The orthodox (blue) passages in Vatican Council II have a continuity with Tradition (EENS etc) while the hypothethical (red)passages being always physicallyinvisible do not contradict Tradiiton (Athanasius Creed, Syllabus of Errors on an ecumenism of return etc )

 

So throughout Vatican Council II we have the orthodox passages alongside the passages which refer to hypothetical cases.If the orthodox passages are marked in blue and the hypothetical passages marked in red, then the red is not an exception for the blue. So Vatican Council II is orthodox and coherent.

The orthodox (blue) passages have a continuity with the Magisterium over the centuries and the red passages are not an obstacle.1
