Fr. Sabino Ardito sdb,
the Commissar of the Franciscans of the Immaculate is allowed to offer Holy
Mass in the parish Santa Maria di Nazareth. Why? Since he interprets Vatican
Council II with the Fake Premise. In public he accepts the nontraditional and schismatic
version. But Fr. Settimo Manelli the former Rector of the Franciscans of the Immaculate
seminary in the parish cannot offer Holy Mass at Casalotti, Boccea, Rome. He does
not endorse Vatican Council II interpreted with the Irrational Premise. Instead
he goes back to Tradition, the same as Vatican Council II (Rational).
MORTAL SINS OF FAITH
This is the diocese of
Porto Santa Rufina, Rome where the Apostolic Administrator is Bishop Gianrica
Ruzza. This Italian bishop also does not interpret Vatican Council II with the
Rational Premise. He rejects Catholic Tradition, including de fide teachings of
the Church expressed in the Creeds, Catechisms and the dogma extra ecclesiam
nulla salus. These are obligatory teachings of the Church for all Catholics. He
denies them. He promotes mortal sins of faith among the people.
CONDITIONS FOR THE
MANELLIS
Fr. Settimo Manelli was
once upon a time the Parish Priest here. I would see him offer Holy Mass in
Italian and Latin. Now if he agrees to offer Holy Mass in Italian and will
accept Vatican Council II with the Irrational and not Rational Premise, then Bishop
Ruzza and Fr.Sabino Ardito may permit him to offer Mass in the parish. Though,
he would have to renounce de fide teachings of the Catholic Church. This is a
condition.
With the False Premise
of Vatican Council II (irrational) he will switch on the hermeneutic of rupture
with Tradition. He will promote schism with the past Magisterium.There will
also be a theological break with the saints Francis of Assisi, Bonaventure and
the Franciscan martyrs.
Fr. Settimo then has to
reject the Athanasius Creed, change the understanding of the Nicene Creed with
the False Premise. He has to reject the dogma EENS with the baptism of desire
seen as a visible exception. He has to put aside the exclusivist ecclesiology
of the Jesuits of the Middle Ages. He will have to concelebrate Holy y Mass
with priests who promote the New Theology built upon the False Premise. He
switches on heresy. These are mortal sins of faith. He has to re-interpret the
Creeds and Catechisms with a False Premise and then be allowed to offer Holy
Mass.

PROMOTED BY THE BISHOPS
These mortal sins of faith are accepted and promoted by Bishop Gino Reali, Emeritus bishop of Porto Santa Rufina, the Commissar Fr. Sabino Ardito and Canonical Consultant Fr. Gianfranco Ghirlanda.
Bishop Ruzza who is also
the bishop of Civitavecchia and a member of the Italian bishops Conference
(C.E.I) officially supports sins of faith. The religious and lay people in the
parish, and also the diocese of Porto Santa Rufina and Civitavecchia, follow
him.
VATICAN COUNCIL II
RATIONAL IS AN OPTIION.
Fr.Settimo and Giovanni Minnelli,
nephews of Fr. Stefano Manelli, will have to wait until the present two popes,
the College of Cardinals and the Italian bishops conference interpret Vatican Council II with the
Rational Premise and not the False Premise in general. Then there will no more
be a break with Sacred Tradition adn public mortal sins of faith. The two
popes, cardinals and bishops would be traditional since Vatican Council II
would have changed, for them. LG 8, LG 14, LG 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc, would
only be theoretical, speculative and hypothetical. They would no more be
practical exceptions for EENS, the Syllabus of Errors, the Athanasius Creed
etc.There would not be exceptions mentioned in Vatican Council II.
SCHNEIDER AND MARSHALL
CONTRADICT THE POPES
The popes, cardinals and
bishops are contradicted by Bishop Athanasius Schneider who told Dr. Taylor
Marshall in an interview that there are no literal cases of the baptism of desire.
Marshall agreed. He said that there are no explicit cases of St.Thomas Aquinas’s
implicit baptism of desire. So now we have two interpretations of Lumen Gentium
14 (baptism of desire).There are two interpretations of Vatican Council II itself.
There is the irrational interpretation of the popes and the rational interpretation
of Schneider and Marshall.
A NEW OPTION WITH
VATICAN COUNCIL II RATIONAL
So the Comitato dell Immaculata now have an option with Vatican Council II. They could ask Bishop Gianrico Ruzza, Bishop Emeritus Gino Reali, Fr. Sabino Ardito sdb, Fr. Gianfranco Ghirlanda sj, the Joselitos Christo priests and the Salesian and other religious sisters at the diocesan Catechetical Center (Auxilum), to only interpret Vatican Council II with the Rational Premise.
Why must the Comitato dell Immaculata accept
an Apostolic Visitor, Comissar or Cardinal, or even a bishop of the Rome Vicariate, who supports mortal sins of faith in public ?- Lionel Andrades

Writer on the discovery of the two interpretations of Vatican Council II, one is rational and the other is irrational, one is interpreted with the false premise and the other without it. One is Magisterial and the other, the common one, is non Magisterial.
It is the same for the Creeds and Catechisms.There can be two interpretations.
Why should Catholics choose an irrational version which is heretical, non traditional and schismatic, when a rational option is there which is traditional ?
