Secular judge would rule in favour of Brother Andre Marie and against Bishop Peter Libasci and the CDF

Brother Casey Cole ofm, a  young Franciscan in his video Is there no salvation outside the Catholic Church, assumes invincible ignorance refers to personally known Catholics saved outside the Church.Bishop Peter Libasci, the Bishop of Manchester,USA and the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith(CDF) make the same error.

INVINCIBLE IGNORANCE ON DIVIDING LINE
Since invincible ignorance refers to personally known people saved outside the Church for the Franciscan in New York, it becomes and exception to the strict interpretation of the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS). EENS is contradicted.
Similarly on the video he interprets Lumen Gentium ( LG 8, LG 14, LG 16 etc) as referring to objective and personally known people. They are not just hypothetical cases for him.In this way Lumen Gentium becomes a rupture with Feeneyite EENS and Tradition in general. This is the conclusion of his video.
Vatican Council II contradicts the past exclusive ecclesiology of the Church. In the past the Catholic Church was like the Ark of Noah that saves in the Flood. Brother Casey acknowledges this. Now for the ecclesiastics it is no more the Ark in which all need to enter for salvation. Theoretical possibilities of salvation outside the Church are considered literal exceptions. This is irrational. However this is the common way of looking at EENS and Vatican Council II.The video repeats the irrational reasoning with its non trasditional conclusion.
This is also how Archbishops Giacomo Morandi, Secretary of the CDF and Archbishop Augustine di Noia, Adjunct Secretary, CDF interpret EENS,Vatican Council II and all the Creeds and Catechisms. It is official.2
But it is not magisterial. Since the Holy Spirit cannot make an objective mistake. The ecclesiastics made a mistake by mixing up what is invisible as being visible, unknown as being known, implicit as being explicit.

Now the ecclesiastics have a problem with Brother Andre Marie MICM, Prior, St. Benedict Center, New Hampshire, in the Diocese of Manchester, USA.He does not interpret invincible ignorance as referring to personally known non Catholics saved outside the Church in the present times. He has mentioned this in a Doctrinal Letter posted on the St.Benedict Center website, Catholicism.org. 3
So he affirms all Magisterial documents but does not interpret being saved in invincible ignorance,as referring to personally known people and neither as  an exception to Feeneyite EENS.
The CDF Secretaries and Bishop Peter Libasci also affirm all Magisterial documents but they interpret invincible ignorance as being an exception to the dogma EENS. So it is a personally known person saved in the present times outside the Church. If it was not a personally known and visible person it could not be an exception to EENS.An invisible person, someone who does not exist in our reality cannot be an objective exception to all needing to members of the Church to avoid Hell.So here is where the divide exists.
Brother Andre Marie has assured the CDF and the Diocese that he is a Catholic. He interprets Magisterial documents rationally. He supports the traditional interpretation of EENS and is in harmony with the popes and saints, without rejecting Vatican Council II, the Catechism of the Catholic Church, Dominus Iesus and the Letter of the Holy Office 1949.

SHEPHERD PERSECUTES HIS PEOPLE
But this was not enough for them.A bishop goes legal against one of his flock. A shepherd persecutes his people.
The diocese has served public notice on Brother Andre Marie and the religious community the Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary. They have until June to obey the Precepts of Prohibition.4
So what should they do? How can they interpret Vatican Council II, EENS and other magisterial documents irrationally and heretically only to be legal with Bishop Libasci ? How can they attend Holy Mass in this state of sin ?
If  Brother Andre Marie goes to a secular judge and asks him if being saved in invincible ignorance refers to an invisible or visible person in the present times (2019) for him in New England, how would the judge respond? Obviously he would say that it is an invisible case for him.It could only be known to God.He does not have to be a Catholic to know this. Only God can know if someone is saved in Heaven without faith and baptism.

SAVED IN INVINCIBLE IGNORANCE ARE 'ZERO CASES'
Being saved in invincible ignorance are zero cases for us said the apologist John Martignoni. Archbishop Thomas E.Gullickson and Fr. Stefano Visintin osb, Rector, University of St. Anselm, Rome have the same message.
Brother Andre Marie could tell the judge that the bishop is irrational. He believes there are known people saved in invincible ignorance. Then he assumes there are exceptions to the strict interpretation of the dogma EENS.So he says there are known people saved outside the Church and there are non Catholics in Heaven as if he would personally know them. They become exceptions to the traditional teaching on salvation.
Those who do not agree with him he now says are not Catholic, legally.

A POSSIBILITY IS NOT A KNOWN PERSON IN 2019
This would be an unusual case for the judge. A bishop and his Curia saying they can see or know personally known non Catholics saved outside the Church. It would otherwise only be known to God.
The judge would ask the bishop to name someone in New Hampshire who has been saved in invincible ignorance, outside or within the Catholic Church.
The bishop will not answer.
He would weakly say that it is possible that someone could be saved outside the Church. This has been a Catholic belief for many centuries.
Brother Andre Marie would say that he has no problem with that. He accepts being saved in invincible ignorance as a hypothetical case. A speculative possibility known only to God.But no connection should be made with EENS. It should not be considered an exception to EENS. Otherwise it would imply there are personally known cases.
So the judge would confirm that the bishop, his judicial vicar and the Chancellor do not know of any one saved outside the Church in invincible ignorance. There is no evidence of salvation outside the Catholic Church.

NO PRACTICAL EXCEPTIONS TO EENS IN NEW ENGLAND
Bishop Libasci would agree. There are no  personally known exceptions today and there could not of been any in the past too.Since physically it is not possible to see someone saved outside the Church. When physically visible cases do not exist there are no practical exceptions to EENS.
So would St. Thomas Aquinas, St.Augustine,St.Anthony Marie Claret,St.Leo the Great and the many popes, also legally not be Catholic for the bishop? Since they affirmed the strict interpretation of the dogma EENS and when they mentioned invincible ignorance, the baptism of desire etc, they were obviously referring to hypothetical cases ?

AQUINAS STILL A CATHOLIC
The Curia would agree that we humans cannot see or know people saved outside the Catholic Church.Aquinas is legally a Catholic for them.
A rational, adult Catholic cannot say that Brother Andre Marie and the religious community the Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, at the St. Benedict Center, N.H are not Catholic. They accept the traditional interpretation of outside the Church there is no salvation and there are no practical exceptions.-Lionel Andrades
