Pope Francis interprets Vatican Council II with a false, premise and conclusion and this shows up in his encyclicals, exhortations and bulls published in books, which violate the Principle of Non Contradiction. Also Pope Benedict does not use a rational premise and inference to interpret Vatican Council II in harmony with Tradition(Syllabus of Errors, past ecclesiology, 16th century ecumenism and Feeneyite EENS) : two papers of the International Theological Commission, Vatican should be withdrawn
Pope Francis interprets Vatican Council II with a false, premise and conclusion and this shows up in his encyclicals, exhortations and bulls published in books, which violate the Principle of Non Contradiction. Also Pope Benedict does not use a rational premise and inference to interpret Vatican Council II in harmony with Tradition(Syllabus of Errors, past ecclesiology, 16th century ecumenism and Feeneyite EENS).
So in this sense the two popes' writings in their books are not magisterial since the Holy Spirit cannot make an objective mistake. The popes have a choice. They can re-interpret Vatican Council II , affirm Tradition and avoid the mistake.
I interpret Vatican Council II without the false premise, inference and conclusion.I do the same with the Catechisms and Creeds. My interpretation of the baptism of desire(BOD), baptism of blood(BOB) and invincible ignorance(I.I) is rational and so extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS) has no exceptions.
My interpretation is Feeneyite ( invisible cases are invisible). The popes' interpretation is Cushingite( invisible cases are objective people visible in the present times).
The present two popes interpret BOD, BOB and I.I irrationally and with a new premise create a New Theology. The old rational one which says outside the Church there is no salvation, is rejected.
If the popes do not mix up what is invisible as being visible and implicit as being explicit, then the Catholic Church returns to the ecclesiology of the Patristic period and the Middle Ages, a golden period in the history of the Church in faith and morals.
Now the present two popes are in mortal sins of faith. They have changed the understanding of the Nicene and Apostles Creed, with their irrationality. They have made the Athanasius Creed obsolete.
With unknown cases of BOD, BOB and I.I mistaken as being known exceptions to EENS ,they have rejected exclusive salvation in the Catholic Church. They can no more say that Protestants need to to enter the Church to avoid Hell .The popes from Paul VI have created new doctrines with their new theology. They have made the Syllabus of Errors of Pope Pius IX and the Catechism of Pope Pius X, obsolete.
The secular media, supports them and interprets Vatican Council II with the false premise, inference and conclusion and then refers to ' the reforms of Vatican Council II'.There is no correction from the Vatican.
The false premise, inference and conclusion is used even on Vatican websites. No corrections are made when they are informed.
The Vatican Press Office does not correct these errors in Wikipedia entries on Vatican Council II.
There is an article on line in German written by Pope Benedict. He interprets Lumen Gentium as a break with the past ecclesiology.Pope Benedict's books published by Ignatius Press, carry this objective mistake. This is a human mistake and it cannot be considered magisterial.
The same mistake is made by the traditionalists ( SSPX, FSSP etc) and the sedevacantists ( CMRI,MHFM etc).So they do not complain when the popes err in the same way.
If the popes were asked if they could physically see people in Heaven saved without the baptism of water and Catholic faith, they would say "NO".This is obvious. It is common sense.
If they were asked if they could physically see non Catholics saved outside the Church, who are in Heaven but allegedly visible also on earth, they would say "NO".
Yet their new theology says LG 8, LG 14, LG 16 etc are exceptions to Feeneyite EENS and the ecumenism of the Jesuits in the Middle Ages. But if there are exceptions, then the exception must exist. Exceptions must be visible and real people.Where are these people in 2020? There are no such people.
How can there be exceptions when the present two popes would say that they physically cannot see people in Heaven saved outside the Church.
How can there be exceptions to Feeneyite EENs? How can LG 8, LG 14, LG 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc be exceptions to the past exclusivist ecclesiology of the Church ?

Yet in two papers of the International Theological Commission,Vatican, Pope Benedict, Cardinal Luiz Ladaria sj and Bishop Charles Morerod op, projected LG 16 and GS 22 as exceptions to Feeneyite EENS.The evidence is there on line. The proof is there in black and white.
These two theological papers in error, which should be withdrawn by the Vatican, are Christianity and the World Religions ( 1997) 1 and The Hope of Salvation for Infants who die without being baptised'(2007). 2

Exclusivist ecclesiocentrism—the fruit of a specific theological system
or of a mistaken understanding of the phrase extra ecclesiam nulla
salus—is no longer defended by Catholic theologians after
the clear statements of Pius XII and Vatican Council II on the
possibility of salvation for those who do not belong visibly to the
Church (cf, e.g., LG 16; GS 22).-International Theological Commission, Christianity and the World Religions 1997.

He says that they are oriented to the mystical body of Christ by a yearning and desire of which they are not aware (DS 3821).( Lionel: And this is an explicit exception to the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus for Ratzinger and Ladaria ) -Christianity and the World Religions 2007

The opposition of the American Jesuit Leonard Feeney, who insisted on the exclusivist interpretation of the expression extra ecclesiam nulla solus, afforded the occasion for the letter of the Holy Office, dated 8 August ,1949, to the archbishop of Boston, which rejected Feeney s interpretation and clarified the teaching of Pius XII.

It is not possible to develop a theology of the religions without
taking into account the universal salvific mission of the Church,
attested to by Holy Scripture and by the tradition of faith of the
Church. A theological evaluation of the
religions was impeded over a long time because of the principle extra
ecclesiam nulla salus, understood in an exclusivist sense.(Lionel: Now it is not!) With
the doctrine about the Church as the universal sacrament of salvation
or the sacrament of the kingdom of God, theology seeks to respond to the
new way of posing the problem. This teaching, which was also welcomed
by Vatican Council II (Lionel: Interpreted with the false premise) , is linked to the sacramental vision of the Church in the New Testament.-Christianity and the World Religions (2007. ITC)

-Christianity and the World Religions 2007
The study of the theme "Christianity and the World Religions" was adopted for study by a large majority of the members of the International Theological Commission. To prepare this study a subcommission was established composed of Bishop Norbert Strotmann Hoppe, M.S.C.; Rev. Barthelemy Adoukonou; Rev. Jean Corbon; Rev. Mario de Franca Miranda, S.J.; Rev. Ivan Golub; Rev. Tadahiko Iwashima, S.J.; Rev. Luis F. Ladaria, S.J. (president); Rev. Hermann J. Pottmeyer; and Rev. Andrzej Szostek, M.I.C. General discussion on this theme took place during several meetings of the subcommission and in the plenary sessions of the International Theological Commission held at Rome in 1993, 1994 and 1995. The present text was approved "in forma specifica" by vote of the commission on 30 September 1996 and was submitted to its president, Joseph Cardinal Ratzinger, prefect of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith, who has given his approval for its publication.-Christianity and the World Religions 1997

The
Allocution of Pope Pius IX, Singulari Quadam (1854) clearly states the
issues involved: “It must, of course, be held as a matter of faith that
outside the apostolic Roman Church no one can be saved, that the Church
is the only ark of salvation, and that whoever does not enter it, will
perish in the flood. On the other hand, it must likewise be held as
certain that those who live in ignorance of the true religion, if such
ignorance be invincible, are not subject to any guilt in this matter
before the eyes of the Lord”- 'The Hope of Salvation for Infants who die
without being baptized'.(Note: It is assumed here that
those saved in invincible ignorance are are explicit exception to the
dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus).

In the face of new problems and situations and of an exclusive
interpretation of the adage: “salus extra ecclesiam non est”,[88] the magisterium, in recent times, has articulated a more nuanced understanding
as to the manner in which a saving relationship with the Church can be
realized. The Allocution of Pope Pius IX, Singulari Quadam (1854)
clearly states the issues involved: “It must, of course, be held as a
matter of faith that outside the apostolic Roman Church no one can be
