L'ALMANACCO DELLA FEDE a cura di Padre Livio - L'immacolata concezione -...07/12/2022

Bishop Peter Libasci, bishop of Manchester, USA will have to interpret Vatican Council II and extra ecclesiam nulla salus like Brother Andre Marie micm at the St.Benedict Center in New Hampshire

The future of the Catholic main line Church is Tradition. Since ethically, Vatican Council II must only be interpreted rationally and not irrationally. When this is done, the conclusion is only traditional. It is a return to the old theology with the Rational Premise.

So the popes of the future are expected to be traditional since the Council will be traditional. Since 1965 they have been liberal since Vatican Council II was liberal because of the Irrational Premise which created alleged known exceptions of non Catholics, for the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus (EENS). They were supposed to be saved outside the Catholic Church without faith and the baptism of water.

This means that Bishop Peter Libasci, bishop of Manchester, USA, will have to interpret Vatican Council II rationally, and affirm Feeneyite extra ecclesiam nulla salus, the Athanasius Creed and the Syllabus of Errors.

In his diocese of New Hampshire is the religious community Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary. They interpret Vatican Council II rationally in harmony with the traditional strict interpretation of the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus.Bishop Libasci and his Curia will in future have to interpret Vatican Council II in harmony with EENS , as it is interpreted by Brother Andre Marie micm.

Also Fr. Georges de Laire will have to interpret Vatican Council II rationally, since it would be ethical and the moral for a Judicial Vicar. So his conclusion will be the Feeneyite EENS as held by the Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, against whom, he and the CDF have issued a Decree of Prohibitions.

All Catholic religious communities and Catholics in general in New Hampshire must only interpret Vatican Council II rationally.

Everyone in New Hampshire would include Republican Mayor Joyce Craig and Democrat Senator Maggie Hassan. It would also include the judge in the case filed by Fr. Georges de Laire against Michael Voris.

The judge and Fr. Georges de Laire, would be unethical and dishonest, if they did not interpret Vatican Council II and EENS like the St.Benedict Center, NH.The Decree of Prohibitions must now be extended to Bishop Libasci, his Curia and Fr. Georges de Laire.Since they would have to affirm Feeneyite EENS or be dishonest in public.-Lionel Andrades

OCTOBER 30, 2019

Bishop Peter Libasci and the Chancellor want scientists in New Hampshire, to interpret Vatican Council II by violating Newton's Laws of physics. This is a credibility issue. For a doctor, engineer, lawyer or priest to confuse what is invisible as being being visible, even after being informed, indicates his sense of reality is different from the rest of mankind.

All the books available on Vatican Council II in the diocese of Manchester, USA have an error. They use irrational reasoning to reject  the traditional teaching on the Church having a superiority and exclusiveness in salvation and that in Heaven, there are only Catholics.Bishop Peter Libasci will not correct this mistake and neither will the professionals, associated with the diocese.
The books on Vatican Council II have a mistake and there is no clarification or correction from the Diocese of Manchester or the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith, Vatican.
This is important.Since the Bishop Peter Libasci, the bishop of Manchester and the CDF  wants the St. Benedict Center, N.H , to interpret Vatican Council II as a break with Feeneyite extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS). It is only then that they will the SBC legally accepted as Catholics and Prohibitions be lifted. This is expected of all Catholics in the diocese.
Catholic professionals in the diocese must inform Bishop Libasci  that LG 8, LG 14, LG 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc in Vatican Council II do not refer to practical exceptions to EENS. Since they are only hypothetical cases. This is a credibility issue. For a doctor, engineer, lawyer or priest to confuse what is invisible as being being visible, even after being informed, indicates his sense of reality is different from the rest of mankind.
Bishop Peter Libasci and the Chancellor want scientists  in New Hampshire, to interpret Vatican Council II by violating Newton's Laws of physics.
The diocese discriminates on the basis of religion; religious beliefs. Those Catholics in the diocese who do not use a false premise and inference, to interpret Vatican Council II a rupture with the dogma EENS are labelled as legally not being Catholic.
Why should a Catholic scientist or engineer, in the diocese claim that unknown and invisible cases of being saved in invincible ignorance, the baptism of desire or baptism of blood are known and visible examples of salvation outside the Church and so they are literal exceptions to the traditional strict interpretation of EENS?
A Blue Mass was held recently by Bishop Libasci for Members of Law Enforcement, Firefighters,
and Emergency Medical Services, who interpret Vatican Council II with this irrationality. This is unprofessional for the police department and other professionals.
A policeman who claims LG 8, LG 16 etc refer to physical bodies in the present times(2019) is out of touch with reality.
Yet this is the reasoning of Bishop Libasci and the CDF expects the SBC to supports all this for canonical recognition, like other religious communities,  and to legally be called a Catholic.
SBC PATIENCE
I think the SBC must not take the issue to court. It is difficult when an irrational and unscientific bishop accuses  Catholics of legally not being Catholic and this is only because- they do not interpret EENS and Vatican Council II with the irrational reasoning. The irrational reasoning creates a break with the traditional teachings of the Church.
The SBC must wait.More people  understand the general mistake being made on Vatican Council II.
The scenario will change. This has now become a part of a broader issue - the interpretation of Vatican Council II in the diocese and by the CDF.
The bishop and the CDF will have to correct their irrational theological position.
Even though the SBC can challenge the bishop legally they should wait. This issue is no doubt a big cross for the Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary.-Lionel Andrades

Brother Andre Marie MICM, has to violate the Principle of Non Contradiction and the laws of physics at the Newtonian level of matter, to be theologically acceptable for the CDF and Diocese of Manchester,USA.It is only then the Prohibitions 6 will be lifted against this Catholic religious community, the Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, who are not sedevacantists and nor in schism with the past popes and saints on EENS or Vatican Council II.

Fr. Brian Harrison, Joseph Shaw, John Salza, John Lamont, Thomas Pink and others cannot say all need to enter the Catholic Church as members for salvation and not only those who know about Jesus and the Church. They cannot say this since they wrongly assume BOD, BOB and I.I 1 are objective examples of salvation outside the Church. It is the same for Bishop Peter Libasci, the bishop of Manchester, USA and his Chancellor.Their error comes from the Letter of the Holy Office 1949 to the Archbishop of Boston(LOHO) and the error was included in Vatican Council II.

Bishop Peter Libasci and the CDF are in public heresy and need to recant.

The Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, an ultra-traditionalist, schismatic, antisemitic group based in Richmond, NH, has been placed under sanctions by Bishop Peter Libasci after rejecting repeated chances to come back into compliance with Church teaching.

Damien Fisher (who is my husband) reported in the Union Leader that the Slaves can no longer offer the sacraments at their compound and cannot describe themselves as Catholic. These sanctions “could be ratcheted up if the group does not comply with orders by church leaders, especially orders to stop preaching the doctrine that only Catholics go to heaven.”-Simcha J Fischer

Lionel:
This is false.

The Catechism of the Catholic Church supports Brother Andre Marie MICM and contradicts CDF Secretaries Morandi and Di Noia and Bishop Peter Libasi, Bishop of Manchester,USA.1

Vatican Council II does not contradict the 'rigorist interpretation' of EENS. So why does the CDF and Bishop Libasci ask Brother Andre Marie to reject the strict interpretation of EENS?. 2

Why should Brother Andre Marie interpret CCC 846 according to the liberals and heretics and not me ? He is affirming CCC 846 and EENS, CCC 846 and CCC 847-848.He does not have to choose as the CDF Secretaries Morandi and Di Noia, want him to do.3
The CDF wants Catholic religious communities and lay movements to accept heresy and sacrilege otherwise canonical prohibitions will be placed upon them. 4

There are only Catholics in Heaven according to Vatican Council II (Ad Gentes 7) and they are there with faith and baptism. 5

Bishop Peter Libasci assumes invisible people are visible. Then he claims that legally this is being 'Catholic'.6

Vatican Council II's Decree on Ecumenism ( Unitatis Redintigratio) supports the strict interpretation of the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus.7

The Catechism of the Catholic Church affirms the strict interpretation of the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus. The CDF makes a mistake.8Yet the theological teaching of the St.Benedict Center is unacceptable to the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith ?.9

Brother Andre Marie MICM, Prior, St.Benedict Center, N.H, in the Diocese of Manchester has clarified that he affirms Vatican Council II(AG 7) in harmony with the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus. He affirms the Catechism of the Catholic Church (845,846 etc) and Dominus Iesus. They are in harmony with EENS as it was known to the Magisterium in the 16th century. He also supports Dominus Iesus (20) which says salvation is open to all in general and to receive this salvation all need to enter the Catholic Church for salvation. This is also echoed in the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith, Notification on Fr. Jaques Dupuis s.j (n.7).10

So philosophically and theologically Brother Andre Marie and the Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary are affirming Vatican Council II and other Magisterial documents as it expected of Catholic religious.

They deny that they are Anti Semitic and so were initially accepted by the Diocese of Madison.
They are critical of the extreme Left Southern Poverty Law Center which considers Vatican Council II and the Catechism of the Catholic Church Anti-Semitic when they are interpreted in harmony with the traditional interpretation of EENS.
It is Bishop Peter Libasci and the CDF who must interpret Vatican Council II, the Catechism of the Catholic Church and EENS, rationally. They are presently denying that these magisterial documents are in harmony with the past exclusivist ecclesiology of the Church, an ecumenism of return and the proclamation of the Social Reign of Christ the King with the non separation of Church and State.
Bishop Peter Libasci and the CDF are in public heresy and need to recant.
The St.Benedict Center are not schismatics. They accept Pope Francis.
They are not 'ultra traditionalists'.They do not reject Vatican Council II.Since Vatican Council II and the Catechism of the Catholic Church indicate that there are only Catholics in Heaven and outside the Church there is no salvation.

Bishop Peter Libasci and Curia theologically support St. Benedict Center on EENS and Vatican Council II : both groups say BOD,BOB and I.I refer to invisible cases in 2019

From the Catholic Herald U.K,Why is the Vatican taking
action against the Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary
On October 20, 2016, Mgr Giacomo Morandi, the Undersecretary (and now
Secretary) of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith (CDF) wrote
to the Slaves’ leader, Brother Andre Marie Villarrubia. Morandi called the
Slaves’ position on extra Ecclesiam nulla salus “unacceptable”...
Br Andre Marie said that he had been misunderstood. He did not deny either
the Catechism or Dominus Iesus, he insisted. On the contrary, he was
prepared to affirm a list of propositions from Morandi’s own letter.
It was a messy exchange, in which the participants could not even agree what they were debating. But Morandi had already had enough: he had concluded his letter by telling the Center that his letter “officially closes the discussion on this matter”...
When I asked him about the penalties, Fr Georges de Laire, the vicar for canonical affairs for the Manchester diocese, said that he “met with the [current] Undersecretary of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith [Fr Matteo Visioli] this past May, and upon that conversation the Congregation made recommendations to us for steps that should be imposed upon the Saint Benedict Center and the Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary. These are included in the precepts imposed on Monday, January  7.”...
The CDF (or at least Manchester) is taking great pains to make clear that
this dispute is about the dogma of extra Ecclesiam nulla salus and not about
the status of traditionalists in the Church more broadly.

The Diocese of Manchester Curia Member and Catechists affirm Feeneyite theology. There is no denial from the diocese. So even Bishop Peter Libasci would agree with Fr. Leonard Feeney, who said that there are no literal cases of the baptism of desire(BOD).

There are no literal cases of the baptism of desire(BOD), baptism of blood(BOB) and being saved in invincible ignorance(I.I) in 2019, is the consensus opinion in the Diocese of Manchester among the Curia.
Image result for Photos Brother Andre Marie
When there are no literal cases of BOD, BOB and I.I and there are no practical exceptions to the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS) this is Feeneyite theology.
The St.Benedict Center, in New Hampshire and Bishop Peter Libasci agree that faith and baptism are needed for all for salvation(AG 7, Vatican Council II) and there are no literal exceptions to AG 7 and EENS in the present times.
So outside the Church there is no salvation and there are only Catholics in Heaven is the consensus among the Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary and Bishop Peter Libasci and his Curia.
It means Bishop Libasci, like Mary Ellen Mahon, the Director of Education in the Diocese of Manchester, are in agreement with the popes before Pius XII who affirmed the strict interpretation of EENS and recognised that BOD, BOB and I.I as being only hypothetical. The popes before Pius XII did not contradict Fr. Leonard Feeney since for them too, there were no literal cases of BOD, BOB and I.I to contradict EENS.
However the big issue is now Vatican Council II. Since hypothetical cases are just hypothetical for Bishop Libasci and his Curia, there are no exceptions to 16th century EENS, mentioned in Vatican Council II.Vatican Council II supports Feeneyite EENS for Bishop Libasci and Mary Ellen Mahon.
This is also the theological position of Brother Andre Marie,MICM, Prior at the St. Benedict Center.
Even for Matteo Visioli, the new under-Secretary of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith, there would be no known exceptions to the 16th century interpretation of EENS.So for him too, there would be no known exceptions in 2019 to the traditional teaching on the Church having an exclusiveness and superiority in salvation and so there are only Catholics in Heaven.

Members of religious communities and prayer groups in the Diocese of Manchester, USA support Brother Andre Marie and the St. Benedict Center in the interpretation of Vatican Council II and EENS

Members of religious communities  and prayer groups in the Diocese of Manchester, USA support Brother Andre Marie and the St. Benedict Center in the interpretation of Vatican Council II and extra ecclesiam nulla salus (EENS) but they are afraid of Bishop Peter Libasci and the Jewish Left.So they do not comment in public.
Prayer Groups
I have e-mailed these blog posts to the religious communities, Curia members and the Catholic Charismatic Renewal and the lay groups in the diocese of Manchester.
I have mentioned that the Doctrinal Letter 1 of Brother Andre Marie MICM, Prior of the St. Benedict Center(SBC), N.H, in the Diocese of Manchester, written to the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith(CDF), is not posted on the Diocese of Manchester website. The Doctrinal Letter shows that Brother Andre Marie has accepted Vatican Council II,the Catechism of the Catholic Church, Dominus Iesus and the Letter of the Holy Office 1949.He has re-interpreted them in harmony with the strict and traditional interpretation of extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS).
Brother Andre Marie has not chosen the political interpretation of Vatican Council II.He rejects the irrational version of Bishop Libasci and the CDF.
Image result for Photos St.Benedict Center N.H
Brother Andre Marie has clarified the SBC theological and doctrinal position in his  Doctrinal Letter  1. It is  posted on the SBC website. It says  that there are no personally known cases of non Catholics saved outside the Church in invincible ignorance. He also cited Ad Gentes 7 in bold italic text.It states all need faith and baptism for salvation.
So it is Bishop Peter Libasci who needs to cite Vatican Council II, the Catechism of the Catholic Church,Letter of the Holy Office 1949 and other Church documents rationally, They must also be in harmony with EENS as it was known to the Magisterium and the missionaries in the 16th century.Bishop Libasci must not create a rupture with the past. He now does this when he wrongly assumes that there are personally known non Catholics saved outside the Catholic Church in the present times ( 2016-2019).Otherwise how could there be exceptions to EENS for him ?
He also must not force his irrational interpretation of Vatican Council II, the Catechism(1994), LOHO and EENS, upon the prayer groups and religious communities in the diocese.
It is Vatican Council II ( AG 7, LG 14) and the Catechism of the Catholic Church ( 846) which indicate that there are only Catholics in Heaven and outside the Church there is no known salvation. This has to be acknowledged .
None of the Superiors of the religious communities and leaders of the Charismatic Renewal in Manchester claim there are personally known exceptions to the traditional interpretation of EENS.
They know they would be irrational.
None of them will support Bishop Libasci and the CDF  when they irrationally interpret Vatican Council II with political priorities and pretend that this is magisterial.Since this would be dishonest.-Lionel Andrades
