Cardinal Pietro Parolin, the Vatican Secretary of State must inform Edward Habsburg, the Hungarian Ambassador to the Holy See, that Vatican Council II is to be interpreted only with the rational premise ( blue passages). The irrational interpretation of the Council texts should be avoided.

Europe's center right political parties could unite to get the support of the Catholic Church.The Church today supports the Left since the political parties allow the popes, cardinals and bishops to interpret Vatican Council II with the fake premise and so create a false rupture with traditional values supported by the center right.
At all levels, the Church must be encouraged to interpret Magisterial documents with a rational premise, inference and conclusion. Cardinals and bishops will then have to theologically reject their present liberalism. They will not be able to cite Vatican Council II and so the rank and file Catholic will follow them.
