Institute of Good Shepherd priest offering the Latin Mass in the Diocese of Manchester needs to affirm Vatican Council II in harmony with 12th century EENS

MORTAL SIN OF FAITH

At the church of St. Stanislaus in New Hampshire, USA, Fr. Hugues Beaugrand, IBP, of the Institute of the Good Shepherd is the Pastor and offers the Latin Mass there. The bishop of is Peter Libasci, of the Diocese of Manchester, in New Hampshire. Bishop Libasci and Fr. Beaugrand interpret Vatican Council II, the baptism of desire, being saved in invincible ignorance, the Creeds, Catechisms and other Magisterial Documents, with the common false premise approved by the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith, Vatican. The expected result is heresy on the Creeds and Catechisms and schism with the pre-1949 Magisterium over the centuries. This is a mortal sin of faith.

VATICAN COUNCIL II CAN BE INTERPRETED RATIONALLY AND ETHICALLY

Vatican Council II can be interpreted rationally, traditionally, ethically and non-schismatically by Bishop Libasci and Fr. Beaugrand.

In the past, lay Catholics would attend the Latin Mass at the chapel of the St. Benedict Center, Richmond, NH.

They are now directed to the St. Stanislaus parish after the CDF and the Diocese of Manchester closed down the chapel at the St. Benedict Center, for political left reasons.

CANON LAW EXPECTS PASTOR AND BISHOP TO AFFIRM CHURCH TEACHINGS

The problem is that a bishop of parish priest, rector or pastor of a church, according to Canon Law is expected to affirm the teachings of the Church. Otherwise he cannot hold his office. He is also expected to affirm the original meaning of the Creeds etc.otherwise he is not allowed to offer Holy Mass.

Bishop Peter Libasci and Fr. Beaugrand are today re-interpreting irrationally the Creeds, Catechisms, Church Councils which defined the dogma EENS, the Syllabus of Errors of Pope Pius IX, the Catechism of Pope Pius X and the Catechism of Trent which affirmed the dogma EENS.Then they teach this.

They re-interpret these Magisterial Documents irrationally and not rationally. In this way they produce a fake rupture with Tradition (Creeds, Councils, EENS etc).It is politically correct with the Left.It is approved by Cardinal Sean O Malley, the Archbishop of Boston. The diocese of Manchester is a suffragan diocese of the Archdiocese of Boston.

INTERPRETATION OF CREEDS IS NOT CATHOLIC

The interpretation of the Nicene, Apostles and Athanasius Creed by the CDF and the Diocese of Manchester, is not Catholic. It is first class heresy in the hierarchy of truths of Pope John Paul II‘s, Ad Tuendum Fidem.

PUBLIC SCANDAL FOR INSTITUTE OF THE GOOD SHEPHERD

The pastor at St. Stanislaus is in scandal. He does not have the right to administer the Sacraments until he, and the Institute of the Good Shepherd, and Bishop Libasci,  correct the public scandal.

The pastor must tell Catholics to interpret Vatican Council II rationally and so honestly. The Superior General of the Institute of the Good Shepherd is Fr. Luis Gabriel Barrero.Their General House is located in Courtlain, France, where they also have their seminary.

Vatican Council II has the hermeneutic of continuity with the Fourth Lateran Council (1215) for me. The Council can only be interpreted rationally for me. So LG 8, LG 14, LG 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc, refer to only hypothetical and invisible cases in 2023 and so are not practical exceptions for the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus (EENS) of the 12th to 16th century. The baptism of desire and being saved in invincible ignorance refer to hypothetical and theoretical cases only. They are not objective examples of salvation outside the Catholic Church. So they do not contradict Feeneyite EENS. They are not exceptions.

The St. Benedict Center chapel in Richmond, NH which was closed by the diocese and the CDF.

The 1949 Letter of the Holy Office made a mistake when it confused invisible cases of the baptism of desire and being saved in invincible ignorance as being visible exceptions for the EENS according to the St. Benedict Center.

Vatican Council II has a continuity with Tradition for me but not for EWTN, Cardinals Greco and Hollerich, Sister Nathalie Bequart, the Society of St. Pius X and Pope Francis. For them, and the CDF and the Archdiocese of Boston, the Council is a rupture with Tradition.

BISHOP AND PASTOR NEED TO AFFIRM EENS LIKE BROTHER ANDRE MARIE MICM

When the bishop and pastor in the diocese of Manchester interpret Vatican Council II rationally then they will be affirming the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus, like Brother Andre Marie micm, and the Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, NH, against whom the CDF and Bishop Libasci have issued a Decree of Prohibitions.

Brother Andre Marie interprets EENS like the Fourth Lateran Council (1215) of Pope Honorious at the time St. Dominic Guzman founded the Dominican Order of Preachers. This Council does not mention any exceptions for the dogma EENS.

Brother Andre Marie micm also interprets Vatican Council II, the Creeds, Catechisms and Councils with the irational premise and inference. So the Council has a continuity and not rupture with Tradition. -Lionel Andrades
