It is important for the Italian political parties to
inform its members that Lumen Gentium 16 etc in Vatican Council II refer to
only hypothetical cases. They refer to invisible people in 2024.So according to
Vatican Council II, Ad Gentes 7 (all need faith and baptism for salvation), all
migrants, non Catholics, need Catholic faith and the baptism of water for
salvation, from Hell and there are no exceptions mentioned in Vatican Council
II.
