Declaration of Truths chooses ambiguity and heresy in the quotation from Pope Paul VI

The Declaration of Truths issued by the cardinals and bishops, on Monday, states:

10.“Our[Christian]religioneffectivelyestablisheswithGodanauthenticandlivingrelationshipwhichtheotherreligionsdonotsucceedindoing,eventhoughtheyhave,asitwere,theirarmsstretchedouttowardsheaven”(PaulVI,ApostolicExhortationEvangeliinuntiandi,53).

So what ?
Pope Paul VI believed that unknown cases of the baptism of desire(BOD), baptism of blood(BOB) and being saved in invincible ignorance(I.I) were known exceptions to the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla slaus. So there was salvation outside the Church for him. There were non Catholics saved in their religion who did not need to enter the Catholic Church with faith and baptism to avoid Hell.
It is the same for Pope Francis and Pope Benedict.
Now if  Cardinal Raymond Burke said that unknown cases of BOD, BOB and I.I are not known exceptions to EENS, this is common sense it would be different. There are no practical exceptions to 16th century EENS, then this changes everything.
He would be saying that all non Catholics in 2019 are oriented to Hell unless they enter the Church with Catholic faith, which includes the baptism of water in the Catholic Church. This should be the understanding for mission.
It would also mean that there are no exceptions mentioned in Vatican Council II to Feeneyite EENS. So the Holy Office 1949 was irrational and Fr. Leonard Feeney of Boston was orthodox and rational.
This would change everything.
But the Declaration left this passage vague and so indirectly supported the New Theology based upon there being known exceptions to EENS.

Traditionalist professors in England interpret Vatican Council II and EENS like the Westminster new programs on mission and catechesis

 Proclaim Westminster
Professors Joseph Shaw, Thomas Pink, Dr. John Rao and others in Britain like the Westminster diocese choose to interpret Vatican Council II irrationally and ignore a rational interpretation, which would project the Council as being in harmony with the strict interpretation of EENS.Like the liberal Professor Gavin D'Costa they choose to project BOD, BOB and I.I as referring to known people saved outside the Church. Then they choose to project LG 8, LG 14, LG 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc as also referring to physically visible non Catholics saved outside the Catholic Church and so they become exceptions to 16th century EENS.
This is also how the Diocese of Westminster interprets Vatican Council II and EENS in their new mission and catechesis programs.
Joseph Shaw and the Latin Mass Societies in England go along with the error as if this was the ecclesiology of the Catholic Church over the centuries.Similarly Thomas Pink and John Rao do not point out that mixing up what is implicit as being explicit and what is invisible as being visible to create a new, non traditional conclusion, was not the interpretation at the Traditional Latin Mass over the centuries. This does not even have to be the ecclesiology at Mass in the vernacular.
The Knights of Malta have prohibited the Traditional Latin Mass since many of the traditionalists interpret Vatican Council II, with the irrationality and then reject the Council. They do not know that the fault does not lie with Vatican Council II but with the irrational premise and inference they use to interpret the Council. So if Vatican Council II was interpreted without the false premise then the Council would support the past ecclesiology associated with the Tridentine Right Mass.
Presently Cardinal Raymond Burke and Bishop Athanasius Schneider offer the Traditional Latin Mass with the New Theology and the New Ecclesiology. This is the result of their irrational interpretation of Vatican Council II, which is the same for the Grand Master of the Knights of Malta.
I have mentioned in a previous post that all the popes before Pius XII supported Fr. Leonard Feeney on EENS, when the small 't'( tradition, with their being exceptions to EENS) is assumed to be the big 'T'( Tradition over the centuries).
Over the centuries, the popes and saints affirmed the big 'T', Tradition, with there being no exceptions to EENS.BOD, BOB and I.I were not seen as exceptions to EENS for them.
For signatories of the Declaration of Truths and the Catholics professors in England, there is only the small 't'.So they affirm the New Theology which is based upon BOD, BOB and I.I being objective exceptions to EENS.

The Westminster Diocese in their mission and catechesis programs present a lie on Catholic theology and doctrine. It is un-ethical.This is official deception.

 Proclaim Westminster

The Westminster Diocese in their mission and catechesis programs present a lie on Catholic theology and doctrine. It is un-ethical.This is official deception.
They  use unethical and irrational Cushingism as a theology to interpret Vatican Council II.So the Council emerges as a rupture with the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus ( Feeneyite).
They will not interpret Vatican Council II with the theology of Feeneyism which is rational, traditional and does not use a false premise. They are aware that if they did so then Vatican Council would be in harmony with the past ecclesiocentrism of the Church.
 UNIVERSITY OF BRISTOL UN-ETHICAL
The same error is made by the University of Bristol on a video available on their website.Gavin D'Costa uses the theology of Cushingism to suggest that there are known cases of non Catholics saved with 'that ray of the Truth'(NA 2), which enlightens all people.  So there is salvation outside the Church for him and the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus has been discarded. It is no more absolutist for them. They interpret the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus also with some variation of Cushingism.
GAVIN DCOSTA USES A FALSE PREMISE
Even after being informed Gavin D'Costa repeats the Jewish Left narrative for the Catholic Church. He does not say that Nostra Aetate 4 says Catholics are the new people of God, Catholics are the new Chosen People, they are a continuation of the Jewish religion.Neither does he state that Ad Gentes 7 indicates all Jews and other non Catholics, Muslims included, are on the way to Hell unless they enter the Church as members. In this way he keeps his job at the university with the approval of the Cardinal at Westminster.
They could have said that hypothetical cases mentioned in Vatican Council II (LG 16, LG 14, LG 8, NA 2 etc) and the Letter of the Holy Office 1949 to the Archbishop of Boston relative to Fr.Leonard Feeney ( baptism of desire(BOD) and invincible ignorance (I.I)) are not exceptions to EENS.This is something obvious. It is common sense. We do not know any one on earth or Heaven saved as such even if claims are made to the contrary. But they have to lie  for whatever reason known to him.Gaudium et Specs 22 is a hypothetical case.Lumen Gentium 16 (invincible ignorance) also refers to a hypothetical case. They never were an exception to the dogma EENS.These passages are not relevant to EENS.Zero cases of something are not exceptions to the dogma EENS says the apologist John Martignoni.BOD and I.I are not exceptions to EENS says Fr.Stefano Visintin osb, Vice Rector at the Pontifical University of St.Anselm, Rome and former Dean of Theology.

Italian city of Modena ‘exorcised’ by Catholics during Pride parade

TODAY, June 1, saw the northern Italian city of a Modena celebrate its Pride 2019 event – and Catholics staged a procession of atonement that was enthusiastically endorsed by Italy’s Minister for the Family Lorenzo Fontana, inset.
Asked about the “Procession of Reparation to the Sacred Heart” – some sort of nonsensical “exorcism” – Fontana, who is also Vice-Secretary for Italy’s Northern League party, said he “absolutely agrees” with the procession.
“I am happy that you all are doing this, and I wish you good luck,” Fontana told organisers.
I hope that you will be able to do your best, because certain Christian values are the foundation of our history, our identity and our tradition, and we need to uphold them.
One of the key organisers of the barmy procession was  Cristiano Lugli, who young layman, explained the importance of this public act of reparation, particularly in light of the “LGBT lobby’s tightening grip on Italian school children through the promotion of gender theory in the classroom.”
He said that he and other organizers have received “every kind of insult” and “even death threats” for organising the procession.
We are not surprised by the gays or atheists who insult us but by those ‘Catholics’ who tell us that we will burn in hell for having organized a reparation procession.
He added:
If the Church no longer stands as the guardian of the one Truth who is Jesus Christ, then everything becomes relative.
Ahead of this morniing’s procession, large crucifix was held aloft at the front of the procession.
Lugli said:
We believe that ‘gay-pride’ is a very serious act against God, against Our Lady and against the Saints, because it tends to subvert the natural order willed by God himself. It is a public sin against nature, and the Magisterium of the Church teaches that a public and manifest sin must be met with a public act of reparation. This is the purpose of the procession.
And there was this:
Unfortunately ‘Gay pride’ events have been organized to take place all over Italy early this summer. The ‘LGBT’  lobby in Italy, as in the rest of the world, is very powerful. The ‘gay pride’ march being held in Modena, for example, is being sponsored by the city: this means that it is also paid for with our taxes. This is absurd!
Modena’s procession is the fourth “great act of reparation” since 2017. The first was held in Reggio Emilia and two others took place in Rimini. Other small acts of reparation for gay pride events have been held in other cities as well.
Lugli lays the blame of the “upsurge” in LGBT events in Italy with the Christian Democracy Party, which governed for many years.
This, he said:
Turned Catholics into cowards. These ‘democratic Catholic’ are democratic even when it comes to the Gospel. They profess to be Christians, but when you tell them, for instance, that God created marriage to be between one man and one woman, they say times have changed and the most important thing is to give the same rights to all.

Westminster offers new programs which re-interpret Vatican Council II irrationally and reject the traditional understanding of Mission and salvation

The Catholic diocese of Westminster in England has a new program called 'Proclaim', in which they proclaim Jesus without the necessity of being a member of the Catholic Church and without the traditional faith and moral teachings of the Catholic Church.
Then they have a new  Catechesis and Mission Programme, called 'Learn from me' in parternership with the Maryvale Institute of Birmingham where they also deny the Faith for political reasons. These courses cost £ 675 with £ 25 for registration. The Jewish Left has no objection to these types of mission programs.
Proclaim Westminster
These new courses are adapting to the soon- to- be- announced new Dicastery for Evangelisation and Mission,at the Vatican. It will reject traditional mission based upon the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus. They will also interpret Vatican Council II, with LG 8, LG 16 etc referring to known and not unknown people in 2019 saved outside the Church. This is irrational and politically correct. So there will be a rupture for the course participants, with EENS, the Athanasius Creed, the Catechism of Pope Pius X, the Syllabus of Errors etc. The understanding of the Nicene and Apostles Creed will also be changed. This is catechesis for them at Westminster.
These courses are another step towards a One World Religion with a false concept of Jesus and the Catholic Church.

There are no exceptions to EENS. The baptism of desire is not an exception

You keep referring to BOD as exceptions to EENS. There are no exceptions to EENS, whether you call them hypothetical cases, or practical cases.(Great so there are no exceptions to EENS. BOD is not an exception to EENS for...)
You hold that the baptismal character is an absolute necessity for salvation. It is not. It is not even a relative necessity for salvation. (The baptism of water is necessary for salvation. The Catechism(1994) says that the Church knows of no means to eternal beatitude other than the baptism of water. Also the same message is there in the Catechism of Pope Pius X  and the Church Councils which defined EENS.)
You fail to distinguish between grace and the baptismal character. Grace can be obtained without the character and hence one can be saved without the character. Hypothetical? Fine.(Hypothetical. Fine. Agreed)  But Feeney said they couldnt be saved.(This is an interpretation. I could quote Fr. Leonard Feeney criticizing the Jesuits and Cardinal Cushing for suggesting there are literal exceptions to EENS i.e literal cases of the BOD, BOB  and I.I)
