Pope John Paul II and Cardinal Ratzinger did not tell Archbishop Lefebre the truth.
They did not tell him that if he interpreted Lumen Gentium (8, 14 and 16) as being only hypothetical in the present times, the Council would support Tradition and not progressivism. This would be a rational interpretation of Vatican Council II.
Instead they excommunicated him.
Pope Paul VI also did not tell Archbishop Lefebvre that if he rejected the objective mistake in the Letter of the Holy Office 1949 and re-interpreted the baptism of desire (BOD) and invincible ignorance (I.I) rationally, there would be nothing in the Council-text to contradict Feeneyite extra ecclesiam nulla salus (EENS) and, the Syllabus of Errors of Pope Pius IX.
This changes the interpretation of the Council. He was not informed. He died excommunicated.
The SSPX bishops are still not informed about Vatican Council II( Rational) as a choice, in their dialogue with Cardinal Luiz Ladaria sj, Prefect of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith, who retires next month.
When Lumen Gentium 14 (baptism of desire) and Lumen Gentium 16 (invincible ignorance) refer to hypothetical cases in 2022 then they cannot be practical exceptions for the Athanasius Creed (all need to be members of the Church for salvation from Hell).This is something obvious. There are not practical exceptions. You don’t have an academic degree in theology to understand this.
When Unitatis Redintigratio 3, the Decree on Ecumenim, in Vatican Council II, refers to unknown and speculative cases in 2022, saved in ‘imperfect communion with the Church’, then they are not practical exceptions for EENS and an ecumenism of return to the Catholic Church, for salvation from Hell. Since there are no objective exceptions for EENS. If anyone is saved outside the Church it can only be known to God. The norm for salvation is Catholic Faith and the baptism of water. So with Vatican Council II interpreted rationally we are back to the old ecumenism of return to the Church.
When Ad Gentes 7 says all need faith and baptism for salvation, supporting traditional EENS, then the baptism of desire and being saved in invincible ignorance are not objective exceptions. So we are back to traditional mission based upon exclusive salvation in only the Catholic Church. So Traditional Mission has not been changed with Vatican Council II.Ad Gentes 7 is not contradicted by unknown and speculative cases of the baptism of desire and being saved in invincible ignorance.
So with Vatican Council II (Rational) we are back to the old ecclesiology but Archbishop Lefebvre did not know this and he put the blame in general on Vatican Council II (Irrational). There was no reason for many Catholic communities at that time to go into sedevacantism, since the Council interpreted rationally was traditional. Many priests and nuns gave up their vocation, since Pope Paul VI and the cardinals did not tell them about the Council interpreted rationally.
If what is hypothetical is just seen as being hypothetical (GS 22, NA 2, LG 8 etc) in 2022 then Vatican Council II is not a break with Tradition. The Council affirms 16th century EENS with Ad Gentes 7 (all need to enter the Church for salvation) and Lumen Gentium, Unitatis Redintigratio etc, not being objective exceptions for Ad Gentes 7 and Feeneyite EENS.
So Pope Francis and Pope Benedict, like Pope Paul VI, could not be Magisterial when they today interpret Vatican Council II with a False and not Rational Premise.They must only use the Rational Premise. The bishops must only use the Rational Premise in the diocese.
Also Cardinal Luiz Ladaria is not Magisterial when he interprets Vatican Council II and the Catechism of the Catholic Church with a False and not Rational Premise. He was not Magisterial when he demanded that the Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, at the St.Benedict Center, Richmond, New Hampshire, do the same. They are obligated in conscience to not use the irrational premise to interpet Magisterial Documents.
Similarly Pope Benedict was not Magisterial when he asked the Society of St.Pius X to accept Vatican Council II with a Fake and not Rational Premise, for canonical recognition. If the SSPX did agree to accept Vatican Council II with the Fake Premise they would be dishonest. The Fake Premise produces schism with the pre-1940s Magisterium. Changing the interpretation of the Creeds with a False Premise is first class heresy.
The popes are not Magisterial when they accept the Letter of the Holy Office 1949(LOHO) which used the False and not Rational Premise, to interpret the baptism of desire and being saved in invincible ignorance. This was a mistake of Pope Pius XII and the Archbishop of Boston, Cardinal Richard Cushing. They can affirm the first part of the LOHO and reject the second part which contradicts the first part, which is traditional.
So the doctrinal talks between the SSPX and the Vatican during the pontificate of Pope Benedict were null and void since both sides did not use the Rational Premise to interpret the Creeds, Catechisms, EENS and Vatican Council II.
Similarly the Balamand Declaration and the Joint Declaration with the Lutherans on Justification ignored the exclusivist ecclesiology of Vatican Council II, when interpreted with a Rational Premise. Lutherans are outside the Church without Catholic faith and are on the way to Hell according to Vatican Council II (AG 7, CCC 846 etc).
Pope Benedict’s books published by Ignatius Press are as obsolete as those of Archbishop Lefebvre (Angelus Press).Both of them did not interpret Vatican Council II with the Rational Premise. They ignored the objective error in the LOHO.
Two of the theological papers of the International Theological Commission are now straw. The False Premise of the LOHO is there is Christianity and the World Religions (1996) and The Hope of Salvation of infants who die without baptism (2007).
In Ferrara-Comachio, Italy where the Mayor is from the Lega Salvini political party, young traditionalist priests were transferred. They did accept Vatican Council II interpreted irrationally and they went back to Tradition. They could also have helped the Lega candidate win by encouraging traditional values among the people,where there is a bridge named after Garibaldi. Their transfer must be discussed in the Italian Parliament by the center right political parties.
In my diocese and parish in Casalotti, Boccea, Rome the bishops and priests have to deny de fide teachings of the Catholic Church to please the political Left. This is an issue the Lega Salvini and Fratelli di Italia of Melloni, could bring up in Parliament. The same problem exists at the Rome Vicariate. They are forced to use the False Premise to interpret Vatican Council II etc. This is unethical.
CALL TO ACTION
1. An injustice is being done to the Society of St.Pius X (Fraternita Sacerdotale San Pio X), at Albano, on the outskirts of Rome. They are told to interpret Vatican Council II with the Irrational and not Rational Premise as does Cardinal Semararo, the bishop of Albano. It is unethical for Cardinal Semararo to use the False Premise.
2. The churches in Rome have been confiscated by the Leftist governments which appoint Committees to oversee their management. The police, mostly non Christians, are present at every Holy Mass to monitor what the priest teaches. The priests should be free to accept Vatican Council II interpreted rationally and proclaim it in their homilies.
3. Pope Benedict must be asked to acknowledge that all his books on Vatican Council II, Ecclesiology etc were written with a false premise supporting the Left. The conclusion was nontraditional and false. This error should not be imposed upon students at the pontifical universities in Rome. This is unethical. In his introduction for Senator Marcello Pera’s book he did not affirm the Social Reign of Christ the King in all politics in harmony with Vatican Council II (Rational).Instead he supported a secular state based upon the false exceptions to EENS present in Vatican Council II (Irrational).
4. Pope Francis must be asked to acknowledge that all his encyclicals and Traditionis Custode were written with Vatican Council II interpreted with the same Fake Premise. Priests must not be forced to do the same and only then be allowed to offer Holy Mass in Italy.
5. The Lega-Melloni Mayoral candidates could ask the Vatican to come back to the Faith. Prof.Alberto Melloni of the Bologna School interprets Vatican Council II with a Fake Premise to create a False Break with Tradition. It is only then that the Italian governments gives him over a million euros annually. His interpretation of Vatican Council II is unethical and Pope Francis and the Italian Catholic politicians do not object.
6. The Social Reign of Christ the King in all political legislation can be sought and affirmed by all Catholics and the center right political parties. This is possible with Vatican Council II interpreted with the Rational Premise. This is the honest interpretation of the Council Rome must choose. It does not have any exceptions for EENS. So all need to enter the Catholic Church to avoid Hell is a priority.
7. The liberalism in the Church comes with the use of the False Premise. Without the False Premise Vatican Council II cannot be cited by pro-Masonic political parties (Partito Democratico, Movimento Cinque Stelle etc) in Rome. The Council must no more be cited to support Satanic values, like homosexual unions, abortion, contraception, public immodesty, pornography and violence on the official media, ecclesiastical rejection of the faith etc.
8. The center right political parties must ask for an end to the leftist coercion and domination in especially Catholic theology. President Sergio Mattarella and Prime Minister Mario Draghi must only interpret Vatican Council II with the Rational Premise.
9. The pontifical universities Regina Apostolurum and John Lateran in Rome teach Ratzinger Studies based upon Vatican Council II irrational and so political. The German theologians organizing this course produce a rupture with the historic Catholic Church in Rome and Germany. The seminarians and students of the universities have to accept their propaganda.10. Pope Francis must be asked to acknowledge that all his encyclicals and Traditionis Custode were written with Vatican Council II interpreted with the same fake premise. So there now is a fake rupture with the traditional teachings of the Catholic Church. Without this error the Church would be in harmony with the old theology of historic Italy. So the two popes are dishonest. Without the false premise they would emerge conservative, supporting extra ecclesiam nulla salus, the Social Reign of Christ the King in all political legislation and the non separation of the Catholic Church and the Catholic State. They would be welcomed by Le Pen and not Macron. Pope Francis must be asked to only interpret Vatican Council II (Rational) in future.
11.The Vatican Press Office has not denied that Pope Francis is in schism when he uses the common False Premise to re-interpret Vatican Council II(LG 14 etc) and so breaks with the past Magisterium.His interpretation of Lumen Gentium 14( baptism of desire ) is different from that of Bishop Athanasius Schneider, Dr.Taylor Marshall and Archbishop Thomas E. Gullickson.It is different from Fr.Stefano Visintin osb, former Italian Rector and Dean of Theology, at the University of St. Anselm, Rome. The laity at the Synods must choose only the rational interpretation of the Council.
The Lega-Melloni and other candidates of the center right political parties could issue a joint statement asking Rome to come back to the Catholic Faith. There are concrete specific steps, which Catholics and the Vatican can follow.
Step 1: The Church should avoid interpreting Vatican Council II, the Creeds and Catechisms, with the Fake Premise which has spread in the Church. They must choose only the Rational Premise. Then there is continuity with the Catholic Church of St.Francis of Assisi, St.Catherine of Siena and Padre Pio. Jesus in the Catholic Church will once again be the centre of all politics in Italy.
Step 2:The liberalism in the Church comes from the use of the official False Premise. With this liberalism the Catholic Church today does not oppose pro-Masonic political parties in Rome which support homosexual unions, abortion, contraception, public immodesty, pornography on the official media, pontifical heresy and schism in the Church etc.Vatican Council II interpreted with the False Premise must no more be cited to justify new moral and Eucharistic laws in Italy. Catholics now know that they have a choice. It is rational, traditional, Magisterial and ethical.The Wojtyla-Ratznger interpretation of Vatican Council II was made with the False Premise.Pope Francis and Pope Benedict must be asked to interpret Vatican Council II with the Rational Premise and bring the whole Church back to Tradition and not only those who go for the Latin Mass. -Lionel Andrades

Writer on the discovery of the two interpretations of Vatican Council II, one is rational and the other is irrational, one is interpreted with the false premise and the other without it. One is Magisterial and the other, the common one, is non Magisterial.How can the Holy Spirit make an objective mistake ? So it is human error and not the Magisterium.
Vatican Council II is dogmatic and not only pastoral.
It is the same for the Creeds and Catechisms. There can be two interpretations.Catholics must choose the rational option.
Why should Catholics choose an irrational version which is heretical, nontraditional and schismatic, when a rational option is there which is traditional?
It is unethical when the popes, cardinals and bishops choose the Irrational Premise to interpret Vatican Council II and other Magisterial Documents.

Pope Francis and Pope Benedict are not presently Magisterial on Vatican Council II; the Holy Spirit cannot make an objective mistake. They must choose the Rational Premise to interpret the Council and then they will be harmony with the past Magisterium which was inspired by the Holy Spirit.
