The Vatican Ambassadors to the different countries are not announcing that the Catholic Church affirms the strict interpretation of extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS) and that LG 8, LG 16, UR 3, NA2, GS 22 etc are not objective exceptions to EENS.The Council is being interpreted without the false premise, is is not announced. Fr.Rosario Sammarco F.I, Rector, Franciscan Friars of the Immaculate(F.I) seminary,Boccea, Rome does not proclaim the Catholic Faith in public though personally he may agree that there are no phyisically visible exceptions to the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS).He offers Holy Mass in Italian only and is the Superior of the F.I community at Casalotti, Boccea.On August 31 the seminary will be shifted to the F.I community house in Tiburtina, Rome, after a court decision recently.
Fr. Rosario Sammarco would re-interpret hypothetical cases of the baptism of desire(BOD),baptism of blood(BOD) and invincible ignorance(I.I)as being non hypothetical. They are examples of personally known people saved outside the Church. Non Catolics saved outside the Church without faith and baptism(AG 7).They are allegedly known to humans and not only to God.This was the objective error in the Letter of the Holy Office 1949(LOHO).It influenced the Council Fathers at Vatican Council II(1965) and Pope Paul VI.
Then with alleged objective cases of BOD, BOB and I.I, Fr. Rosario, creates artificial exceptions for EENS, the Athanasius Creed, the Syllabis of Errors of Pope Pius IX etc.The Athanasius Creed states all need Catholic faith for salvation.He would not affirm this. He would say No.Not all. There are known exceptions.
This is first class heresy.The Athanasius Creed is rejected and with the false premise the understanding of the Nicene and Apostles Creed are changed.
In this condition,known to the seminarians, Fr.Sammarco, offers Holy Mass in Italian in the parish without correcting the scandal.
If he interpreted Vatican Council II, the Creeds and Catechisms without the false premise, there would be a reaction from non Christians and the Vatican and Rome-Vicariate.
THE SAME WITH FR. STEFANO MANELLI F.I AND FR. PAULO SIANO F.I
This would also be the approach( the use of the false premise) of the Latin community of the Franciscans of the Immaculate, men and women, along with Fr. Stefano Manelli F.I, Fr. Settimo Manelli and Fr. Paul Siano.
So both groups of the F.I are using the New Theology based upon invisible cases of BOD, BOB and I.I being visible and exceptions to Tradition( exclusive salvation).
Both groups have also rejected exclusive salvation in the Catholic Church based upon the same false premise.
So a doctrinal issue is created.Priests from both communities are not affirming EENS in public without the false interpretation of BOD, BOB and I.I. Instead they are affirming EENS with BOD, BOB and I.I being exceptions.
So it is always EENS with exceptions for both communities, I repeat.
Both communities of the F.I are also not affirming Vatican Council II without exceptions to EENS.Instead it is alleged visible cases of LG8, LG16, UR3, NA2, GS22 etc being alleged objective exceptions to EENS( without exceptions) , traditional EENS.
They may know that when the false premise is not used there is no theological basis for the New Ecumenism,New Theology, New Ecclesiology, New Canon Law, New Evangelisatioin etc.The newness, the innovation can only be created with the false premise.
Similarly there can be no development of doctrine and a traditionalist-progressivist divide, without the false premise.
There is no hermeneutic of rupture with the past popes on EENS, Syllabus etc when the false premise is avoided.There is no material schism.
The dogma on the infallibility of the pope ex cathedra, is not violated when there are no exceptions to the 'infallible teaching'; EENS.
But Fr. Rosario Sammarco is not willing to affirm exclusive salvation in the Catholic Church, with Vatican Council II interpreted without the false premise.He offers Holy Mass without this scandal being corrected.
The issue is the Eucharist.
Can a priest re-interpret the Creeds and other magisterial documents with a false premse to create a rupture with traditional exclusive salvation in the Catholic Church and then offer Holy Mass? Is this not a scandal and sacrilege?
I have been writing to Fr. Rosario often about this issue.He will not affirm the Faith before the seminarians and the lay community here.So I do not go up to receive the Eucharist at Holy Mass from him.
I live in the same premises as them.
Fr. Giuseppe Grioni F.I, is the Parish Priest here, in the parish Santa Maria di Nazareth, Casalotti, Boccea, where the seminary is located,and where I have been living for the last few years. He affirms the Catholic faith.He has said outside the Catholic Church there is no salvation and all religions are not equal paths to salvation. So there is no problem here.
