Will the next Mass in Latin offered by Cardinal Raymond Burke be a sacrilege?

Will the next Mass in Latin offered by Cardinal Raymond Burke be a sacrilege? He has not clearly in public affirmed  the strict interpretation of the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS).He has also not affirmed Vatican Council II in harmony  with EENS according to the Magisterium of the 16th century. He needs to clarify that he interprets the Catechisms in harmony with the past ecclesiology of the Church and the Syllabus of Errors( ecumenism of return). He also needs to clarify that BOD,BOB and I.I 1 refer to invisible and unknown people in the present times( 1965-2018).
He has referred to other religions as being false paths to salvation at the Voice of the Family Conference in Rome. This could imply that he affirms EENS with BOD, BOB and I.I  not being exceptions. It could also imply that Vatican Council II is not a rupture with traditional EENS. Since LG 8, LG 16 are not known non Catholics saved outside the Church. This would also be the rational interpretation of the Catechisms, the Nicene Creed , Athanasius Creed etc.
But Cardinal Raymond Burke has not directly and clearly said  all this.-Lionel Andrades

Baptism of desire, baptism of blood and invincible ignorance

The Holy Mass generally offered in Rome is a sacrilege for the priest, even in Latin

The Holy Mass generally offered in Rome is a sacrilege for the priest, even in Latin.

EXTRA ECCLESIAM NULLA SALUS
1.Since the priest wrongly assumes BOD,BOB and I.I 1 are objective non Catholics saved outside the Church, when there are no such people. They are saved without faith and baptism for him and instead with BOD, BOB and I.I. So he believes everyone does not need to enter the Catholic Church for salvation. There are known exceptions. So the dogma EENS is outdated and obsolete for him. It is rejected. Since BOD,BOB and I.I are exceptions to extra ecclesiam nulla salus (EENS).De fide teachings which are  obligatory for all Catholics to believe in  are rejected. The dogma EENS defined by three Church Councils based on John 3:5 and Mark 16:16 is rejected.

NICENE CREED
2.The understanding of the Nicene Creed is changed. It is nor more, 'I believe in one baptism for the forgiveness of sins'.It is 'I believe in three or more baptisms for the forgiveness of sins, they are desire, blood, invincible ignorance, seeds of the Word(AG 11) etc. and they exclude the baptism of water in the Catholic Church'.
This is first class heresy according to the hierarchy of truths  of Pope John Paul II.

VATICAN COUNCIL II
3.Vatican Council II ( LG 8 etc) refers to known people saved outside the Church for the average priest. So  it is a  rupture with EENS.
But if LG 16( invincible ignorance), LG 14( baptism of desire), LG 8, UR 3 etc are seen as only hypothetical cases then Vatican Council II is not a rupture with Tradition. But this rational interpretation of the Council is rejected by those who offer Holy Mass, liberals and traditionalists. This is heresy.

CATECHISMS
4.Similarly all the catechisms are interpreted with BOD, BOB and I.I referring  to known non Catholics saved outside the Church. So the old catechisms are a rupture with EENS. While the Catechism(1994) also assumes   LG 16, LG 14, LG 8, UR 3,  etc are visible examples of salvation outside the Church and so a rupture with the past ecclesiology. This is all heresy and cannot be the teaching of the Catholic Church.

ATHANASIUS CREED
5.Similarly the Athansius Creed says outside the Church there is no salvation but the magisterium today interprets BOD, BOB and I.I as saying outside the Church there is salvation. This is heresy. It is schism with the past popes.
So when the priest does not proclaim and teach the Truth honestly and instead supports heresy in public even after being informed, then he is in mortal sin, a mortal sin of faith. He is not to offer Holy Mass. He first must remove the public scandal and correct the error.

CANON LAW
Canon Law does not permit a priest to offer Holy Mass , who does not believe in the teachings of the Catholic Church and is in manifest  Hersey, for whatever reason.-Lionel Andrades
