Vatican Council II without the false premise does not contradict EENS with no exceptions. It also does not contradict the rest of Tradition. So the Council is no more an issue.
However if Vatican Council II is interpreted with the false premise then there is the innovative EENS with exceptions. This is the EENS of the Lefebvrists and liberals. It is approved by the Masons.

Centrale è qui l'affermazione che la chiesa corpo di Cristo si identifica con la chiesa cattolica romana. Quanti le sono ancora estranei, possono però essere ordinati ad essa, sia pure per un inconsapevole desiderio o voto e solo così poter sperare nella salvezza.
