The Vatican Secretary of State could inform the Polish, Hungarian, German, British, Brazilian and other National Bishops Conferences, to only interpret Vatican Council II rationally ( LG 8, UR 3, GS 22 etc, refer to ‘zero cases’ in our reality).

The Ecclesia Dei communities must inform Pope Francis to only send Apostolic Visitors who interpret Vatican Council II with a Rational Premise( invisible people are invisible in 2022) and reject the Irrational Premise( invisible people are visible in 2022). The Lefebvrist traditionalists too go back to Tradition (which is in harmony with Vatican Council II (Rational) and they have been rejecting Vatican Council II (Irrational) as did Archbishop Marcel Lefebvre.

Secondly Vatican Council II interpreted rationally would be the magisterium of the Church. Vatican Council II interpreted irrationally could not be inspired by the Holy Spirit. So the Ecclesia Dei communities would not consider the irrationality magisterial.

In their statement at Courtalain, France (Sept 2,2021) they expressed their fidelity to the magisterium and Vatican Council II. Some had done research on the Council. However they did not interpret it with the rational premise, inference and traditional conclusion. Their conclusion was nontraditional (the Nicene Creed would mean,'I believe in three or more known baptisms for the forgiveness of sins and they exclude the baptism of water, and so are exceptions for 16^th century extra ecclesiam nulla salus (EENS)'.It was also schismatic (the one, holy, Catholic and Apostolic Church (Nicene Creed) which taught outside the Church there is no salvation now says outside the Church there is salvation when they use a false premise) This is promoting mortal sins of faith.

They could also ask Pope Francis to inform the bishops conferences and national catechetical centers to prepare children for the First Holy Communion and Confirmation classes, at the Novus Ordo and Latin Mass,  with Vatican Council II interpreted rationally.

 The parish pastoral  teams, certified catechists, altar servers and teachers of religion in the Church and secular schools, must be asked to only interpret the Council with the Rational Premise( LG 14 ( the baptism of desire as referring to an invisible and hypothetical case only).They must not use the Fake Premise ( LG 14, LG 16 etc refer to personally known and  objectively visible cases in the present times, 1965-2022). Otherwise they could not be alleged ‘exceptions’ for the Athanasius Creed, Syllabus of Errors etc)

The bishops must only use the Rational Premise (we cannot see or meet someone saved in ‘imperfect communion with the Church’, (UR 3) or where the Church subsists outside its visible boundaries, LG 8).

Seminarians must be shown how Vatican Council II interpreted with the False Premise creates heresy (LG 16 contradicts the Athanasius Creed which says all need to be members of the Catholic Church for salvation). It creates official schism (LG 8, LG 14, LG 16 etc are a break with the Syllabus of Errors of Pope Pius IX, on an ecumenism of return etc).There is a schismatic rupture with the Catechism of Pope Pius X (24 Q, 27Q- outside the Church there is no salvation).While the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus ( Cantate Domino, Council of Florence 1441) is made obsolete. A schismatic and heretical interpretation cannot be magisterial. Also rectors, parish priests and canonists must know that Vatican Council II can only be ethically interpreted with the Rational Premise. Those who use the False Premise knowing that it is false are dishonest. It would be a lie.

Pope Benedict must be told that choosing the hermeneutic of continuity or rupture with Tradition is as simple as switching on or off a light bulb. We can choose.

Edward Pentin and Diana Montagna, ignored the error of Cardinal Ladaria and Archbishop Giacomo Morandi, at the Placquet Deo Press Conference. Ladaria  projected LG 8 (subsists it in ), as an exception for EENS.In  other words it refers to visible people, for them to be exceptions for EENS. 

Pentin and Montagna must note that without the False Premise which they both use, the theology in the main line Church and the SSPX chapels in Italy, would be the same.

We simply interpret Vatican Council II, EENS, the Creeds and Catechisms rationally, and we return to Tradition. The whole Church affirms the Catechism of Pope Pius X and the Athanasius Creed, with no exceptions being mentioned in Vatican Council II and the Catechism of the Catholic Church.-Lionel Andrades
