For political reasons Dr.Shaw, Peter Kwasniewski and the Rorate Caeli web blog, cannot interpret Vatican Council II with the Irrational Premise and Traditional Conclusion. This will not be accepted by Cardinal Vincent Nichols and neither the secular authorities in Britain.

So he interprets Vatican Council II with the New Theology of Pope Pius XII with its irrational and heretical consequences and considers this acceptable for a lex orandi.The Left will not object.-Lionel Andrades

It may be mentioned that the Masonic Rome Municipality offers couples money to have a civil marriage and not get married in Church.They also advertise this on bill boards and other media.

For Catholics, Marriage is a Sacrament and Civil Marriages are a sin.The couple are fornicating. Also marriage to non Catholics is a mortal sin for Catholics. The Masons encourage inter faith marriages which will send couples to Hell. Also quick divorces are available in Rome to break up Catholic families.

But if the cardinals avoid the Irrational Premise and choose the Rational Premise then Vatican Council II will not be a break with Tradition. So they could affirm Tradition and Vatican Council II interpreted rationally.It is not either-or. They do not have to choose between the two.

The deceptive Irrational Premise should not be forced upon the Franciscans of the Immaculate and other religious communities. This is unethical. It is a dishonest way to produce a break with Tradition.

When the Council is interpreted with the Rational Premise then it is dogmatic and supports the strict interpretation of extra ecclesiam nulla salus with Ad Gentes 7.Lumen Gentium 8,14 and 16 being hypothetical and invisible are not objective exceptions for AG 7 and the dogma EENS. So the Council is not only pastoral, as said by Pope Paul VI, it is also dogmatic.

Pope Paul VI interpreted the Council with the New Theology of Pope Pius XII which was there in the 1949 Letter of the Holy Office to the Archbishop of Boston relative to Fr.Leonard Feeney.So the Council contradicted Feeneyite EENS.It was not dogmatic.

If Pope Paul VI had interpreted Vatican Council II with the Rational Premise in 1965 the Council would be dogmatic and religious liberty,collegiality and ecumenism would not be an issue.

Today we can still interpret the Council rationally and there will be no break with Tradition as held by the Franciscans of the Immaculate.The laity at the Synods could also be asked to interpret Vatican Council II rationally.-Lionel Andrades

Then he did not support Fr. Leonard Feeney in public. Pius XII died and did not lift the excommunication
