When a pope or cardinal use a False Premise to interpret Magisterial Documents they are not Magisterial when they choose a Rational Premise they are Magisterial

Judicial Vicar discriminates against the St. Benedict Center, Richmond, New Hampshire, USA : He avoids a Decree of Prohibitions being imposed upon him by deceptively and unethically not affirming Church teachings rationally

 


The Diocese of Manchester, USA was asked to provide information about its Judicial Vicar Fr. Georges F. de Laire in a court case. However he was not mentioned by in the legal case that he interprets Vatican Council II with a False Premise.If he used the Rational Premise, he would have to affirm Feeneyite extra ecclesiam nulla salus (EENS) like the St. Benedict Center, Richmond, New Hampshire,He has imposed a legal Decree of Prohibitions and Precepts upon them in 2019 for not using the False Premise like him.




The Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, the Catholic religious community, at the St. Benedict Center, NH, interpret Vatican Council II with a Rational Premise and accept the traditional conclusion. They also interpret being saved with the baptism of desire(BOD), invincible ignorance(I.I) and the baptism of blood(BOB) with the Rational Premise and accept the dogma EENS with no visible and practical exceptions in 2022.

However Fr. Di Laire does not affirm Feeneyite EENS and like the Archbishop -Secretaries of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith(CDF), Vatican, he projects the BOD, BOB and I.I as being visible and personally known cases in 2022. So they are objective exceptions for the dogma EENS as accepted by the St. Benedict Center, NH.He also uses the False Premise to interpret Vatican Council II ( LG 14, LG 16 etc).So the Council is a theological break with the dogma EENS as held by the missionaries and Magisterium of the 16th century.This is deceptive but it allows him to not support EENS and the Council like the St. Benedict Center.



JUDICAL VICAR DECEPTIVELY USES A FALSE PREMISE.

The Judicial Vicar knows that without the False Premise in the interpretation of Vatican Council II and EENS he would be in the same situation as the religious community in the  diocese, whom he has penalised.He would be supporting EENS with no practical exceptions mentioned in Vatican Council II. He would also be affirming a Vatican Council II, which does not mention any practical exceptions for EENS.

But for a Judicial Vicar the False Premise is unethical and dishonest.This is not professional. There obviously are no visible cases of non Catholics saved with BOD, BOB and I.I in New Hampshire. So when the Judicial Vicar in the diocese tribunal holds that Vatican Council II is a break with EENS and so he rejects EENS, as held by Brother Andre Marie MICM, Prior, at the SBC, New Hampshire, then the Decree of Prohibitions cannot be placed upon him by the CDF and the Left. But this is not professional for a Judicial Vicar, I repeat. How can he claim that in his reality unknown and invisible people are known and visible ? Where are the  known and invisible people saved, who are physically visible? If any one is saved outside the Catholic Church it can only be known to God.This is not the reality of the common man in New Hampshire.


This is a legal issue since the St. Benedict Center has been deprived of fundamental rights as a Catholic community with the Decree of Prohbitions. They are being discriminated against as a religious community. All the other religious communities in New Hampshire have canonical recognition since they use the same False Premise as the Judicial Vicar and Bishop Peter Libasci the bishop of Manchester.

A Vocation Camp is underway in the diocese organized by Fr. Michael Mason, in which all the young people have to interpret Vatican Council II and EENS like Fr. De Laire.


Also young men ordained recently did not interpret Vatican Council II and EENS honestly like Brother Andre Marie MICM.If they were honest may be they would not be allowed to be priests.

WITH THE RATIONAL INTERPRETATION OF VATICAN COUNCIL II THE ROMAN MISSAL COULD BE USED AT THE NOVUS ORDO MASS

The Novus Ordo Mass is offered by Fr. De Laire in which he rejects the ecclesiocentric theology of the Roman Missal by interpreting Vatican Council II and EENS with the Fake Premise.If Vatican Council II was interpreted rationally then the Roman Missal could also be used at the Novus Ordo Mass in English.

Damien Fischer, who reports on a legal case being filed in New Hampshire by Fr. De Laire against St. Michael’s Media is not being asked by the diocese to affirm Vatican Council II and EENS like the St. Benedict Center, NH. 



Damien’s wife Simcha, who is critical of the SBC is also allowed to unethically interpret Magisterial Documents ( Creeds etc) with the False Premise.There is no Decree of Prohibitions and Precepts issued against her.

Fr. De Laire he has to be asked how can a responsible person, according to Church and secular law, claim that there are physically visible non Catholics saved outside the Catholic Church in 1965-2022?



How can he see people in Heaven who are also on earth at the same time? Who among us knows of someone saved without the baptism of water and instead with the baptism of desire over the last five years? How many people does he know who were saved outside the Catholic Church in invincible ignorance last year, or over the last few years ?

 


 How can the Judicial Vicar be professionally competent and hold these extreme observations? Do the Catholic and non Catholic judges in New Hampshire agree with his empirical observations ?

 




How can Bishop Libasci and Cardinal Sean O’Malley allow priests to be ordained and function as Judicial Vicars who support these unethical observations and then impose it upon others with legal consequences?

CURIA MUST BE ASKED TO BE HONEST



Fr.Georges de Laire must be asked to affirm Vatican Council II and EENS with no alleged exceptions in the present time and ask the rest of the Curia in the diocese to do the same.Also all the religious communities in the diocese must be allowed to be rational for canonical recognition.

Fr. Georges de Laire must not be allowed to handle marriage cases until this issue is settled i.e interpreting Creeds, Catechisms, EENS and Vatican Council II, with a False and not Rational Premise.He is presently discriminating against the Catholic religious community at Richmond, NH which affirms Vatican Council II and all the teachings and Documents of the Catholic Church interpreted rationally.
