 Fr.Leonard Feeney did not say that there were exceptions to the First Commandment since there was salvation outside the Church. But for the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith there is known salvation outside the Church and so there are exceptions to EENS for them. So there is salvation in the Amazonian religions. This is false. Since literally there cannot be exceptions to EENS, the Syllabus of Errors and and the Athanasius Creed.
