issue. They, the bishop and Curia,  agree that LG 8, LG 14, LG 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc in Vatican Council II refer to physically invisible cases always. This is a given.

They also acknowledge the teachings on there being exclusive salvation in the Catholic Church mentioned in Vatican Council II, the Catechism of the Catholic Church and the Church Councils.

There have been no objections from Fr. Georges de Laire, the Judicial Vicar.The three points are:-

1. Outside the Church there is no salvation is the teaching of the Bible, the Church Councils, Vatican Council II and the Catechism of the Catholic Church.
