Pope Francis and Pope Benedict are not Magisterial on Vatican Council II when they use the red passages instead of the blue. Authors should no more write books on Vatican Council II, interpreted with the red passages.
Also the books on Ecclesiology, written by Ratzinger, Kasper, Semeraro and Forte need to be phased out of the pontifical universities.
They are listed under the Recommended Reading( Bibliography) and are interpreted with the red passages to create a false rupture with the old exclusivist ecclesiology of the Catholic Church. -Lionel Andrades

Consider that the Catechetical activity in the parish is based on the Cushingite intepretation of Vatican Council II i.e Vatican Council II interpreted with the fake premise. The Catechisms, present and past, are not interpreted with the rational blue premise. This cannot be Magisterial. It cannot be the work of the Holy Spirit.
The Catechism of the Catholic Church ( n.1257 and 846 ) can be interpreted with Feeneyism but Cardinal Ratzinger and Cardinal Schonborn, were Cushingites. In their mind there were only red passages. - Lionel Andrades

Pope Benedict wrote all his books on Vatican Council II, Ecclesiology etc not knowing about the rational premise, inference and conclusion.So the Catechism of the Catholic Church(1257) says all need the baptism of water for salvation but some do not.While CCC 846 says all need faith and baptism for salvation(AG 7) but some do not. It is implied that there are known cases of non Catholics saved outside the Church without faith and baptism so CCC 846 states all who are saved are saved through Jesus and the Church.This would include non Catholics who are practical exceptions to Ad Gentes 7.
This is the confusion of Cushingism.
