Catechism of the Catholic Church and Dominus Iesus 'constitutive of Catholic teaching ' do not contradict the strict interpretation of EENS : the CDF made an objective error

The Manchester NH Dionysian sanction of St. Benedict Center in Richmond is based on the October 20, 2016 Vatican letter stating that the Catechism of the Catholic Church is binding and that it and the Vatican document Dominus Jesus are “constitutive of Catholic teaching”.

CCC 846 “Outside the Church there is no salvation” How are we to understand this affirmation often repeated by the Church Fathers? Re-formulated positively, it means that all salvation comes from Christ the Head through the Church which is his Body:

Basing itself on Scripture and Tradition, the Council teaches that the Church, a pilgrim now on earth, is necessary for salvation: the one Christ is the mediator and the way of salvation; he is present to us in his body which is the Church. He himself explicitly asserted the necessity of faith and Baptism, and thereby affirmed at the same time the necessity of the Church which men enter through Baptism as through a door. Hence they could not be saved who, knowing that the Catholic Church was founded as necessary by God through Christ, would refuse either to enter it or to remain in it.

Dominus Jesus21. With respect to the way in which the salvific grace of God — which is always given by means of Christ in the Spirit and has a mysterious relationship to the Church — comes to individual non-Christians, the Second Vatican Council limited itself to the statement that God bestows it “in ways known to himself”. Theologians are seeking to understand this question more fully.Their work is to be encouraged, since it is certainly useful for understanding better God's salvific plan and the ways in which it is accomplished. However, from what has been stated above about the mediation of Jesus Christ and the “unique and special relationship” which the Church has with the kingdom of God among men — which in substance is the universal kingdom of Christ the Saviour — it is clear that it would be contrary to the faith to consider the Church as one way of salvation alongside those constituted by the other religions, seen as complementary to the Church or substantially equivalent to her, even if these are said to be converging with the Church toward the eschatological kingdom of God.

' Catechism of the Catholic Church is binding and along with Dominus Jesus is “constitutive of Catholic teaching” and there is no reference in them to an objective person in the present times (1994-2019 for example) saved outside the Church. So there is no  practical exception to the strict interpretation of extra ecclesiam nulla salus mentioned in these Magisterial documents.

This is indicated in the Letter on Doctrine which Brother Andre Marie MICM sent the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith. It can be read on their website.

So why did the CDF Ad junct Secretary mention these references from the Catechism of the Catholic Church ? He mentioned it since for him and Cardinal Luiz Ladaria, they are references to objective non Catholics saved outside the Church.

This is irrational. Yet upon this irrationality is based their New Theology which they want the St. Benedict to accept.

The Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith(CDF) and the Diocese of Manchester are asking for obedience. How can the St. Benedict Center(SBC) be obedient to heresy and sacrilege?

1. The two Secretaries of the CDF, Archbishop Giacomo Morandi and Joseph Augustine Di Noia, like the Prefect of the CDF, Cardinal Luiz Ladaria sj and Pope Benedict XVI, interpret BOD,BOB and I.I 1 as personally known non Catholics saved outside the Church.

2.Then they interpret LG 8,LG 14, LG 16, UR 3,NA 2, GS 22 etc 2 in Vatican Council II as personally known non Catholics saved outside the Catholic Church. This too is irrational.

3.Then with this irrationality they change the understanding of the Nicene and Apostles Creed.They reject the Athanasius Creed.

This is first class heresy.

4.They interpret the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS)  with visible exceptions of BOD, BOB and I.I like the error made in the Letter of the Holy Office 1949(LOHO).LOHO mixed up invisible cases as being visible and what is implicit as being explicit.

5.Then the ecclesiastics interpret Vatican Council II also as a rupture with EENS since LG 8, LG 16 etc refer to personally known non Catholics, saved outside the Church.So they infer that there is salvation outside the Church.There is known salvation with visible people since only in this way can there be exceptions to EENS.

6.They interpret the Catechism of the Catholic Church with the same irrationality. So the Catechism(1994) and Vatican Council II become a rupture with the past exclusivist ecclesiology, an ecumenism of return and EENS.

7.If they do not use the irrationality then Vatican Council II and the Catechism of the Catholic Church are in harmony with EENS and the past ecclesiology.There is a hermeneutic of continuity.They  intentionally ignore this rational interpretation even after being informed.This too is heresy.

8.Since BOD,BOB and I.I refer to personally known non Catholics saved outside the Church, the Catechism of Pope Pius X when it mentions invincible ignorance, is interpreted by the CDF, as known people. So it contradicts the same Catechism  which says everyone needs to be a member of the Catholic Church for salvation.

There is no contradiction for me since I avoid the irrationality.

9.The Catechism of Pope Pius X ( invincible ignorance) contradicts the Syllabus of Errors of Pope Pius IX( EENS,ecumenism of return etc).All this has to be accepted by the St.Benedict Center.

There is no contradiction for me since I avoid the irrational premise and inference of the CDF and the Curia of the Diocese of Manchester.

10.This is all heresy . It is schism with the past popes on EENS.This is a scandal. To offer Holy Mass in this condition is a sacrilege.

The St. Benedict Center is going to be obedient to all this?

This is not the Magisterium since the Holy Spirit cannot make this objective mistake.

The ecclesiastics violate the Principle of Non Contradiction and for political and personal reasons are supporting human error.They want the St. Benedict Center to be obedient to all this ?

They are not acknowledging Vatican Council II ( AG 7)  which says all need faith and baptism for salvation.It indicates there are only Catholics in Heaven.Ad Gentes 7 also indicates most people on earth go to Hell since they die without 'faith and baptism'.The ecclesiastics at the Vatican do not have this faith.They do not have faith.

With the Decree-Precepts (LET IT BE KNOWN) they are supporting philosophical and theological irrationality which creates heresy. This is now official and  public.It is a  scandal and they want the St.Benedict Center to affirm all this.

These same false teachings were enforced by Cardinal Joseph Ratzinger in the 1983 Code of Canon Law which assumes unknown cases of BOD, BOB and I.I and LG 8 etc are known exceptions to the dogma EENS.This now has to  be accepted by all juridical persons in the Church to be legally called 'Catholic'.

The St.Benedict Center's , Letter on Doctrine, posted on their website Catholicism.org, has affirmed the strict interpretation of the dogma EENS,  in harmony with Vatican Council II, the Catechism of the Catholic Church and Dominus Iesus.This is rational, orthodox and Catholic.

Their Letter on Doctrine, which was mailed to the CDF, also shows that the St. Benedict Center does not reject hypothetical possibilities in the Catechism of the Catholic Church and Vatican Council II.Since they are not personally known cases to be relevant to EENS.

Yet Archbishop Augustine di Noia in his letter suggests hypothetical cases of CCC 846-848 are exceptions to the strict interpretation of EENS and Archbishop Giacomo Morandi tells the St. Benedict Center that they have to accept this 'nuanced version' of EENS.This is EENS interpreted with an irrationality to create a non traditional and heretical conclusion.

The St.Benedict Center follows the teachings of the Catholic Church, guided by the Holy Spirit, over the centuries.

Archbishops Morandi and Di Noia are not guided by the Holy Spirit with all their confused new theology and doctrines.They are under pressure from the Left who represent Satan.

What would be astonishing for many is that Fr.Dwight Longenecker, Prof. Peter Kwasniewski, Steve Skojec and the others,agree that they are in heresy and they attend Holy Mass in sacrilege.They have to live with this.Since they do not want to affirm the strict interpretation of the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS).Traditional EENS would be the only option left if they issued a denial.

They cannot deny what I have written since they would be forced to say that Ad Gentes 7 says all need faith and baptism for salvation and this would be all in 2019.All includes, those who know and do not know Jesus and the Church and the importance of the Church for salvation.It includes those who have had the Gospel preached to them and those who have not.
Vatican Council II refers to all in Ad Gentes 7.

So it is the Catholic Church which teaches that all need faith and baptism for salvation, while they personally cannot know any one in 2019  saved outside the Church.

It means Pope Pius XII and Archbishop Marcel Lefebvre made a mistake in the Fr.Leonard Feeney case. Also Pope Benedict and Cardinal Ladaria sj, made the same mistake in two papers of the International Theological Commission.They all assumed that there was known salvation outside the Catholic Church and so all did not need to be Catholic,all did not need faith and baptism for salvation(AG 7).

The same mistake was repeated by the Council Fathers at Vatican Council II.They wrongly assumed that the baptism of desire(BOD) , baptism of blood(BOB)  and invincible ignorance (I.I) were exceptions to EENS.So they also projected other hypothetical cases(LG 8 etc) as being relevant to the orthodox passages in Vatican Council II which support exclusive salvation in the Catholic Church.

 This is a mistake I avoid.
For me the Conciliar Church is saying all non Catholics need to convert into the Church with faith and baptism.They  need to become  members of the Catholic Church to avoid Hell.This means there is only an ecumenism of return.There is only the past exclusivist concept of salvation.The Church is still Feeneyite.Since like Fr.Leonard Feeney it says that literally there are no known cases of non Catholics with the BOD, BOB and I.I.Practically there cannot be exceptions to EENS for us human beings.

 This is the Catholic Church for me since BOD, BOB and I.I, like LG 8, LG 14, LG 16, UR 3,NA 2,GS 22 etc in Vatican Council II refer to only hypothetical cases.But they are not hypothetical for Longenecker, Kwasniewski and Skojec, nor for Bishop Fellay, the Angelus Press and the editor of Remnant News Michael  Matt and the publisher of The Wanderer, Joseph Matt.There are exceptions to the strict interpretation of the dogma EENS for them. They are exceptions since they allegedly know people saved outside the Church.These are not just invisible cases.Invisible people of course, cannot be exceptions to EENS.

With this reasoning they have changed the understanding of the Creeds, the Catechisms contradict themselves, St. Thomas Aquinas is at odds with the old catechisms and the past popes and  Vatican Council II is a rupture with the Syllabus of Errors of Pope Pius IX( EENS, ecumenism of return).Traditional Mission and the proclamation of the Social Reign of Christ the King is made obsolete.With all this heresy their Masss is a sacrilege.They need to remove the scandal in public, and confess, in the Sacrament of Reconciliation, mortal sins of faith.They need to correct the error.

They know that they are in heresy and sin and so also are the popes, cardinals and bishops. They will all continue with the error.Since if they proclaimed the strict interpretation of the dogma EENS, they would be persecuted.

The ecclesiastics at the Vatican to protect themselves would not allow Fr. Longenecker to offer Holy Mass and the secular forces may target him with leftist laws, to bring him in line with Satan.

So like the converts Fr.Brian Harrison and Edward Pentin, they accept that they are in heresy attend Mass in sacrilege and maintain the prudent status quo interpreting all hypothetical cases, in magisterial documents, especially Vatican Council II with the irrational New Theology and New Philosophy.

So do not expect any denial from them.Neither from Chris Ferrara,Roberto dei Mattei, the latinist Ryan Grant, and professors John Lamont, Thomas Pink, John Rao and Joseph Shaw.They accept they are in heresy. They agree with me.

They will sign petitions for the pope to accept Catholic doctrine on morals and the Eucharist but they will not say that there are no physically visible cases of BOD, BOB and I.I  and LG 8, LG 16, GS 22 etc in 2019.They will not conclude that there are no literal  cases of BOD, BOB, LG 8, LG 16 etc in 2019 there are no practical exceptions to Feeneyite EENS.This is EENS as it was known to St. Thomas Aquinas, St. Robert Bellarmine and St. Augustine and the missionaries in the 16th century.

An injustice is being done to the St.Benedict Center,N.H, in the Diocese of Manchester.
They are not sedevacantists and they affirm Vatican Council II(AG 7) in harmony with the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS).They accept the Catechism of the Catholic Church and know that hypothetical possibilities mentioned in CCC 846-848 are not objective exceptions to EENS, so they do not have to reject the Catechism(1994).
 
The bishop, chancellor and episcopal vicar for canonical affairs agrees with the SBC. There are no practical exceptions to EENS known in the present times(2019).They cannot name or see any one saved outside the Catholic Church with the baptism of desire(BOD), baptism of blood(BOB) or invincible ignorance(I.I).
So the St. Benedict Center affirms all Magisterial documents and interprets them rationally and so there is no rupture with the past popes and saints on EENS, the past exclusivist ecclesiology and an ecumenism of return.
Yet the SBC cannot legally call themselves Catholics according to a new Leftist formation of excommunication.
Their fault is that they do not interpret Magisterial documents irrationally like the ecclesiastics at the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith to create a rupture with Tradition( EENS, Syllabus of Errors etc).
 
The two Secretaries of the CDF interpret Vatican Council II and the Catechism of the Catholic Church irrationally even after being informed. They intentionally, like Pope Benedict, want to create a rupture with Tradition and then they can legally call themselves Catholic. They are in schism with the past popes on EENS.They are also in first class heresy for changing the interpretation of the Nicene and Apostles Creed and rejecting the Athanasius Creed.
They CDF eccclesiastics have rejected the ordinary Magisterium of the Catholic Church by not interpreting Vatican Council II in harmony with EENS as it was known to the Magisterium in the 16th century.
The CDF interprets the Catechism of Pope Pius X as contradicting itself and the Syllabus of Errors of Pope Pius IX.
Then they consider all this doctrinal and theological confusion as being 'Catholic' and expect the whole Church to follow them, in their support of Satan and public scandal.
All this is not magisterial since the Holy Spirit cannot make ab objective mistake and violate the Principle of Non Contradiction.
Instead it is the work of Satan the father of lies , within the Catholic Church.
For the CDF the Franciscans of the Immaculate and other religious communities too will have to meet the same irrational and heretical conditions, to be legally called 'Catholic' and not members of a sect.
The Franciscans of the Immaculate magazine on mission, Christ to the World was banned by the Rome Vicariate since in an article it affirmed outside the Church there is no salvation.
 
 

When Cardinal A Vaillani was the Prefect of the Rome Vicariate  Christ to the World (Cristo al Mondo) was closed down .It carried a report ‘Church has not retracted extra ecclesiam nulla salus’.
 

Similarly Phil Lawler on the faculty of the Thomas More College for Liberal Arts,N.H in the DIocese of Manchester, also has to accept these new legal conditions.
